Cons: I did not like the fact the wanted to bill me 25$ extra for Internet when I checked out. When I did my reservation it was all included and then I did realice neither breakfast nor Internet was included. Very disappointed!!

Pros: Had a very early international flight. The Sheraton Gateway's location at thee Toronto Airport let us rest easy the night before knowing we were just a walkway and airport tram ride to Terminal 1 for our Flight. The hotel is located at Terminal 3. Our rental car return was under the hotel at the airport as well - just perfect for us.

Pros: I missed a flight at the Toronto airport. It is 1 am. I found the Sheraton which is inside the airport. Got a room and it was great.

Cons: The room was dusty and the bathroom had hair on the floor.You charge a premium to be onsite at Pearson Airport but the quality of the room was not good.

Pros: Front desk staff was courteous and helpful, apologized to me because the 20 minutes waiting for check in (very busy) I was traveling with my 6 years old, we landed at 10 pm in Toronto we were tired and starving. We got to our perfectly neat room, amazing comfortable beds, we order room service and food was in within 15 minutes then I received a call asking for my opinion on the food and if we needed something else.... Everything was 10 on 10. Even the whiney mood of my daughter went away and we slept like babies. Unfortunately we had to wake up next day for a connection otherwise we would sleep in ....

Pros: Location was close to the terminal I arrived at and right at the terminal I needed for departure. Nice!
Cons: Coffeemaker was a one serving machine but coffee packs were for a larger coffee maker. I wasn't sure of this until I tried it and it overflowed the filter for half of the cup. A simple mistake and a minor blemish for sure, but I was really looking forward to that Starbucks at 5:30 AM!

Pros: The location right in front of Terminal 3 makes it very convenient if you have an overnight layover and early morning flight. We didn't have a chance to try out the fitness center, but looked nice. Bed was comfortable and the in-room coffee was decent. Rosario at check-in desk was delightful. We had a room facing terminal 3 and it was great for plane watching.
Cons: The finishes are a bit worn, carpeting is buckled in the room, scratches and marks on the walls, bathroom ceiling and tub need a deep cleaning and not enough towels provided (2 bath towels) The restaurant/bar is VERY expensive. 1 bottle of wine, 1 pizza, 1 salad, tip and tax was $162 CAD!! I think the room had a minibar, but not sure because the door could not be opened. Rooms are not well-insulated, so you can hear noise in the hallway and adjoining rooms as well as the airport tram outside the window. This would not be worth the Sheraton website rate at all!

Pros: Can't beat the convenience to the airport. The day we left, it was raining pretty hard, making the direct terminal connection all the more valuable.

Pros: I slept like a baby the bed was so comfortable! Courteous and efficient staff had me checked in with a full explanation of all of the hotel amenities within only a few minutes upon arrival. I wish I could have been there longer to check out their 24 hour gym! I overlooked the mono-rail that runs between terminal 1 and terminal 3 and I didn't hear it running at all! The rooms are well sound proofed against outside noise - didn't hear one airplane the whole time I was there and you can't beat the convenience of the mono-rail to travel to/from terminal 1.

Pros: Stayed here for the location as we had a very early flight. Started off very well with a very quiet floor and comfortable room. The manager was good when I did get to talk to him about noise concerns.
Cons: The lobby is loud and chaotic and full of people waiting for their flights at 10:00pm. Biggest issue was noise that was either coming from hotel or from a party at the race track. Super loud house music. This was not handled well by the staff when I called about it. Also the staff kept answering the phone Mr and my last name, which is very 1960's as the reservation was in my name and my husband and I don't have the same name and my name is Dr anyway.The noise went on until 11:00 and I had to wake up at 3:45am to catch my flight.

Pros: Liked the convenience to the airport, checkin was quick and efficient.
Cons: Room only had two double (not queen. ..double!) sized beds. Asked to pay more for upgrade but they said they were full. Not sure I believed that as there were not many people around that night nor the next morning. Bathrooms are very old, sheets were even old...and pillows were yellowed they were so old. Bedding cover was torn and stains on bedspread.
