Excellent 9,0
Pros: Great location. Close to the CN Tower and Rodgers Center. Good continental breakfast. Comfortable bed.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: The staff, shower and furniture where great. Right beside our venue for the night so great for walking from building to building! Impressed with shopping connected to building even if only two stores.
Cons: Small room, minimal breakfast choices, black wall looked like something was removed from wall and painted over. I love rustic but wall looked more like lazy to fix the surface before painting it black.

Excellent 9,6
Pros: Room service was delicious, room was amazing (especially the bathroom), and the location was great.

Excellent 9,2
Pros: The staff prepared our room according to our special requests with top flight attention to details.
Cons: The bathroom entry doors - very difficult to open from the inside and the outside.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The best thing about this hotel was the staff. Every person we came in contact with was so friendly and helpful. It was amazing.
Cons: For the price, and this could take into the prices for hotels in the area, I didn't think that the room was worth the price. The view was ok and the overall hotel room was ok. Not fantastic which is what I would expect for the price point.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Amazing super friendly staff! So polite and all about being top class! Amazing! That's what a hotel should be like! Room was super comfortable and they went out of their way to take care of every little thing. Gorgeous views! Just a wonderful experience. Swimming pool was gorgeous and they had private cabanas by the pool side!

Pros: Very comfortable bed. The rooms were very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice breakfast.
Cons: n/a
Excellent 10,0
Pros: From the moment you arrive, you are aware you are in a special place. The understated luxury and the attentive but discrete staff mean you can enjoy your stay in the knowledge everything you need is at your fingertips while enjoying as much privacy as you need. The wood-paneled design theme is carried through the hotel from the lobby to your room, which is a haven from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Do ask for a quiet room though as the noise of Toronto's condo construction boom can interrupt the tranquility in some areas (a problem not unique to Le Germain). But the hotel has even thought of that. It helpfully provides ear plugs in the bedrooms for those who are sleep-challenged. It's just one of the many little and big touches that make this hotel an oasis in the entertainment district of Canada's largest city, just a short distance from Toronto's island airport served by the Porter airline.
Cons: 1. Super staff who don't get "in your face" 2. Understated charm of hotel with thoughtful design touches 3. FantastIc bedrooms with plenty of space (judging by our room) 4. Convenient location in Toronto's downtown theatre district and close to waterfront
Good 7,1
Pros: Central hotel.
Cons: Breakfast space was very cramped. Nice bagels though. Lots of construction around the hotel. The flat fare taxi booked for me by hotel was exorbitant. I was told that it was CAD 65 but the taxi driver ended up requesting CAD 75 & a tip- which make the total close to CAD 87. Don't book a taxi through the hotel- book in online and in advance. I paid CAD 56 flat fare to get from Pearson airport to the hotel. How the return journey can be CAD 30 more is beyond me!
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Great location. Cool room
Cons: Could of had more on the buffet breakfast
Good 6,0
Pros: Rooms need a refresh.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Well designed room: Junior Suite on 7th floor. Very comfortable bed (and I am very fussy!). Excellent modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Nespresso machine. Comfortable sectional sofa. Large desk and a proper desk chair and light. Filtered water container on the floor.
Cons: A container for used tea bags. Independent wall switches for bedroom and lounge area. A night light in the toilet (why is it that hotels do not think about this?) or a dimmer on the bathroom overhead lights would have been appreciated. Smoothies on the buffet breakfast menu and non-grain, vegetable options other than fruit.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Perfect location for Rogers Centre, Second City, etc.
Cons: Construction across the street.
Good 6,7
Pros: The location, Convenient but ordinary breakfast.
Cons: We had to wait for our car (parked for supposed convenience in the hotel's parking for 52$) for 45minutes. We ended up being late for our meeting. Although the room was comfortable, we found too dark and extremely cold (16C); took a few hours to warm up. Had better experiences at other Germain properties.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Perfect downtown location, in walking distance to lots of attractions. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Super comfortable beds and big room.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Loved personal, very polite, helpful and good trained. I loved showers, toiletries quality.
Cons: I loved my stay, however room was cooler that i would prefer too. Conditioner system could use an update. I was not able to use gym due to lock malfunction.

