Cons: Our flight was in the evening and we couldn't check out later than 11:00 in the morning. The hotel charges additional 50 dollars until 13:00 and 100 dollars until 15:00. Unreal. So we just left our luggage in the storage provided.

Pros: My boyfriend and I came for our 6 year anniversary. We wanted to explore Toronto, so we came early. The staff was amazing! When we got there, they let us have an early check in and explained the parking and amenities very well. The hotel is in the perfect proximity to everything in Toronto. We will be staying there again upon our return.

In the heart of downtown and right around the corner from Massey Hall, the Cambridge Suites was withiin walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The suite was spacious and offered every convenience. The bed was extremely comfortable and the linens clean and crisp. The room was very quiet and the staff was most accomodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros: This was a great deal! It is conveniently located downtown near the Air Canada Centre and a quick walk to the Hockey Hall of Fame. It's not easy finding a 4-star deal downtown, but this was definitely one! Everyone was kind and answered all our questions. Staff throughout the hotel was inquisitive and helpful. Parking on site and not too bad of a price. Highly recommended!

Pros: I compared alot of hotels for our long weekend visit to Toronto. The Cambridge seemed to offer the best value as far as price, location, and you get a suite not just a room. The room were clean, and recently refurbished. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was very firm, but we prefer it that way. The hotel has a strictly enforced no noise policy, which is something we appreciated. We were able to get the rest we needed after very full days taking in Toronto.

Pros: This was a great deal! It is conveniently located downtown near the Air Canada Centre and a quick walk to the Hockey Hall of Fame. It's not easy finding a 4-star deal downtown, but this was definitely one! Everyone was kind and answered all our questions. Staff throughout the hotel was inquisitive and helpful. Parking on site and not too bad of a price. Highly recommended!

Pros: I compared alot of hotels for our long weekend visit to Toronto. The Cambridge seemed to offer the best value as far as price, location, and you get a suite not just a room. The room were clean, and recently refurbished. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was very firm, but we prefer it that way. The hotel has a strictly enforced no noise policy, which is something we appreciated. We were able to get the rest we needed after very full days taking in Toronto.
Cons: The temperature in the room was a little on the warm side. Not uncomfortable, but we would have preferred it a little cooler. Weather outside was in the 90's. Turning the thermostat down did not seem to help.

Cons: I had come to hotel around 8 in the morning. Usually they make you wait till noon but hotel was available. I wanted an tower view room. Receptionist told me that all view rooms are busy and I have to come back around to have one! I told him that I will come around by 10 pm. and by that time reserve any view room and send my luggage’s. I have asked twice “there won’t be any problem because things are always we’ll get it fixed later but it won’t get fixed. I was thinking that I will go to reception to get my keys! When I arrived at 10 I give my id and asked for room keys! As I presumed, I was not given a room I was skimped! Receptionist asked for a moment get inside come back and checked me in! It is Sheraton hotel how come they make me to carry three pieces of luggage!

Cons: Incredibly over priced. Not worth $323 a night. I will never pay that again. The hotel is way too average. I stayed at the King Omni for $100 less and it was way nicer of a room. Also the power went off in the middle of the night for 2 hours and I almost fell in the bathroom because I couldnt see and same with my partner.

There was only one bell man and he looked rather unapproachable The restaurants were cost prohibitive and did not offer value I ordered shrimp ceviche one night and it was ATROCIOUS in no way a ceviche in any form. I asked the server about it before hand and his response was "in order for a ceviche to be good the ingredients should be fresh which ours is" our server was nice but I found the food at the hotel to be poor quality and tasteless .

Cons: Sauna in the Fitness Rooms not at constant heat, and not really hot when at max, no timer on the sauna wall. Wrong kind of music ( soft rock 'n' soul ) piped into sauna area. Luggage Store clerk gave me the wrong bag and I had to help him locate the right one, despite giving him the correct ticket . There is no Hotel Directory of services to browse in the room, you have to access it on the TV. Thus if you don't put the TV on, there is no way of knowing this. The windows to our room on the 5th floor needed cleaning externally. Minor things maybe, but in the context of so much comfort and luxury, quite noticeable.

Pros: Lovely hotel very clean. Comfortable bed. We had a room on the 9th floor with 2windows.facing the CN tower. Just lovely to look at night. Front desk made you feel very welcome. An added touch are the warm chocolate chip cookies they give you when you check in. This hotel is close to all tourist areas. Highly recommend this hotel. Staff always had a smile for you.

Cons: I was very disappointed on two counts firstly the noise from the building site next door disturbing us at 7 am in the morning is not something that we anticipated. I do consider we should have received a warning from the hotel prior to our arrival. Secondly the bar closing at 10.30 was regrettable especially as there were no suitable alternatives in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

Cons: The only downside to the Grand is the city that has grown up around it. The location is unfortunately surrounded by construction, but this seems to be the new normal in Toronto. We heard no noise from our room, and the location is still very convenient.

Cons: While I understand there is tax I dont appreciate the MAT taxes let alone a separate additional tax for the dining room which isn't even supposed to be included with this extra tax as stipulated under the MAT law. Kitchen, dining, meeting areas,internet etc are excluded. While it was a small fee if you are charging each guest on the dining room etc that adds up to a hefty sum over time. The dining staff handed us our bill before we were done which made us feel we had to leave. The breads were all removed and not refilled as well the muffins were very dry. Every other food item was amazing.

Cons: The room was tiny. We were packed! More specifically the room was drafty and cold and we had a newborn with us. We asked for a block heater but they had none and simply said change the thermostat to Celsius. This made the temperature marginally better for a brief period. So then we asked for an extra blanket. Front desk said it would be a while since no one was in house keeping yet... the blanket never came. We ended up putting our newborn in the tiny bed with us because he was so cold. I shivered under the extra blanket from the closet and could have used the extra one we asked for. No one got a good sleep since we were either too cold or too packed in the tiny bed (scared to roll over on the baby). Also when we checked in we asked for a bigger room (willing to pay) but nothing was available. For the price we paid, I’ll be staying somewhere else next time.

I choose a cancellation booking when I receive my confirmation it stated no cancellation, I contacted the hotel and was told they cannot make changes because I used a 3rd party booking there was no phone number to contact booking.com I was transferred 3 times by the hotel staff and was disconnected all three times. Finally I was given a number by the hotel staff which was a 800 number to life alert. The hotel is in bed with booking.com to deceive their customer. On the website breakfast was included when I got there I was told it was not.

Cons: The parking is advertise was not true you have to pay for parking and I was offsite. There also is no free Wi-Fi, every hotel I’ve been to offers free Wi-Fi how does A modern Hotel not offer this. Not staying here again.
