The staff were lovely.
Pricey for the size of room and no mini fridge.
Okay. Not the best value for money.
No shower cap, sewing kit, slippers, umbrella or mini bar in room. Dishevelled balcony. Hot room.
Great value conpared to other hotels in Toronto
This is more of a business hotel so don’t expect 5 star luxury but it was significantly better value than other hotels in Toronto. However, it was great for the value, clean, great location and friendly staff. Beds were very comfy but may be too soft for some. I will definitely stay again!
Location was good for being in the heart of downtown
I reserved a room through WestJet that did not exist at the hotel, had to pay extra fees to get a lower class room. The rooms were outdated, the mattresses and pillows were just ok.
Overall, the stay was good.
The price of the breakfast; $30 all you can eat, but I did not want to eat much. I was quite shocked and I will not eat breakfast there again.
Canada’s largest city, Toronto, is a fantastic place to visit in any season. This city is full of great Canadian culture while being one of the world’s great intersections. Toronto is incredibly diverse and there is much culture to be absorbed in the visit. When you visit Toronto, staying at a top hotel is a must, and one of the best hotels to stay at is the Chelsea Hotel Toronto.
The Chelsea Hotel Toronto is Canada’s largest hotel, boasting more than 1,500 rooms. It is designed for family vacations and its location right in the heart of downtown Toronto ensures that there’s lots to do for all ages. Whether it is heading to the Rogers Centre to watch baseball, or heading to the Air Canada Centre to see basketball or hockey, or visiting North America’s largest Chinatown, there’s much to do in this city.
There are dining options in the hotel as well. Market Garden is a fantastic restaurant and is the center of all things dining at the hotel. This restaurant serves all meals. The T Bar has an Indian curry buffet along with other menu options. Espresso Coffee and Wine Bar along with Market Garden on the Go are great places for guests to pick up a quick bite or order room service.
Visiting Toronto is something that should be on everyone’s agenda. The city has great culture and is easy to explore. Staying at the Chelsea Hotel Toronto is one of the best ways to see the city whether on your own or with the family.
