Nothing! Got to the company and they didn’t even have any cars available. They stated that they haven’t received cars back in from other users so they would have to call us when a car was ready. Ended up canceling the reservation and not having anything. The customer service was VERY unprofessional and unbelievable. If they knew they didn’t have any cars, they should have called everyone to let them know. It was 4 other reservations that came in the same time I was there and had the same issue.Cons:

At pick up the lady was talking very quiet I can barely hear her through the mask she was extremly unhelpful when I was asking her questions about the pricing looked like she was very uninterested.Cons:
The car was broken, every time I turned it squeaked so loud sand when I used the break, gas cover broken, was very small for a full size suv could not even fit 7 passengers comfortably forget luggage. And the worst it smelled so bad of cigarette smoke we could not bare sitting in the car for the first few days even after that it got better but still smelled, every time you parallel park the entire block needs to hear you and see that you have a broken car, very uncomfortable, will never rent from them. and now I know why they were the cheapest after all the fees that were added I ended up paying much much more then advertisedHertz

My initial flight was delayed so I called asking if I could pick up the car the next day, I was told it wouldn't be a problem but the person I spoke with didn't ask my name or reservation number. When I got there the next day, there were no Chrysler 300's available and I got a Kia Optima that smelled like body odor. I was able to take it to the airport Avis and get the Chrysler thankfully, and everyone was great that I dealt with, but obviously it would have been ideal to get the car I requested at the location I planned. EZ counter had no customer but said couldn't help me and sent me to Advantage counter where I had to wait behind 2 customers. When finally helped agent had difficulty finding my reservations and asked why I didnt go to EZ counter. Process took longer than past experiences renting cars from other rental companies. My personal car was in repair and I was not sure if may need extension on rental days. The agent advised they dont extend amd I would need to return rental and then start over in rental process. This did not make sense to me and would be an inconvenience. In past I have been able to extend my rental with other companies by simply calling amd requesting.Cons:
