Excellent 10,0
Pros: Beats Trump, Four Seasons and Ritz......hands down....amazing atmosphere in the day & evening......
Cons: The pool was closed for a half day due to pipe burst.....
Excellent 10,0
Pros: service was great, the view was beautiful, the room was excellent. It seemed like the stars aligned for us, but that just may be the great service of the hotel. The weight room was great. The concierge made a reservation for us at this great restaurant downtown.
Cons: I can't really say there was anything I didn't like about the hotel. I did a lot of research on hotels in toronto, and this was the highest rated and for good reason. If you're on the fence, go with Shangri-La
Excellent 9,7
Pros: Great hotel goos staff
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Greeted warmly when we arrived, shown personally to our suite. All staff whether at the front desk, valets or cleaning staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
Okay 5,1
Pros: It doesn't worth money. I give it 3 star place with 5 star price.

Cons: I honestly can’t think of a thing to change
Excellent 10,0
Pros: As soon as I arrived , I was greeted with a warm welcome where I felt like I was home away from home. I told the concierge that it was my first time in Toronto and he upgraded our room to the lake side view. When I got to the room, I saw why he had upgraded to the Lake view was even more incredible than I had imagine

Pros: Great staff. perfect location. Fantastic price and amazing room. Loved it.
Cons: Bed was a bit short.. lol
Excellent 10,0
Pros: It was a total breeze from start to finish; Great location, Great staff, Clean, Quiet Comfortable!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The location was excellent for central Toronto with excellent access to convention Centre and tourist interests. It was fabulous to have a kitchonette and clothes washing facilities in the room. (I was upgraded to a higher room and the view was amazing too!).
Cons: Nothing really.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The cleanliness of the room, wifi, location of the hotel, and friendliness of the staff.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Loved the open areas and the food/Service was superb
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The place had a nice kitchenette, with even a washing machine and a dishwasher. Although I was only there for a couple of days, I can imagine it's excellent for traveling with family or a long-term stay. The staff, including the cleaning staff, were all super nice.
Cons: Everything was great.
Excellent 10,0
Cons: It was perfect
Excellent 10,0
Pros: It's a historical building right in downtown Toronto
Cons: Overall everything was super no complaints
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The location, the view, the room and amenities and the bank vault !
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Thanks to Collin at the front desk, my stay was perfect! He not only upgraded my room, but he ensured me he'd personally handle my concerns and he did just that. The hotel is central to everything downtown and you can walk everywhere.
Cons: Parking is a drag, as you must valet park and it takes a minimum of fifteen minutes to get your vehicle if you're lucky. It also cost 45.00 a night to park...
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Staff was super friendly and helpful. In suite laundry was major bonus to wash and dry running gear before packing into suitcase. Room comfortable, well appointed. Historical building was neat, lobby nice, convenient location downtown. Valet parking was expensive but necessary as there appeared nothing convenient around. Well suited to transit and walking. Views were fantastic from 36th floor suite, and gym was great, with super views, on 17th floor. Sandwich/pastry shop off lobby was good, Starbucks immediately across street.
Cons: No in suite breakfast option, so either be prepared (and make use of in suite kitchen), hit restaurant downstairs (which seemed expensive), or plan for pastry or coffee shop mere steps away.
Good 7,4
Pros: Great location and for a downtown hotel, couldn’t beat the price
Cons: Woke up to the sound of rodents chewing away in the ceiling - horrible!! Also, elevators were extremely slow - waits of nearly 10 minutes to be expected. Bathroom extremely small.
Good 6,7
Pros: I really enjoyed the facilities and the proximity of the hotel. It was great that the hotel was attached to the PATH as well.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Breakfast
Cons: nothing everything was excellent
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The amenities in the room were very nice; good entertainment and comfort. Great location to downtown core.
Cons: Parking and access to the hotel is a little difficult, only because it's off Yonge St, the main street downtown.
Good 6,3
Pros: Food and staff were excellent at the Bistro, and location was good.
Cons: Water pressure was poor in shower and had trouble getting cold water in shower.
Okay 5,7
Pros: The rooms were clean and well maintained. No smoking and the location is good.
Cons: The gym was equipped poor (just a few bikes, threadmills and stepper, no water dispender) and there was no filled fridge in the room. Internet was charged extra
Good 6,6
Pros: Very comfortable rooms that would be ideal for a longer term stay, excellent security, very convenient business location, polite and helpful staff.
Cons: Elevator problem, at arrival, only 1 elevator for 49 floors which resulted in excessively long waits.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Polite and friendly staff.Great fitness area.Laundry facilities in the suites at the hotel.Old leather furniture.

