The deal i registered for online said Unlimited Mileage. When I picked up the car I was told I only had 200kms a day, a total of 400kms. When I showed the clerk the email he told me I had to read the terms and conditions. My point is on the email it clearly states Ulimited Mileage with no anchor point directing anyone to read the terms and conditons. The deal was in my opinon false advertising as any reasonable person would read the Unlimited Mileage as being part of the deal, as was visible upfront and centre as th3 main proof point. I feel this was very misleading.

Terrible. When I go to pickup the car Nextcar unloads all these hidden fees. They don’t accept the 3rd party car insurance that Kayak sells you so you have to use your own insurance or purchase their which makes buying the insurance from Kayak a waste of money. I’d like a refund of the car insurance I brought from Kayak. It’s also very invasive how they have to check your insurance as they actually have to call your insurance company and asks when your last insurance payment was and when your next payment is. That is absolutely ridiculous. They don’t need to do that. They should need to see your insurance card and that’s it. They then charge another deposit on the car even thought you’ve paid for the call online through Kayak which is absolute bullshit. Taking another deposit is unscrupulous and just trying to bleed people of all their money. Nowhere on Kayak was any of these actions listed. This is just bad business. Kayak shouldn’t be doing business with low-ethic companies like Nextcar

Dirty car, pick up location is hidden, so you’ll look for it for hours even with navigation on. My experience: advertised for 102$, 146 with taxes and fees, plus 36 for insurance (other companies come with insurance) so paid 182 for 1 day. The car was nice but dirty inside and outside.

If you don’t have an early flight, the value for money is a great choice. Team is kind and profesional; they have a shuttle service to and from the airport.

Awful experience. Our flight was late so I was’t there to get the car on time. I was told to do another application and I had to pay $ 165 for insurance for 2 days, which was not worth it… I didn’t get the car and I haven’t received my money back.. so disappointed

The car was clean. But did not feel safe. Very low to the ground, the breaks we low and squeaked. Shuttle took 45 mins for pickup and in store process took an hr. Upon return clerk did not return to front desk to check me out.
