Not waiting an hour in the waiting room for my rental. Service was slow only one person working. Car broke down and it took us three days to get a new one after sitting on hold for 2 hours trying to get it corrected. Will never rent from them againBudget

Just a bit more knowledgeable about the car that the renter is getting. I was going on a long interstate drive and I was hoping to get a car with driving assistance like lane departure, cruise control, etc. The car did have it however when I had asked the staff at time of pick up, they didn't know5,6 Fair

This was the worst rental experience of my life, by far. I reserved a full size car over a week in advance. When I called to confirm (an hour before my pick up time), the clerk indicated they had only small cars and it was a take it or leave it. My trip was delayed 3+ hours.10,0 Wonderful

The car was not very good, we had to trade it in, getting to the rental place was quite a hassle from the airport and it closed at 4 PM as our flight arrive to 4 PM costing me another day of rental from another companyClubs Car Rental