Pros: Very nice upscale hotel for a great deal! Excellent location in downtown Toronto.
Cons: $5 room service charge
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Food was excellent. Due to construction, our room was very noisy, but staff was very kind to find another room which exceeded our expectations. Brian, the Concierge was extremely helpful and wen th out of his way to help us with directions getting around.
Cons: Water in the refrigerator for our use. The staff was very kind to bring some to our room.
Okay 5,8
Pros: I loved the look of the main floor, the design was incredible. I also liked that shower in my hotel. The bed sheets were very comfy. The staff were very friendly, I asked for an late checkout and they were able to accommodate by 1 hour with very short notice which was impressive.
Cons: This location has no parking, you’d think after paying the price for such a hotel, you wouldn’t have to pay for “self serve” parking. I would understand valet parking, but not self serve. Also, the A.C in my room was incredibly loud and felt unrefined. Every-time it would turn on, me and my partner would wake up (which was quite a lot). The T.V is also pretty small when compared to other hotels around the GTA and what they have to offer.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Location is great.
Cons: I didn’t think there was anything special about the service. Just ok.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: I love this hotel. It's close to everything, it's clean, and everyone is very professional. The rooms were large and the beds were so comfortable.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: The coziness, the lobby, breakfast
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The place had a nice kitchenette, with even a washing machine and a dishwasher. Although I was only there for a couple of days, I can imagine it's excellent for traveling with family or a long-term stay. The staff, including the cleaning staff, were all super nice.
Cons: Everything was great.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Nice integrated suite with a kitchen, convenient if you stay longer than a day. Excellent location, nice staff and amazing views. Valet parking is available.
Cons: No good coffee in room, elevators took forever (we were on the 46th floor), parking is too expensive compared to what you can get right next door for more than half the price.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: A room with a view
Excellent 10,0
Pros: This is a fabulous location. Classy premises. Excellent staff, very courteous and professional. We requested a late check-out and it was no problem.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything - location, hospitality and clean spacious room. Thanks to Sayara, Faisal and in training Sedney.
Cons: Nothing
Good 7,1
Pros: ideally located for train station and metro
Cons: the was a kitchen but no pans to cook with, these needed to be asked for !! no washing facilities just expensive dry cleaning staff use the visitors lifts for moving food, equipment about we were there on vacation and on returning from a day sightseeing were made to feel as if we were imposing on the business people who were there drinking only 1 chair to relax in
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The front staff and cleaning staff were so friendly and helpful. Loved our experience! The room was beautiful. Location is perfect. Walking distance to union station.
Cons: Nothing.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Staff was super friendly and helpful. In suite laundry was major bonus to wash and dry running gear before packing into suitcase. Room comfortable, well appointed. Historical building was neat, lobby nice, convenient location downtown. Valet parking was expensive but necessary as there appeared nothing convenient around. Well suited to transit and walking. Views were fantastic from 36th floor suite, and gym was great, with super views, on 17th floor. Sandwich/pastry shop off lobby was good, Starbucks immediately across street.
Cons: No in suite breakfast option, so either be prepared (and make use of in suite kitchen), hit restaurant downstairs (which seemed expensive), or plan for pastry or coffee shop mere steps away.

Pros: Nice hotel on the edge of the downtown core, an easy walk to restaurants and bars on King Street West, Queen Street West, Chinatown and Kensington Market. Hotel is low-rise and relatively small, which is a plus for me. Easy, but somewhat expensive parking underground with direct access to hotel. Luxury room was comfortable and spacious.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Concierge service was excellent. The hotel was clean and well-appointed with lots of luxuries and very comfortable beds.
Cons: Walburgers was horrible

Pros: The hotel is great...beautiful place to walk in to. Loved that checkout was not until 12 and we were able to check in a bit earlier
Cons: Room was just ordinary so priced high and not the view we were promised. Food in hotel restaurant was good but ridiculously priced....$67.00 plus tips for 2 burgers and fries and gingerale.

