Pros:Lindon was Super helpful and friendly when I called ahead to confirm the reservation AND the day of! We’ve worked with other companies, but will be returning to State Van rental because of his excellent customer service
Cons:It would have been better if they had high-ceiling or Promaster cargo vans

We got to the office to drop off the van we rented at 7:35am and the office was closed. We had to wait for the manager to get there. Who arrived at 7:45am, and the everything worked out fine and seamless, but we got a little nervous because no one informed us the wouldn't be working.

My experience with State Van Rental was ok. The attended was professional and explained there process. What could have been better….. an updated van. I like how the attendant came and picked us up and drop us right off at the drop off area for our flight. In my next travel if a van is needed I will use them again.

Pros:Juan and George provided excellent customer service at pick-up and drop off. Thanks to both of them our experience with State Van Rental was great.
Cons:We were unable to travel from Nevada to Arizona due to mile restrictions. Also, that we had to pay extra for a second driver.
