Pros (+) We stayed to celebrate my husbands birthday and brought our 2 year old, and the hotel concierge and butler service were beyond accommodating! Although it’s a pricey stay, the service made it well worth it!

Pros (+) The room was beautiful. Our favorite was the Trump chocolate bars. The kids loved the TV embedded in the bathroom mirror.
Cons (-) My only complaint was the the lighting in the bathroom could have been brighter. It was a little dim for applying makeup.

Pros (+) We inadvertently left somethings in the car that was valet parked. Our bellhop brought our bags up and immediately helped us with our situation. In a few minutes our other items were up in our room. It was so effortless. I also loved how well staffed if was and how ready they were to help us with anything.