Good 7,9
Pros: Location is very good. Just a block away from Union station. And a bridge away from CN tower and aquarium.
Cons: Room is not as clean as expected. A little bit dusty.
Good 7,9
Pros: - 12pm checkout was exceptional and always a main reason for staying. - Lovely woman at the desk checking us in was friendly and professional, informed us of construction and when the noise would be over, etc - Late night room service was convenient - Close/Good location within 10min walking of Scotia bank arena - Self parking -Pillows and bedding were great, especially for those with neck/back problems like my guest
Cons: - Room booked through third party website clearly stated hotel would not fully charge card until check in day yet I was charged in full mere days after booking the room. I would understand putting a hold to confirm credit card however being fully charged when the booking website says otherwise was not impressive, expected, professional, reliable, or discerning. - Room service menu mostly over priced - Obstructed views, lots of construction, traffic can be horrible in area

Pros: Room service was nice. Timely, plentiful and on par price wise as most other upper scale hotels. I would order room service breakfast again next time.
Cons: Limited number of elevators and a very long walk to most rooms once you have exited the elevators. Only 1 central elevator location per floor. Minor, but robes are pretty thin... expect more for a Marriott hotel.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Location
Cons: Check out experience
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Awesome view of the game from the room. Loved this experience! Would highly recommend and I hope to do it again.
Cons: Ear plugs should be provided in-room by default. The noise of the post-game clean-up didn't bother me, but may affect others during the night.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Amazing location and clean! Friendly staff very comfortable beds
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Easy to get to by car. Convenient to public transportation and area attractions. Staff is amazing
Okay 4,6
Pros: Not much. I was told that we would be over the 103R section of seats so my boys could go in the seats and we could see them from there and the room was no where near there.
Cons: I asked for a room with 2 queen bed and got 2 double beds and last room far far away from elevator. Totally not what I asked for with the timeline of booking the room.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: The location is great. Walking distance to many exciting destinations. Attached to Rogers Centre for major league bb fans. Subway not too far. Bathroom is amazing. Staff are very helpful
Cons: Second time at this property. First time we had 2 people in our party and the room seemed huge. This time we needed 2 beds and the room had one beautiful bed and a lumpy pull out sofa. It seemed smaller than the single bed room. The bathroom was huge and amazing both stays
Good 6,3
Pros: The location is fantastic and is walking distance to essentially all the cool downtown tourist locations in the city. There is airconditioning in the rooms and lots of natural daylight. You can use your own Netflix on their tvs.
Cons: The construction noise outside of the window was loud and constant. The pillows are not comfortable at all and the room itself lacked lights and art. It felt extremely bare in the room. The shower takes a very, very long time to get hot water. You can't use stairs as there is only elevator access between floors. The hosting staff at the Sportsnet restaurant in the hotel were either unfriendly or confusingly incompetent. Overall, the stay was only alright because of these reasons, especially considering after tax we paid $400/night. Very expensive for an "average" experience (which for me is below my average).
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location. Staff. Clean. Friendly. Helpful.
Cons: Can’t think of anything
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Located right at the stadium Restaurant host Alex was amazing!
Cons: Cover charge in the hotel restaurant 4 hrs before a Blue Jays game. We had to find alternate place to eat before attending the games. Our room faced the train tracks, non stop noise.

Pros: The hotel was great, very comfortable and a good location. The staff were fabulous, really fabulous. My wife has dietary restrictions which the staff did an amazing job of accommodating with delicious plates, beautifully presented, designed with care around our needs. We cannot thank the staff enough for their support, expertise and kindness. You guys made our stay so memorable, tasty and fun. You guys are great! A special thank you to Matt, Kelly, Jon and Maryvic.

Pros: The location
Cons: We stayed on the 7th floor and had to call to get the toilet to be fixed after a number one and they said it was fixed but after going in the middle of the night it stopped working yet again. Very frustrating when you've paid so much for the room.

Pros: Location, superbly located in the centre of the city. cleanliness, view from our room on the 17th (top) floor. Secure underground parking. All staff encountered were very pleasant, and the concerege staff member was very helpful and friendly. Swimming pool, which was warm and located up on the 18th floor, with superb views of Toronto.
Cons: Nothing!

Excellent 8,3
Pros: staff was nice, and the location is good.

