Cons:The car smelled of cigarette smoke. We had to wait an hour to get the car because it wasn't ready. We had to walk to a different terminal because the Firefly Rental Car was closed where all the other Car Rental Agencies were. The representative said that they open after 12p.m.Upon returning there wasn't any one to receive the car. We had to again walk to another terminal to tell the representative that the car was returned. I had a knee replacement and all that walking was difficult for me. The reason we rent at Orlando Airport is to avoid that.
Pros:Great price on the car. Quick pick up and drop off. Was nervous due to bad reviews but worked out great.
Cons:If there were negative stars I would have chosen that. After calling the national number to firefly and verify the reservation they assured me that someone would be there when we fl w in later at night. Thy gave me the lock number at the Denver airport and when I tried 4 times to call and let them know about our later arrival, no one picked up. When we finally got there at 10:30, after a flight delay, there was no one there, they closed at 10:00, leaving us scrambling to find another car at 3 times the cost.,,,Firefly is a fluke!!
Pros:The car was fine.
Cons:For some reason, when I refueled the car prior to dropping it off it would not take any more fuel in the tank even though the guage showed that it was only 7 /8 full. When I got back to the airport, the company charged me $10 PER GALLON for remainder of the empty tank despite what I told them. The rude woman that works there thought I needed to be told how to put fuel in a car, as I havent been doing it successfully for 20 years. I wonder if anyone else has experienced this strange problem there since it seemed like I was being scammed.
Pros:Drop off was easy and the staff was super friendly! Magi was delightful!
Pros:The car was great. Plenty of room. Good gas mileage. GPS was a nice addition. Friendly staff.
Cons:I have no complaints.
Pros:No problems with renting from these guys. Declined additional insurance, told them I already had Progressive, no problems. Easy, on-site terminal pick-up and drop-off.
Cons:No one waiting at drop off!??? Just a key box?!? Where's my receipt?