Excellent 9,7
Pros: Very clean throughout the entire hotel. Quiet at night. Friendly staff. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Only a 10 minute walk to the Air Canada Centre. Nice workout and pool available for use. The hotel had a parking garage for $35 with in and out access but we parked at the corner public lot for $25 with no in and out access.
Cons: The staff was friendly however I felt as if they were understaffed. When checking and out we waited in a bit of a lengthy line. There was also no room service menu in our room and when we called and asked for one they said they were busy and to walk to their in house restaurant and get the menu ourselves. Not a huge deal but not the greatest response.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location
Excellent 8,5
Pros: The hotel is in the perfect location. The staff was very nice and helpful. The roomsize, the bathroom size and the size of the bed are very good. We only had dinner twice in the hotel, but the service and quality of the ordered food was very good as well.
Cons: It would have been better to be able to open the window for fresh air and it would have been much better not to have the room directly next to the renovation side where work and loud conversations started outside our room at 08:00 am.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Very convenient. Close to St. lawerence Market, Air Canada Center, restaurants. I would totally stay here again
Excellent 8,2
Pros: Location, cleanliness, Restaurant and Bar Staff, Confort.
Cons: The rooms are in need of a renovation and the Internet available to the customers should be more reliable and fast.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Easy walk from Union Station, Rogers Centre, CN Tower, lots of restaurants
Okay 4,0
Cons: Shady Rooms.... Photos do not represent current room appearance. Needs to be updated.
Good 6,0
Pros: Affordable and centrally located.
Cons: Horrible Wifi.
Good 7,7
Pros: Great location, nice bar and restaurant, friendly staff,
Cons: For the price, you would think there would be a couple of real glasses and a fridge in the room. We didn't really appreciate flimsy plastic cups.
Excellent 8,2
Pros: - Walking distance to many restaurants and entertainment - Staff was very attentive and helpful - Easy access to underground parking
Cons: - Rooms were out-dated (carpet, wallpaper, etc) - Parking was $28+tax each night
Excellent 8,2
Pros: Comfort and location are excellent.
Cons: The rooms need renovation. The hotel is comfortable, but lacks USB ports to charge electronic devices and a more modernized decoration, as in Novotel Montreal.
Okay 5,4
Cons: Please improve standard amenities, such as glassware as opposed to plastic cups. Hallways were extremely noisy. Bed had no top sheet.
Good 6,0
Pros: We like staying at the Novotel Toronto Centre as it is central to our places of work and is a nice evening walk from the theatre either on Yonge Street or on King Street.
Cons: The room was crisp and clean, we are only in the room to sleep and shower the rest of the time we feel we should be experiencing the city.
Okay 5,7
Pros: It was very close to the ACC which is where we were headed.
Cons: We were "??upgraded" apparently, and, because of the "upgrade" we did not get the type of room we wanted.
Good 7,0
Pros: The room was very clean, quiet, and spacious. It was overlooking the main road, and close to Union station. The breakfast was excelent as a quality and diversity.
Cons: I faced some rude staff at Nicole Cafe during my breakfast. They were rude and unfriendly enough to make me complain for the Cafe manager who showed cold and neutral response which I don't care for her, as I wouldn't try to go for that hotel again.
Good 6,0
Pros: The hotel is well located, and I appreciate the free Wireless.
Okay 4,0
Pros: Bed and Tv were good.
Cons: Didn`t find the staff particularly helpful Thay didn`t have the right size of room we had prbooked, and expected i would accept an inferior room, and when i stood my ground managed to find a king room . There was no apology. The internet facility was not working, and they were unwilling to send a message to my family,.Generally not the kind of place i would return to even though rooms were ok.
Good 6,0
Pros: Very user friendly, excellent service!
Cons: None!!
Good 6,0

