Pros:Staff was friendly and tried their best to accommodate the different vehicle type.
Cons:we booked a full size SUV on Kayak and when arrived it was a mid-size at best. Had to take a mini van instead. did the job but they had to turn it around (cleaning, gas, etc) which caused a delay.

Cons:Shuttle driver treated bags badly and they were badly scratched just from airport to offsite location. Location is hard to find to return cars. Cheap up front rate uktimstely four times higher when essential navigation and insurance are added.

Pros:No helpfulness at all. Didn’t take American Express which was the only credit card I had. Staff could care less and I did not know when I rented it. Couldn’t even rent the car and still paid for the rental.
Cons:Staff could have at least worked with me and acted like they cared. Staff couldn’t have cared less as it was “my problem” to figure out how to put a deposit on a rental like that.

Pros:Horrible experience. They screwed up the reservations, then said I cancelled the reservations. An 1 1/2 wasted only to tell me now...sorry. There were many upset people at the counter. rental cars broke down after leaving the rental place, mixed up reservations. People arguing that they were way overbilled. The music was so loud to drown out the angry customers, I could barely hear myself think. One person at the counter and 8 outside standing around. Walk, no run from this place.
Cons:Had I not booked someplace else.

Pros:Nothing. We got a car and used that car to get us from point a to point b. Will never rent from them again.
Cons:Everything. We waited at the airport in the pick up location for the shuttle for an hour in the blazing Florida sun and no one came. The sign says to call, we call, straight to voicemail. We called 100x and left at least 10 voice messages. We ended up having to pay $40 for cabs to take us to the location to pick up the rental. The lady at the desk said the phone “wasn’t working” so one of the girls with us decided to call while we were waiting and mysteriously the phone started working again. They brought us out 3 different vans. 1st van had bald tires and the bumper was about to fall off the back. 2nd van had bald tires and finally the 3rd (the one we took) was decent enough for us to drive. I don’t know their policy on gas but I was only given a half a tank before leaving the rental agency. Every other car I’ve ever rented has always given me a full tank but at that point we were just ready to get to our house. The processes took us roughly 2-2.5 hours from touching down in Fort Lauderdale. The van itself was clean and got us to where we needed to go and back to the airport when it was time for us to leave but I will NEVER rent from them again. Worst experience I’ve ever had renting a car!!

Pros:Drop off staff and shuttle driver were excellent.
Cons:It get like there was a lot of “hidden fees”. The staff when I picked up didn’t really speak, just took my ID and then told me they needed a card for a “hold.” I purchased insurance via the website when I reserved the rental and still ended up paying $204.90 when I picked up my rental. I was charged again for insurance, taxes, airport tax, and fees. I ended up spending more to rent off site of the airport than if I would have just rented at the airport itself. The FOB in the rental was working intermittently, like the battery was near dead. The vehicle was clean in the interior but had a film on the exterior windshield that made it difficult to see. I had to clean it thoroughly at the gas station just to be able to drive. The USB ports in the vehicle did not work so I couldn’t charge phones. Tried multiple charge cables and even purchased a brand new cable and still couldn’t not get a charge. Overall I won’t rent there again. It was disappointing and felt overpriced for all the hassle of going off the airport and then the issues with the vehicle itself.
