The car was dirty, inside doors had residue from liquid that had been spilled from prior renters...there is no way this sanitized per Covid guidelines with the visual signs of the dirt that was in the car. Potentially having my car at the location it was reserved would be a start? When we got to the service counter it was closed directing people downstairs. When I got down there the Enterprise Agent Tyler told me my car/reservation was at another Enterprise location. He then proceeded ignore any and all followup questions I had and instead proceeded to talk to customers behind me as if I didn't exist. I've honestly never been treated so poorly in my life. Avis had my in a car 30 minuets later. Never again will I even consider Enterprise, such an awful company to close the entire service desk and direct people through one terrible agent.10,0 Wonderful

The car they gave me had a smell of someone who smoked in it prior to me. Although fine, it was not super clean inside. The warning light for service of the rear park aid stayed on during the rental. As it happened, I chose a vehicle with damage to the bumper area--which was not stated in my copy of the rental agreement. Cons:
Not being a major rental agency, the shuttle was more difficult to locate. Personnel were courteous and tried to assist. No car wash on premises so exterior was a little dirty. Was very disappointed in how they handled pick up and drop off times. Flight was early so car pick up was early. They accommodated the change but charged an extra day. We needed to return car two hours after set time and they wanted to charge what appeared to be another $500 per automated emails. A call to personnel was not more helpful. We had to change plans to avoid outrageous predatory additional costs. To add to a bad experience all restrooms were out of order at drop off. Bad overall experience.4,0 Mediocre