Mediocre 2,0
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Your provider (Cancelon) failed to provide us a hotel room.
Excellent 9,7
Cons: Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed and great location
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The hotel is beautiful. Really did a wonderful job remodeling. Rooms are quite large with generous seating areas and extra large bathrooms. Location is great.
Good 7,7
Pros: We always love going to the King Edward Hotel when we visit downtown Toronto. The location is terrific if you want to walk, shop, and sight see. We've been choosing this hotel for years.
Cons: Since we book this hotel often ... it would be nice to be recognized and rewarded. Perhaps with a room upgrade or something ... Most notably though on this last visit I noticed our bed was sagging in the middle. I had to sleep on the edges of the mattress not to fall into the centre.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The hotel property was immaculate and was in walking distance to many places of interest such as Eaton Centre, St. Lawrence Market, Distillery area, St. Michael"s Cathedral, SONY Performing Atrs Center and many fabulous restaurants and bars. The employees of the hotel were motivated in making our experience a great one. The concierge staff were most helpful with their suggestions and directions.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Check in was a breeze, big room with a big comfortable bed, modern amenities, and easy to get to/from the train station and other local attractions. Very friendly staff.
Cons: I don't really have any gripes, so I'll say softer toilet paper. This was honestly the only thing that stood out as less than excellent to me.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Our room was spacious and comfortable.
Cons: I did not realize that guests would have dogs in the hotel. I prefer a pet free location.
Good 6,7
Pros: Staff was very friendly. Room was nice and quiet.
Cons: This hotel is very expensive for sure.
Good 6,7
Pros: We got a fantastic price through booking.com. We would not have been able to afford this hotel otherwise. When the receptionist saw that we had a baby, she upgraded us to a larger room which was nice!
Cons: The Internet was pricy and hard to hook up. We needed an attendant to look at it but it still didn't work until late into the evening. They didn't charge us though, so it worked out in the end.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The rooms were very big, clean and in great shape. The location is great, right down town.
Good 6,3
Pros: The room we stayed in large and spacious but extremely outdated.
Cons: The bang for the buck factor. For the price, we were expecting our room to be ultra modern but that wasn't the case at all. The room's fictures, especially in the bathroom, were straight from the 70's!!
Good 7,7
Pros: Excellent location - clean - efficient - good food - would come back again - good upgrade - not the cheapest.
Good 6,4
Pros: service was excellent
Cons: beds and pillows were not comfortable, my neck is still very, very sore!!!

Pros: From the moment you arrive, you are aware you are in a special place. The understated luxury and the attentive but discrete staff mean you can enjoy your stay in the knowledge everything you need is at your fingertips while enjoying as much privacy as you need. The wood-paneled design theme is carried through the hotel from the lobby to your room, which is a haven from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Do ask for a quiet room though as the noise of Toronto's condo construction boom can interrupt the tranquility in some areas (a problem not unique to Le Germain). But the hotel has even thought of that. It helpfully provides ear plugs in the bedrooms for those who are sleep-challenged. It's just one of the many little and big touches that make this hotel an oasis in the entertainment district of Canada's largest city, just a short distance from Toronto's island airport served by the Porter airline.
Cons: 1. Super staff who don't get "in your face" 2. Understated charm of hotel with thoughtful design touches 3. FantastIc bedrooms with plenty of space (judging by our room) 4. Convenient location in Toronto's downtown theatre district and close to waterfront
Good 6,0
Pros: Rooms need a refresh.