Cons: Buffet breakfast should be kept in 5th floor
Good 7,0
Pros: The hotel was clean and the staff were cheerful and friendly.
Cons: The food was not really up to much. There could have been more choice
Excellent 9,2
Pros: The locations was great. The staff were very friendly. Parking was available on site for $31.78 which was reasonable for that area of Toronto. The Amsterdam Brewery was next door!
Cons: The pool was closed. It was a bit noisy at night. The cost on an average night is too much. If i didn't get the rate I did, I would have stayed elsewhere.
Good 7,5
Pros: complimentry chocolates apple and water. rooms were spotless with a lovely view.
Cons: no indoor pool or jaccuzi. bar beside pool are at night time on level 5 didnt look like it was open as no staff behind bar at 8pm or 11pm. unless they so happened to just disappear at that time. was a spoets bar down stairs but was far too noisey and rowdy for my liking. also the paid pqrking $28 per night. thought with the price of the hotel the parking would be free
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Super friendly people at the front desk.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Big room and overlooking the water. Easy access to downtown and parking onsite.

Pros: Great rooms, good restaurant.
Cons: Little pricey.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: When we booked the hotel there was indoor pool and restaurant . But they have only hottub which is great by the way. After booking , we get an email that restaurant will be closed. That wasnt fair really. Otherwise this is our second stay at cambridge Stafff really nice . Water drain in the living room never got fixed despite complaining. rooms are spacious.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Location, size
Cons: No room service , and though there was coffee fake cream even with a fridge. I would also prefer a coffee pot to a single serve Kerrigan... Not enough coffee for 2 people.
Excellent 9,4
Pros: Everything was great
Cons: Nothing comes to mind...
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Clean, friendly, good location
Cons: Breakfast would be nice addition. Prices for everything were high
Excellent 10,0
Pros: My boyfriend and I came for our 6 year anniversary. We wanted to explore Toronto, so we came early. The staff was amazing! When we got there, they let us have an early check in and explained the parking and amenities very well. The hotel is in the perfect proximity to everything in Toronto. We will be staying there again upon our return.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We stayed at the Cambridge Suites as part of a weekend getaway. In the heart of downtown and right around the corner from Massey Hall, the Cambridge Suites was withiin walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The suite was spacious and offered every convenience. The bed was extremely comfortable and the linens clean and crisp. The room was very quiet and the staff was most accomodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Everything was great
Cons: Everything
Excellent 9,1
Pros: Nice room layout and amenities Very quiet
Cons: Room heater thermostat did not work well Elevator down button light did not work
Excellent 10,0
Pros: This was a great deal! It is conveniently located downtown near the Air Canada Centre and a quick walk to the Hockey Hall of Fame. It's not easy finding a 4-star deal downtown, but this was definitely one! Everyone was kind and answered all our questions. Staff throughout the hotel was inquisitive and helpful. Parking on site and not too bad of a price. Highly recommended!
Cons: Perfect stay. No complaints.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: I compared alot of hotels for our long weekend visit to Toronto. The Cambridge seemed to offer the best value as far as price, location, and you get a suite not just a room. The room were clean, and recently refurbished. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was very firm, but we prefer it that way. The hotel has a strictly enforced no noise policy, which is something we appreciated. We were able to get the rest we needed after very full days taking in Toronto.
Cons: The temperature in the room was a little on the warm side. Not uncomfortable, but we would have preferred it a little cooler. Weather outside was in the 90's. Turning the thermostat down did not seem to help.

