Got a car after waiting longer than an hour for it as the process is totally manual - calling the dispatcher to locate a car I ordered days before (who really saved the day and did a fantastic job in balancing out the incompetence of process and the don’t care attitude of the front desk person). When I got the car it was on empty - what the heck? I then ended up paying 340$ on top of the 170$ I had signed up for - never again!

They offer only old cars with tires about to explode and they charge as if it was a luxury car, I am pretty sure the cars they are offering are the cars from the same staff working there….I wouldn’t recommend anyone to rent here….its ridiculous!

The employee at the desk was very friendly, even though she had to handle many customers, and she worked hard to get me the car that I had originally been offered, I will definitely use this car rental company again, and refer them to others

The vehicle was fine, but my $140 reservation ended up being $504 by the time they added all the "mandatory fees". They refused to accept my insurance. It's one thing to have a few taxes or roadside assistance to pay, but the final cost was more than triple what I was quoted!