Pros: Nice hotel on the edge of the downtown core, an easy walk to restaurants and bars on King Street West, Queen Street West, Chinatown and Kensington Market. Excellent 10,0
Pros: We stayed to celebrate my husbands birthday and brought our 2 year old, and the hotel concierge and butler service were beyond accommodating! Although it’s a pricey stay, the service made it well worth it!
Good 6,8
Pros: People very friendly...Jon twigg very kind to get door leading into our room fixed.
Cons: Door didn't work..had to wait to get fixed. Room not ready when we arrived at 330pm, had to wait 20 minutes in lobby. Bed not turned down second night we were there. Hairs found in our bathtub..
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We inadvertently left somethings in the car that was valet parked. Our bellhop brought our bags up and immediately helped us with our situation. In a few minutes our other items were up in our room. It was so effortless. I also loved how well staffed if was and how ready they were to help us with anything.
Excellent 9,1
Pros: Attentive staff
Cons: Need exhaust fans in the bathroom Lack of TV stations in the lounge - why in Canada could we not see the Stanley Cup playoffs in the lounge???
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The room was beautiful. Our favorite was the Trump chocolate bars. The kids loved the TV embedded in the bathroom mirror.
Cons: My only complaint was the the lighting in the bathroom could have been brighter. It was a little dim for applying makeup.
Excellent 9,4
Pros: The location is great. Short walk to everywhere and multiple places to eat nearby.
Cons: Be aware that you HAVE to valet park, which costs $50 per night per car. They do not give you the option to park yourself.

Pros: I felt at home in my room and it had everything I could think of (even a makeup removing cloth). I was hosting a small bridal shower/bachelorette dinner and the receptionist went above and beyond to help place us at the best table on the rooftop restaurant.
Good 6,7
Pros: The rooms though small were unique and comfortable with interesting design touches
Good 6,0
Pros: I loved the staff and the hospitality at the Drake. I did not particularly care for the small size of the rooms and the lack of any comfortable seating other than the bed and small, old desk chair. The nightlife at the hotel was very good over the weekend.
Cons: I did not particularly care for the small size of the rooms and the lack of any comfortable seating other than the bed and small, old desk chair.

Pros: We loved spending a night in the hotel. Our first room was next to the elevators - convenient but so noisy! We were kindly accommodated in a new room after voicing our concern. The room service meal was delicious and great value. Highly recommended.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Great location and friendly staff. Can’t help but get swept up in the grandeur of the lobby.
Cons: Not great value for money. Paid for ‘upgraded’ room and couldn’t tell the difference. Our reservation at Epic was mysteriously cancelled (eventhough they called twice to confirm reso). Rushed out after only an hour for another event. If the location was anywhere else, wouldn’t stay again.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Excellent service
Cons: Pricey, but worth it.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We traveled by Via and walked right across the street. Library bar is lovely. Rooms very spacious and comfortable. Everyone should give themselves a treat and stay at the Royal York.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Excellent old luxury hotel in downtown Toronto, ideally situated next to the railway station. Very nice staff.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location is perfect. Beautiful hotel.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: The check out person was friendly and polite and the hotel itself was beautiful.
Cons: The check in gentlemen was a bit rude and didn’t smile. Super awkward.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Room was very noisy. The front desk was very responsive when I made it known that people next door were very noisy. Also, they charged me for WiFi which seems cheap.
Cons: Adjoining and hallway noise!!!
Excellent 9,4
Pros: Comfortable
Good 7,7
Cons: It was under construction (renovation) and some facilities were closed
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The staff was incredibly friendly and extremely attentive to our needs. We requested a quiet room and received what we asked for. Everything was immaculate and having a pool and a health club with a steam room was an added bonus to our stay.
Cons: If you drive and park over overnight leaving on a work day morning can be a little difficult as Union station is across the street and morning commuters tend to walk directly into the path of where you exit the Fairmont in your car. It would help to have a hotel employee come out and assist with clearing vehicular and pedestrian traffic so you can exit the Fairmont in your car safely.
Good 6,5
Pros: Bed was comfortable
Cons: Heating system was loud. Walls were paper thin. Could hear room conversations as I passed doors. Especially being placed so super close to the elevator.
Good 6,7
Pros: Location is great. Didn't have meals there but heard good reports.
Cons: Bottom (fitted sheet) didn't fit the mattress and kept coming off.
Good 6,7
Pros: Classic hotel, close to the train station and all of downtown. As always atreat to be a guest.
Okay 5,7
Pros: Location. Easy access to subway and buses.Good restaurant in the hotel and plenty of good restaurants locally.
Cons: Can feel rather impersonal.
Good 7,7
Pros: We stayed at The Royal York nine years ago so it was so good to see that it was still a delightful place to stay. From our arrival everyone was extremely helpful and friendly and we were so pleased to see Alina in the York Station Bar after all these years....like meeting up with an old friend and her Martinis are amazing! Wish we could have stayed longer and looking forward to the next time. Thank you.
Cons: Didn't make it in time for breakfast on our last day, our fault wanted to get the packing done and by then the deli-bakery did not have much selection. It was 10.30am. Not much of a complaint is it? PS Haven't looked at your guest reviews on website.
Good 7,7

