Hertz rep at the counter argued I booked the wrong category and proposed me a smaller compact car while my booking clearly mentioned suv compact. Finally managed to get it after arguing with him who «kindly » proposed me the proper car « for free ». The car park was full of suv compact cars so definitely not a shortage issue. Very unpleasant start of the week.

We were given a smaller car than we booked which made travelling as a party of 5 adults uncomfortable. Thenm once I arrived home I have received an additional charge to my credit card with no invoice or explanation

Pick up was amazing! Drop off at LAX was a nightmare!

Huge line at pickup. We waited for 40 mins. Also the AC wasn't up to par so it was really hot. But the staff was great. Gave us bottles of water and a popcorn snack while we waited.

The car i paid for was a Santa Fe or similar vehicle but they told me to get that car would be an upgrade so I would have to pay more money I didn't think that was right

We specifically ordered a ford transit van to fit 7 people and 7 luggages and they gave us a mini van. I would have ordered the mini van or similar to make it cheaper if that were the case but I picked the ford transit to make sure we had enough space. When I arrived they said they don't even carry that vehicle. So I've been lie too.
