Cons (-) Great location, clean and comfortable, great breakfast. Just a bit noisy poor insulation you can hear plumbing ie people taking their showers but overall a good place

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing Union Station. Many found the beds comfortable and the service, especially from the front desk and lounge staff, to be friendly and helpful. However, several guests were disappointed by the small room sizes and noted issues with noise, both from inside and outside the hotel. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects of location, bed comfort, and service stood out in the reviews.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) The staff was very nice and professional. The location was really good, close to most amenities.
Cons (-) The vibe of the place is off because it is dark and the rooms are so, so small. The pictures of the room on this site are nice, but in all actuality, the rooms were too small for comfort. We didn’t even stay at this hotel for longer than an hour because the room wasn’t comfortable. There were windows, but facing inward and dark.
Pros (+) Clean nice and bed was comfortable
Cons (-) Room was very very small no chairs and could barely move around
Pros (+) The hotel is located very close to all the downtown venues and Union Station for easy access. It is good value for money, but it is definitely a budget hotel, no frills. Kept very clean, and was adequate for a business stay by myself, but small size of room and lack of amenities would mean I wouldn't bring my family back.
Cons (-) Rooms are very clean and well kept, with nice white linens, but TINY. Almost brought me back to my university days, the rooms have a dorm room feel about them.
Pros (+) Everything. Friendly clean.
Cons (-) Prepaid then charged my account. Still waiting for it back.
Pros (+) Location and underground parking right next door. Very convenient. Staff were welcoming. Room size is small but great for a short stay. A great find in downtown TO considering other pricier options.
Cons (-) TV signal was VHS tape quality - inexplicably bad for a hotel at this price level and location!
Pros (+) Great value for money considering downtown location. Clean. Efficient check in and given a room upgrade.
Cons (-) Room is a bit small but adequate.
Pros (+) Downtown location
Cons (-) Booked a room with two double beds, checked in and given a room with only one bed, then told that there were no other rooms available and that even though we'd booked a room with two doubles on Kayak they wouldn't honor it because they only guarantee room type when booked on their website. The hotel was also incredibly noisy - we could hear every little thing on our floor all night.
Pros (+) The overall hotel was cute and small. It was a great location to everything. We didnt have a car and it was close enough to walk, uber, or use the train to get to most of the thigs we wanted to do and see.
Cons (-) The rooms were small. I wish there were higher floors with more of a city view. Also the tv was in a awkward location to watch. Breakfast was not included, which would have been nice since we stayed for so long.
Cons (-) the rooms are very small and parking is hard to find
