Pros: staff was fine and P/U and drop off were fine
Cons: The car was dirty, dented and drove badly - obviously after many accidents. Clearly no value for the extremely high price I paid.
Pros: Easy to drop off. PROBLEM IS THE THE CAR WAS FULL OF GAS AND THEY CHARGED ME OVER $100.00 to fill the car up with gas

Cons: Before arriving at the car rental place I had requested a suv with high ground clearance and paid for it. At the car rental place they offered a kia soul and told me its ground clearence was like a regular car and offered me a kia sportage at a higher cost and told me it had a higher ground clearence. I later looked it up and they are about the same. I was lied to and it cost me about $200 more. Not appreciated!!
Pros: We couldn’t find where you were located once we went down the correct escalator to Level 1 at the Phoenix Airport Car Rental building and no onsite staff to help direct us to where you were located. Many others looking as well.
Cons: Better signage in the garage area would be very helpful.
Pros: Pick up was quick and easy.
Cons: Was not given any instructions regarding drop off. There was not a soul in sight in the huge parking garage and had no idea what to do with the car, the keys or if I needed to speak to someone in person. Waited and wandered around for awhile before I found someone who told me to just leave the car and drop the keys in a drop box. Drop off would have been quick and easy as well if I would have been told what to do in advance.

Cons: Because I didn't know of the policy of 500 dollars deposit, my card only had a limit of 550 dollars, and with tha limit , since paying the car rental of 103 dollars, and insurance of 33 dollars and when getting to the rental location, I didn't know of the requirements for deposits, and ended up losing my reservation, with no money back. So I didn't get the car because of the non refundable policy and I am not happy about it.
Cons: Pick up wait time was 2hrs in line and my pick up time /start time was not adjusted. I waited on hold for 54minutes to speak with customer service to ask about lost and found for an item I left in the vehicle only to be told someone will call you back shortly and no one ever did. I’m being charged an additional $26 but still have not received any (non survey) emails from fox rental car to show my pick up, drop off or final total. Very unhappy with fox and with kayak for promoting this company
Pros: We arrived at 945am to get our car, there was an long line with only 3 staff members working. Stood in line for 50 minutes. finally get to the counter at 10:50. Staff was rude and not very appreciative of our business. He was upset that we purchases insurance through Kayak. He said the insurance we purchased was not the same and insisted we purchase additional insurance through Fox. When I declined He began to have an attitude and speak under his breath... "hope you do not get into an accident". The Car we rented was not available. we asked for something similar and he said all we have is a Dodge voyager...you can take it or cancel your reservation through Kayak and there is no guarantee you will get your money back. of course we took it as we didn't have any choice, it was already getting late and we running behind due to the long lines. When we received the car the car was dirty, there was no sticker on the door saying that the car had been cleaned and sanitized ask the guy at the desk if this car was clean he said as far as we knew it was. Ask the guy to call up to the service desk and ask for another car or clean This one and he said there was nothing available and it would take 1-2 hours for someone to clean the car again. at this point it was already 12pm and we were running late to get to our destination. we took the car and cleaned it our selves and finally was able to get on the road at 2pm. this is the first time i rented through Kayak and FOX rental. This will be the last time i rent through FOX and I'm hoping that Kayak would consider a full refund. The cleanliness of the car, was horrible, the quality of the vehicle was horrible. The tires were bald and there was a noise from the windshield wiper that would not turn off. The first contact with the customer service rep was unprofessional. Drop off was probably the best contact with contact rep for Fox. I would please like a refund!!!!!
Cons: First contact with the Rep from FOX needs to be professional. Cleanliness of the car need a major improvement as we are dealing with COVID 19 and I feel there was now regards or concerns for this and the car was dirty. Drop off was the only great experience. It was quick and efficient.

Cons: Long lines, few representative to attend to customers.. Not yet received final payment info. I turned it in early and I should get refund on some money related to tax ,facility fee etc.
Cons: Be prepared to wait in line for an hour or more. Was told by the person at the counter this normal. Only 2 people working and the line was around the corner. Not worth the wait. Car was a piece of junk! I would not recommend Fox ever.
Cons: Check in was way to long. Almost an hour just to get help. Also when picking up the car very unorganized at the counter. Drop off was fantastic. How to get back to rental returns was not marked that well. Glad that we are starting to travel again. Thank you.
Cons: Car smelled terrible. We didn’t get the car we reserved. We reserved an SUV and got a car. The price ended up being way more than I was told / expected

Pros: Jackie was amazing and if it wasn't for her I would give a completely negative review. She was kind, helpful and fun.
Cons: From the start, the employee at the counter was verbally short and not too friendly. I was charged a $500 hold for being from AZ, which was not mentioned anywhere while reserving. Then, the car which they first assigned me had dents, fingerprints all over the windows, broken wipers and was so dity it looked like someone just returned it after a long trip. While on the trip, I tried many times to call because a light came on the dash. The man I finally got through to, after 30 min. holding, told me he would not help me. I then asked for his manager. He refused 4 times and kept saying, "No, I will not transfer you to my manger." Then, he transfered me to another department where I was waiting on hold for another 30 min. I finally hung up. The only redeeming thing about the trip was 1 employee I interacted with while picking up and dropping off the car. Since I can't gaurentee her being there next time, I will never use this company again.
Cons: The pick up line took 2 hours. I have never had to wait that long to pick up a rental car. The mini van was clean and very nice but not sure I would rent with Fox again if I had to wait that long again.

Cons: The vehicle was not in great shape. One of the headlights was burned out. There were numerous small dents and scratches, and one of the back seats was broken. The vehicle also had over 70,000 miles on it. It ran fine though.