Pros: Good location, clean…
Cons: I had come to hotel around 8 in the morning. Usually they make you wait till noon but hotel was available. I wanted an tower view room. Receptionist told me that all view rooms are busy and I have to come back around to have one! I told him that I will come around by 10 pm. and by that time reserve any view room and send my luggage’s. I have asked twice “there won’t be any problem because things are always we’ll get it fixed later but it won’t get fixed. I was thinking that I will go to reception to get my keys! When I arrived at 10 I give my id and asked for room keys! As I presumed, I was not given a room I was skimped! Receptionist asked for a moment get inside come back and checked me in! It is Sheraton hotel how come they make me to carry three pieces of luggage!
Good 6,3
Pros: The location
Cons: Incredibly over priced. Not worth $323 a night. I will never pay that again. The hotel is way too average. I stayed at the King Omni for $100 less and it was way nicer of a room. Also the power went off in the middle of the night for 2 hours and I almost fell in the bathroom because I couldnt see and same with my partner.
Excellent 8,0
Cons: Breakfast room has parking view :(
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Room and breakfast
Cons: Hallway noise
Excellent 8,8
Pros: We had a great view of Nathan Philipps Square from our room. Very Instagrammable!
Cons: The facilities were lacking. But the location made up for it! Anything the hotel lacked was found in your immediate vicinity.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The check in staff was great!
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The location was great and the rooms and services are fantastic
Cons: Exterior renovations were unfortunate
Good 7,0
Cons: After spending close to $300.00 on the room, I wouldl expect free WIFI in the room.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Very close to Eaton Center & downtown. Big hotel.
Cons: Room was not cleaned until I called room service 3 times. It was finally cleaned at 9 pm.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Close to everything comfortable beds
Okay 5,0
Pros: Location and services around it.
Cons: The stuff were highly unfriendly. I also wanted to let them know my partner would be arriving before me and they were absolutely useless and not customer service oriented when it came to adding my partner's lady name to the reservation.
Okay 5,0
Pros: Location in terms of being accessible to nearby underground parking lots..
Cons: Room service was a joke and too expensive or no good reason.

Pros: The bed was too soft and and it was pressing down. In my room wifi was not reaching at all and had serz bad connection. The Balcony of the room shoud have opend towards main street rather towards inside street so tht the view is much better for the guests.
Cons: I didnt like the direction of balcony. Didnt liked the wifi connection strength in the room cos it was hardly connecting. Didnt like the too soft bed foam as it qas pressing inside and diffult for me to sleep as i like hard beds
Excellent 8,8
Cons: Cleanliness
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The rooftop lounge and pool area was spectacular
Okay 5,4
Pros: Breakfast was excellent.
Cons: Rooms to be updated getting tired looking. Pay more attention to your guest than outsiders, especially when you have offered rooftop lounge and pool Need more control outside your hotel after party from the pool, attracting the wrong crowd foul language etc... when approaching the hotel. Cancel the lines for a nightclub crowd waiting to get to the rooftop bar! Attend to your guest it will pay off in the long run...guests will have a much better experience and memory of your hotel intern repeat business and referrals.!!
Good 6,7
Pros: Lovely modern hotel and cool area
Cons: VERY expensive for what you got. Hotel seemed like it was more tailored towards being a nightclub and not really catering for the guests. Pool was small, hardly any towels or sun beds. Not good value for money but would be fine if you didn't want to use the pool
Okay 5,0
Pros: Rooms were modern and spacious
Cons: Rooftop pool rarely open. Priority to private parties. Staff were rude and unprofessional. Over priced and not a 5* hotel.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We could see the CN tower from our room.
Cons: We had a plugged sink.
Good 6,3
Pros: Location, comfortable and large room, staff very helpful (apart from the maid).
Cons: The housekeeping service was terrible. I left a note in the bathroom saying that I needed more shampoo and conditioner because one of them is not enough for me and my husband and the maid put in two body showers and a body lotion. Did not put any shampoo and conditioner. What kind of employee does this in a 5 star hotel ???? Where is the attention when performing the service ??? My room was very poorly cleaned, replaced damp towels. Anyway, the worst housekeeping service !!!! The breakfast is not the best either. By far a breakfast worthy of a 5 star hotel.
Good 6,7
Pros: Great view and location
Cons: Not great value for money to start. Also, the rooftop bar they advertise as part of the hotel is CONSTANTLY being used for private functions. We tried 3 times to have a drink when we stayed as each time we were told it was closed for private function. It was infuriating to say the least. Why advertise if it’s not readily available to paying guests!!!!! Wouldn’t return for this reason and this reason alone.
Good 6,7
Pros: Nice area
Cons: Too expensive for what they offer
Okay 5,0
Cons: Very basic room for s very high price
Okay 4,8
Pros: Style and location was good, great rooftop pool
Cons: Overall the property was run down and not the best condition. Pool was great view but no space. Love Thompson overall in Cabo and Chicago, but not comparable here - needs to step it up
