Cons: We found some less clean spots and some cleaning cloths left forgotten in the room, which was a surprise, as this was not the first time we have stayed in this hotel and it was not the case before. Breakfast was expensive considering the many qualitative offers available in the neighborhood, so we decided not to take it. The room could use some refurbishment especially carpets and electric plugs

Cons: 1. The bathroom door would not reach the floor (there was a gap). Therefore we could hear all the noises in the bathroom when one would use the bathroom. 2. The bathroom has no shower section; it is only equipped with a tub having a glass separation to prevent water from splashing out. However, the rubber part at the bottom of the glass separation was used up in one of the bathrooms and all water would splash out. 3. On the door of the bathroom, there was toothpaste which was there since so long that it had become hard.

Pros: The staff were very friendly. Myself and my partner had a lovely 3 night stay, room cleaning was offered every day, and tea and coffee making facilities were provided. The hotel was very quiet with no disruption from other guests. The lift requires a key card which made me feel a lot more safe and secure in the hotel. I wouldn't change anything about the experience we had during our stay at NH Brussels Bloom.

Cons: I thought the price of breakfast was quite expensive (€22.90 per person), but there are many cafe's nearby so each morning we chose to go out for breakfast instead. The restaurant was closed at the time of our visit (throughout July and August) so we couldn't eat at the hotel for mealtimes.

Cons: Not much negative to say. The location is a bit of a hike from the tourist hotspots like the Grand Place. It's close to the Botanique metro station which was convenient but it would have been nicer to have a quicker walk to the city center instead. If you do walk to the city center from the hotel, make sure to walk through the gardens and then down Rue Neuve - it's much nicer than walking between all of the business buildings.

He suggested us to visit Bruges where the place leave the most memorable and enjoyable stay in Belgium. Hotel is in good size and comfortable. Nearby building were under construction and blocked the name of hotel, had little difficulty in finding the hotel at the beginning, perfect otherwise. They have a great selection of breakfast! Highly recommend!

Cons: - The sound of restoration work. - Our view was awful. We watched a construction. - The room is too little. - We experienced our the worst parking process. The name of park house is Indigo. I paid totally 36 Euros for two days and after I wanted to drive out. We jammed in front of the exit by car because the parking ticket did not function although we paid. With the help of construction workers, I reached the authorized person. They told that I have to pay. I told that i had already paid. By the way, to pay with cash is not possible and there is no any receipt which indicates that you paid. Fortunately we logged in our bank account and we showed the transaction information. Afterwards the authorize person told that I did not drive out in 50 minutes. Fortunately there is also a time which shows when you paid. It was not even 20 minutes. When I was alright then she couldn't have found any other excuse and has given us an another ticket to drive out. - In the parking garage, the ceiling is to low so watch out when you open your baggage door. - Parking places are too narrow. I lost at least 5 minutes to be able to find a suitable place to fit my long and wide car.

Cons: The bed was so uncomfortable I bearly slept! The noise from the construction work started early in the morning, 6.45am. We were not made aware of the major construction work at booking or on arrival. The man on the reception was not welcoming and didn't offer us any further assistance after giving the room key, I had to ask where the lift was and if it was okay for us to have a map so we could walk into Brussels city centre. Although the bathroom had a bath it had a crack by the plug which had some kind of putty in it, and the bath panel was broken along with the door frame. Strangely the sink came over your legs when sitting on the toilet so you had to sit at an angle. Shame as the bathroom was a good size.

Pros: It's a modern hotel and it's really nice for young people to stay there. The staff is friendly, felxible and helps you out if you have questions. The breakfast was very tasty. A thing I really appreciated was their ecological thinking. They replaced one-use plastic by alternatives. :)

Cons: We got there before check in time and left our bags there, they told us that our rooms(2) were going to be ready after 3:00, at 3:30 we got there and only one room was ready, they told us the other one should be ready soon. All of us (5 ) were sleeping in the room, finally I went to ask about the other room, they gave us another room with no air conditioning. I think they should let us know as soon as the room was ready and informed us about the ac. I don’t know if they said in their site that they have rooms without ac, because we would not book it there.

