Intermediate SUV

Pickup location was rundown and dirty. Received a car with less than a quarter tank of gas despite having been told the tank would be full. Options were to fill it ourselves and return at the same level (adding an unanticipated stop to our itinerary) or wait an unspecified amount of time to see if one with more fuel would be returned, as allegedly refueling vehicles between rentals is not a part of their process.

The car was not full of gas when I picked it up. The line was too long to stand in to make the complaint, so I took a video. When dropping off the car it was practically impossible to explain the issue. I showed the videos. Hoping for the best and won’t be charged for refueling charges. Agent was supposed to document.

Picked up a car and after about thirty minutes of driving into a two hour drive the engine was overheating. Had to drop the car off at the nearest location to me because it wasn’t safe to drive the car and there no other cars available. No help or assistance was offered rather than closing out the reservation and figuring it out. Waste of time and money.

Cons:

The car was not very good, we had to trade it in, getting to the rental place was quite a hassle from the airport and it closed at 4 PM as our flight arrive to 4 PM costing me another day of rental from another company