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Everything was great from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. Being in the downtown area they did the best to make there guests free at home.

Cons: The room was rather tight for a "suite"
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Wonderful beds
Cons: Nothing
Good 6,8
Pros: The woman, Madeline, who checked me in and out was exceptional and is the example for all of the other associates there. She made sure at check-in that I was comfortable, she asked about my flight in, and made sure that I had a map and was situated well to use the PATH and other means to get around Toronto. The hotel was clean and modernized and room service was excellent. The room service associates were exceedingly polite and friendly.
Cons: I arrived early Sunday and was in conference all day and jetlagged. I couldn't wait to put in a long rest since I wasn't in conference that morning. I put out the "Do Not Disturb" and latched the door. At about 9:00 am Monday morning housekeeping opened the door. When I got up to see what was going on I told her no services at this time. She said she was having problems with the door because the RFID was flashing yellow (which was explained to me the yellow light meant that the latch was on. She persisted until I let her in. She cleaned the bathroom and left, but my day was just going to have to start I guess. As I saw her throughout my stay she was not the most polite. Very terse "Hello"s, if at all.

Good 6,0
Pros: The staff were excellent and helpful. Lobby computers always available. Spa service absolutely excellent.
Cons: Bathroom in rooms needs updating (old wallpaper and tile). While the spa services were excellent, the spa itself is run down and needs modernizing. Good prices though.

Excellent 9,7
Pros: The staff was great and went above and beyond when needing assistance or needing to find a store
Cons: The grout in the shower was a bit dirty and well as the ceiling
Excellent 8,5
Pros: Loved the full wall of windows with shutters on them in the bedroom and windows/skylights in the bathroom. Made the room so wonderfully bright in the mornings. Modern updates gave the room a high-end look and feel. Very beautiful. Very comfortable.
Cons: We experienced four minor annoyances. Firstly, the fireplace (which came with a remote - pretty cool) made squeaking noises when it was on. Secondly, the mattress was overdue for a change - my side had a significant body indentation in it. Thirdly, the lower spigot in the shower was not attached to the wall - it stuck out about a foot or so into the shower. Lastly, the old tub is still in the bathroom but really just takes up space (it's a short tub, so no spa-like soaking). None were huge issues, just minor details that should be addressed.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very convenient to all downtown attractions Underground parking Lots of restaurants in area Walking distance to everything- Union station an easy 7 min walk
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The reservation was booked over a month in advance on Kayak for a conference but upon arrival there was no record of my reservation. The Staff were very concerned and were able to get me a room in an otherwise fully booked hotel.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The location was phenomenal, within walking distance of so much -- only a 10-15 walk from Air Canada Centre, a couple minutes from the Rogers Centre/aquarium/CN Tower, and just a short subway ride from the ROM and Casa Loma, etc. The restaurant behind the hotel (Amsterdam Brewhouse) was absolutely fantastic as well. The rooms were so clean and big and comfortable. It was perfect for a weekend getaway. On top of it, the staff was so friendly and helpful, making for an even better stay.
Cons: The only thing I really didn't like was the fact that parking wasn't free for hotel guests (it was $21/day), but I know that it's a hotel in the downtown area of a large city, so they can't really control that/you should expect to pay for parking.
Excellent 10,0
Cons: Cost of breakfast, but was still very great food!
Excellent 9,7
Pros: very nice updated hotel close to many attractions and public transportation.
Cons: staff could have been more knowledgeable about locations and attractractions
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great location between Ontario lake and the CN tower!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location and the updated modern rooms were very clean!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Friendly staff Great pool Big rooms Late check out
Good 6,8
Pros: The location was pretty good with pretty quick access via street car to the main subway terminal. Staff was also very friendly and helpful.
Cons: This is definitely not a luxury hotel. Things look nice but the hotel is old with a new coat of paint. You can tell where the renovations were done on a budget so things looked nice, but were not actually done well. In addition, the walls were paper thin. We could hear the people in the next room having a conversation. We did get the hotel for a very good rate, but there is absolutely no way the rooms are worth normal price. The hotel itself is not bad, but it is by no means 'luxury.'
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, relaxing and the harbour view was just relaxing we actually ended up staying an extra night. Large shower, lots of towels. They brought in a microwave on request. Location is walking distance (even with a little one) to CN Tower and major central Toronto attractions. It's convenient that you have the parking even after checkout - until 6pm of your departure date. We came in March but I would consider it again in.summer to use the pool and patio.
Cons: Can't think of anything