Cons: The hotel is really beautiful and our room was nice; however, claiming it was a five-star stay experience is an overstatement. The room was a bit basic, the chair had a stain and a bath screen had such a big gap at the bottom, that after a quick shower the floor was full of water. Our dining at Cafe Metropole was an utter disaster. Staff was really rude and tried to charge us for complimentary drinks which we didn't even get. The food wasn't that great and it spoiled our experience of staying at Metropole.

Cons: I had a glass of Chateuneuf Du Pape at Café Métropole- when one is served with a wine of 18€ per glass, the waiter should present the bottle...also the waiter should check the glass before serving it, as it had a fly in it. I have booked my junior suite with more than three months ahead. A week prior to check in i have ordered a'luxury package'. I had sent a message to the hotel, mentioning i'd rather have a balcony. Still, i did not get the suite that it was shown in the pictures...i got a suite with a very old carpet...the balcony was vey dirty, probably no one has checked it in years ( there were mosses everywhere in it). The receptionist was very kind and told us that they had two suites available, but the nicest one of them, did not have a balcony, nor a view. At breakfast there are no vegetables!!! None! Not even lemon wedges for the salmon. Also brown sugar is not available.

There were yellow/ brown stains all over the carpet - maybe something to do with the fact they allow pets in the rooms? The bathroom was large, but the shower over the bath was very old and water streamed onto the floor when trying to have a shower. There were no tea and coffee making facilities. The room definitely needed updating to increase its star rating.

Pros: Nice location near the EU Commision. Not far from the Grand Place, you can easily get there by metro or train. Metro and train stop is just 3 minutes from the hotel. Hotel is also very close to Parque Cinquaintennaire. Staff of the hotel very helpful and polite. I enjoyed my stay here.

I liked the kitchen in the room, the room itself, the trees outside the window, the noise of the foliage, the murmur of a waterfall, the fish in the aquarium and the ducks. I also liked the location of the hotel, the cleanliness and order of the hotel, the friendly staff, the professionalism of the staff, the ability to leave things in the luggage room. I also liked the ratio of price and quality, the ability to use a public computer, printer, Wi-Fi. My wife and I are glad we chose this hotel.

Cons: On July 20, 2019, my wife and I paid for accommodation in a room reserved by us from 07.20.19 to 07.27.19 and moved into the room allocated to us No. 3.12. At half past one in the night of July 21-22, a man entered our locked room where my wife and I were. The man introduced himself as an employee of the hotel. The man demanded that we show him our passports. He intended to pick up our passports. The man demanded that we release the room. My wife and I were legally in the room, so we did not obey the requirements of an unfamiliar man. The man did not show us his documents. My wife and I did not call the police, but I would like to see no such incidents in the future for people living in the hotel.

Cons: - I don't know how it is rated as 4 stars hotel... I don't think it should be more than 2 stars. Thestar rating of this hotel felt like a scam to me. - The beds are not stable and move.. my mother fell down when she tried to sit on the bed because it moved.. She hit her head on the night stand next to the bed..Thank God she is ok..but was bruised.. - The washing machine was not working. - The bedrooms were big but as I mentioned the beds were not stable and the split unit air condition was facing the bed, so we had to switch off if we are laying down. - The lifts were old and slow. One of them made big sound while openning. - Since my room was near the lift, it was noisy.. - The gyme is tiny and smells. - I tried to leave the hotel the same day we arrived, but since I prepaid, I was told by the recepionist that my money will not be refunded.

Cons: The hotel was awfully dirty. The whole bathroom in each centimeter was full of germ and it was a torture for me to take a shower looking at old and dirty facilities. The furniture was really old and not been cleaned since purchased I think. I dropped chocolate on my bed, put the sign of the clean on my door and when I got back the room was tidy but the chocolate stains were still there! They did not change the sheets, towels and bathroom was still crappy dirty with the empty shampoo small bottle still hanging there! Never waste your money on this hotel.

Cons: It has missed air conditions in the room. It probably not need at all, just during my stay the temperature was 29 in the room, but much less outside. The open windows helped, indeed. All this a bit surprised me, nothing more.
