unfortunately our flight was delayed and the initial pickup reservation did not allow us to check in via the application. when we arrived at the counter the personnel were dealing with a large number of passengers who also arrived late. It took over 2 hours to get through the check-out line. I can't understand what was taking the people so long to check out. There were 3 attendants working. We arrived just before 2 am and didn't get through the checkout line until after 4am. Big kudos to the personnel who stayed and worked overtime. We did not get the car we had reserved or anything close to it. After standing in line for over an hour to get it, I wasn't about to get back in line to fight it. We had reserved a Mid Suv. Description said Toyota Class Intermediate SUV or similar. We got a 4 door low to ground Kia. Never rented from Budget before and very disappointed.