Cons: I miss Scarpetta restaurant.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Atmosphere and luxurious
Cons: Habachi service
Mediocre 2,0
Cons: I showed up after a long day of work only to find out they didn't have a room for me. Instead they transferred me to a lower quality hotel that was across town and inconvenient to the next days activity. The front desk was also understaffed at this time and was trying to juggle other complaints, issues with the sound system and sorting out a room for me.
Excellent 9,4
Pros: First and foremost the staff were incredible. From Jennifer at the front desk to Mandy & Chris serving up cocktails in the lobby bar. Rooms were appointed nicely and everything was incredibly clean. Location was perfect as it was only a short walk to great restaurants and popular attractions.
Cons: This is no slight on the employees but more on Thompson's policy to rent out it's pool area for private events. Everyday we experienced some sort of early closing of the pool area for a private event. Closing the pool at 3pm in the middle of summer is not acceptable.
Okay 4,8
Pros: Style and location was good, great rooftop pool
Cons: Overall the property was run down and not the best condition. Pool was great view but no space. Love Thompson overall in Cabo and Chicago, but not comparable here - needs to step it up
Okay 5,4
Pros: Location
Cons: Was not able to use the pool (the only reason we booked this hotel) without warning due to "events". The bar at night consitiantly closed hours before the time shown and told to us by many staff. We only got to use the room. Would never go back. He balcony next to ours also had old broken furniture and cigarettes everywhere
Good 6,7
Pros: Proximity to work, nice rooms, good service, good price.
Cons: The air was incredibly dry. so much so that it was hard to sleep and my throat was parched. also, I think it's crazy that wireless is not included in the price. that is a very old school way of making an extra $10. give wireless away! And lastly, and especially because of the dryness, there should be free water bottles beside each bed.
Good 7,0
Pros: The hotel is very central and a lot of things are at walking distance. The bar and restaurant at its entrance is also remarkably hip and popular amongst 20's and 30's crowd on a Saturday night.
Cons: some small items like shower caps missing. The separate shower room looks excellent and modern but water pressure from the shower wasnt sufficient.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: room design; common area design
Good 6,7
Pros: Service was excellent. Very comfortable bed. Beautiful bathroom. Easy access.
Cons: Room a bit small, we kept hitting our shins on the corner of the bed. The light system was a bit tricky to figure out.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: It is an experience to stay at the Thompson. It is impressive and convenient that you can dine in 3 restaurants, dance downstairs or simply hang at the bar in the lobby. The Thompson brings a little "L.A." and "N.Y." to Toronto, if you care for that. If not, stay at the Holiday Inn.
Cons: The lobby bar closes at 1pm.

