Pros: Fully stocked bar fridge. Jacuzzi in the room. The wedding I was at was hosted in it making getting to and from the venue no problem at all.
Cons: The bar fridge prices were a little high and the selection of beer was awful. We only had 2 towels, which didn't dry from the previous night when we awoke in the morning. Called the front desk to get more towels sent up and it took over 20 minutes.

Pros: We really liked the restaurant. The Italian waiter Luigi there was amazing! We had expected our King suite to have a river view, which is why we booked there. There was no river view.
Cons: No river view, bit dreary. Windows won't open in room. No signage while driving in showing where the lobby is. I walked around the back side of the hotel for 15 minutes before returning to where I started (and parked). To e told by a bell man, oh, you need to drive down the street to the actual entrance.

Pros: It is a beautiful hotel, well maintained, and so many services and amenities in one spot, the staff are all very kind and the food at the restaurant was perfection. They were all so helpful and kind. The rooms are very quiet and spacious.
Cons: there isnt anything at all i didnt like. Everything was great!
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Location is great. Buffet breakfast used to be included and was delightful.
Cons: I didn't like that particular room because the couch was very uncomfortable to sit on and the jacuzzi was not comfortable with a dripping rain showerhead very irritating dripping cold water as you tried to enjoy the jacuzzi. No grab bars in washroom. It's important for older folks and those with mild disabilities e.g. back problems, knee problems.

Pros: NOTHING. V BAD ATTITUDE.
Cons: It was a shabby room. V v dirty stained sheets. With hair stuck to the bed. Walls had gaping holes and cold air rushing in.
6,0 Good
Pros: Clean room, hot shower
Cons: No soundproof room, a bed to close to the door leading to heard noisy neighbors

Pros: Great staff
Cons: Given room right beside utility room used constantly. Walls thin sound travels. Peeved my love date alittle :)

Pros: My second visit. Always enjoy staying at The Oak. Clean and friendly staff.
Cons:
9,0 Excellent
Pros: I thought the room was comfortable and affordable for a one-night stay. I like that the hotel is not too far from downtown Toronto. The staff members were kind and accommodating. There was also free Wi-Fi and breakfast.
Cons: To be honest, there is no parking right at the hotel. I parked down the street a few blocks in a staffed parking lot which was quite affordable. The lot is not affiliated with this hotel.
6,0 Good
Pros:
Cons: Very small rooms. NO PARKING. well, there is a couple of spots ON THE STREET , yet they still charge you $11 Dollars for parking on the street.
1,0 Poor
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Dangerous drug infested area, immigrants having sex all night, could hear all the car noises and crack heads in the area due to lack of insulation. Note to the owner you need to install sound insulation strips around the door seals plus you installed laminate floors in a hotel who does that. Also change the yucky camouflage carpet flooring on the stairwell. Changing a few things could improve your business but your in a bad area.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The place was newly renovated and was clean and like an actually big name hotel.
Cons: The fact that Kayak listed their price $10 cheaper than other websites but when you went to kayak’s website they had the same price as everyone else.
Rooms were smaller. And we could only get the room on the main floor
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were great i was not expecting much given the scary location. The hotel itself was old and shabby but it was very clean and the staff were very nice and friendly. For the price it was great. I will stay there again n
Cons: The neighborhood is a little sketchy at night.
