They knew the time I was landing and yet no one told me they closed before I landed. They left me stranded!

They didn’t answer emails. I couldn’t find them at the airport because they use another umbrella company with a different name and dont communicate this. And the address they list on their website and email is the town next to the airport where they have no office. End of the day I lost 2 hours and spent over 40 euros on a taxi only to return to the airport to a different rental company and hired another car.

It’s a scam. They scammed me on the insurance add on that made the price skyrocket. It’s shameful. I’ve rented cars all over the world and have never been treated like that and straight up lied too!