Excellent 9,7
Pros: Stayed for a concert loved it
Excellent 8,5
Pros: Supurb downtown location. The lobby bar view of the baseball field inside the Rogers Centre was pretty cool and would be awesome on game day.
Cons: Lousy view from our city view room on the 1st floor. Fitness center was nice but lacking a sauna , change area and sundries and other simple amenities.
Excellent 9,7
Pros: Fast check in, complimentary breakfast above the norm, close to transport and entertainment
Cons: Expensive parking. Wifi should be free.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location and available valet parking saved us a lot of stress. Very friendly, helpful staff
Cons: We were booked for 3 people and only had 2 coffee cups. No microwave which should be standard
Excellent 8,5
Pros: Our room overlooked the field. And it was fun to watch them prepare for the home opener. Staff was great very helpful and friendly.
Excellent 9,4
Pros: We took train, then walked mostly through skyway bridges from airport. Staff was friendly, room clean and ready for us. One night stay, was a comfortable rest. Was able to use Netflix to watch a show.
Cons: Recreation areas not available during our short stay.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Large rooms and beautiful large bathroom. Staff friendly and happy to help
Good 6,0
Pros: The staff is extremely helpful and the location is great, right by the CN tower, walking distance to Union Station (about 10 minutes). The room I stayed in was very spacious.
Cons: The hotel was being renovated, so there was no convenient access to a pool or fitness centre (you would have to go to the Delta hotel a couple of blocks away for that); the ice machine/vending machine room on my floor was locked with no sign or note explaining the reason or where to go for an open ice/vending machine room -- maybe those are also being renovated. My particular room seemed to be in need of renovations as well (like caulking the bathtub). After the renovations are completed things should be OK, but I was really disappointed as I had no heads up about these issues and would have booked a different hotel if I had known about them.
Okay 4,5
Pros: the location and the room was clean.
Cons: the manager isnt truthful and gives a horrible scammer vibe. its a long story, but he just lies to secure a sale and is very deceitful. also hotel management was slow and needed to be called multiple times for small concerns. it was annoying having to keep calling and reminding them. also the hotel had loud and disturbing noises as early as 6am and throughout the morning which made waking up very unpleasant. also no toothpaste, and the tv remote was missing.
Excellent 9,7
Pros: The convenience, it’s close to the majority of the tourist attractions and great places to eat.
Cons: Only thing, the room had a bit of a pet smell too it. I have a dog at home, so it wasn’t enough to bother me, but definitely noticeable and unexpected.
Excellent 8,5
Pros: it was a nice view and the water front wasn't to far from the amphitheater were i was going
Cons: it was over priced for a small hotel like that
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The room was big and had a view of the rogers centre, which we loved. Really liked that the screen tv welcomes you by your name, I thought that was excellent customer service. The bathroom was nicely decorated and I felt it was different then the regular hotel room.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: We loved the location as it was a perfect home base for us to explore downtown Toronto on foot, via the Subway, streetcar and taxi cab. We initially chose the hotel for its close proximity to the cne and the cn Tower but were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to access many tourist attractions in the area. The hotel itself was clean, the pool was lovely and the staff were exceptionally pleasant. We'll be back!
Cons: The exterior grounds were not up to the standard one would expect for an International hotel, (weeds, faded paint on signs, etc.)
Good 6,7
Pros: It's right next to the ballpark. You can eat lunch and watch the game from the hotel restaurant. Centrally located. It's super convenient.
Cons: I hated the fact that they charge to use wifi or the internet in the business center.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The hotel was very convenient and central to many of the Toronto tourist attractions, and the novelty of watching the baseball game from the restaurant was great.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: City view room wasn't available when we arrived (which we were supposed to get) so they gave us a room with a view of the centre feild of the Rogers Centre so we watched the Blue Jays baseball game from our room. Loved it!
