Pros:
Cons: The manager was unbelievabley rude. They failed to clean the room and when we questioned it, he said the maid didn't speak English. (You don't need to speak English to know you should clean the room) I also asked for some extra tea bags and they said that "your only allowed 1 a day" I explained that they didn't replace them in the room because they didn't come to clean it and he said that they don't always replace them due to ecological reasons. I don't know what they are running there but for a 4star hotel I think it's a disgrace!!!!!!!!! I've stayed in hotels all over the world and never met such a obnoxious and rude manager

Pros: The way the apartment was decorated was very cute. And I loved the fact that it had everything you would need for a night's stay.

Pros: The apartment is close to South train station. The area is certainly not the best and there is some noise during the night (or evening) of trains, trams, buses and people. I could in any case sleep without problems. Reception is friendly and on the first floor of the building. It opens only at nine in the morning which is rather strange. But they are open late in the afternoon. I had a large four bed apartment with sufficient space for four people. Good beds, nice decoration. Kitchen provides all long-stay facilities: oven, microwave, dish-washer and a washing machine. They are a bit tight on coffee and cups and it only has seating space for two. But I suppose two people is the usual habitation. I had a good sleep here, though I would not choose this as a hotel for a short stay, but it could be excellent for a family to stay for a week or so (though the price is maybe a bit high).

Pros: the place is very close to main station. But will be better if can provide exact map location fr station to the hotel, coz the hotel doesn't have signage. Very clean & big rooms, very comfy bed & pillow. My kids love the room.

Pros: It is a cozy apartment with a large nice bathroom (shower) and a separate nice wc-room in a walkable distance to the very centre of Brussels. Equipment in the kitchenette is limited but was sufficient for us eating breakfast "at home". We felt like at home also due to the nice people at the reception and the cat Leo. There are many shops with beautiful clothes near by but all it only for wholesalers, not for me and you. It would be nice for the apaprthotel to agree with one or two to allow the guests buying ot at least looking inside. They did not let us in.

Pros: The way the apartment was decorated was very cute. And I loved the fact that it had everything you would need for a night's stay.
Cons: When I woke up in the morning I found 4 bugs on my bed and took pictures. I was completely turned off at that point. The neighborhood is also not a safe one to be in at night by yourself. And that's not just my opinion, the locals said the same thing.

Cons: Bit of trouble to work out the television and cable system (an instruction would have helped as had an overview of the channels available). Bathroom is also large but they could have installed a wider bath. For showering it feels a bit crampy. Also the towel rack was broken already for a while I reckon.

Cons: The room was very smelly. There were curly black hairs in my bed. When I told reception, they said they could not make the bed with fresh sheets. They told me I could leave and they would reimburse me. Then staff member got rude and basically flagged me away with a sneer.

Pros: Location was good for the metro
Cons: Very noisy and small cramped rooms, no kettle for tea/coffee in the room, no air con, shower went cold whilst using it, had to constantly adjust it. My daughters room shower did the same (different room to mine). Charged for parking at €10 per day. Breakfast was disappointing at €15pp, had to help yourself ie cook your own toast and eggs. No sausages, beans or bacon available. Room cost €260 for Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights excluding all of the above. Had workmen drilling at 7.30am two consecutive mornings which woke us up. Overall I would not recommend this hotel. Overpriced and under equipped in my opinion.

Pros: Employees nice and helpful
Cons: Rooms very small. Very little sockets to use laptop and charge phone. Very expensive for the location and what is offered at the hotel.

Pros: Clean, modern, simple in a good sense, hotel staff were nice. Breakfast was standard, but fine.
Cons: Quite far from the city centre (ca. 30 minutes with a metro).

Pros:
Cons: There is no kettle in the room, you pay an additional deposit when you arrive even if you don’t have breakfast/need to park. Parking is an extra cost despite being a customer of ibis, the breakfast selection was very limited and overall didn’t think the hotel was good value for money at all.

Pros:
Cons: Looks nothing like the photos. It is dirty (the ventilation in the bathroom, and the drain say a lot about how much attention is paid to proper cleaning), has not been maintained since the 80’s, the windows are so bad that you can hear everything even when they are closed. Everything smells like old, moldy and while the room is non smoking it smells like at some point people smoked in there.

Pros: Kind people, clean hotel and simple but good breakfast.
Cons: The lighting in the building could be improved. Now it almost has a hospital feel to it.
7,0 Good
Pros: Easy to find just along on a main road. Easy process in check-in and check-out, kind, friendly and helpful receptionist, flexible (early) breakfast is available upon request. Good price/value ratio, clean rooms and bathroom.
Cons: The district where it is located is told not the best (e.g. not recommended), however we had no problem and only spent 2 night there, for transport we used Über, so it was not an issue. Walls are thin, you can hear other rooms and walkways, but it only disturbing, when high guest trafic is. Simple and cheap furniture used, but it is ok for the purpose. Rooms are not so large (e.g. small), but useable. Doors are also extra thin, and look not so secure, so if you think it is important, you should consider other accomodation.

Pros:
Cons: The people who clean the room brought other towels without take the dirty ones and they gave as plastic bags to take out the rubbish from the toilet and the main room. we do not book and pay a room In order to clean it by ourselves. In contrast the hotel should take care of the cleaning.

Pros:
Cons: Price/quality ratio was really poor: Too much to pay for what you get, e.g. broken shower head, shower tub not draining -> flooded bathroom, etc. etc.

Pros: Not correct the staff
Cons: I didn't receive my gifts. I don't know why. 2 glasses in my room from Antwerp de konick

Pros: Staff are very good. Opposite there are some bars and restaurants. Went in the brasserie which was fab. Lots of daily specials on the blackboard.. ...mine was a great choice....plus regular menu. Prices very reasonable. Takes about 10 to 15 minutes to walk to Gare du Midi or short taxi ride to Aviation square...

Pros:
The beds seemed clean, the room as a whole seemed ok. Helpful front desk, buffet breakfast included, close to Midi Station.
Cons: The lobby and rooms are ok, but all through the halls and elevators, stairwells... is in dyer need of repair and smells like cats/urine. The terrace of our room was blocked off by a humungous desk. We found that the terrace door was open and could not lock it even though we were on the first floor, someone could walk in. We secured a piece of rope from the desk chair to the door handle just in case while we slept. We quickly realized why the door was open upon arrival, there is no air ventilation whatsoever.

Pros:
Cons: The hotel was like after apocalyptic event, very dirty and poorly maintained. On some room doors there were not no of the room or it was damage like half of number or something like that. The pillow was made out of stone. Too expensive for such accommodation, more than 100€/night/per. The internet connection is disastrous. A lot of hotspots and none of them is working properly every 2 min disconnection and the speed is very low.
4,2 Okay
Pros: Nothing like picture on site very dirty
Cons: The room was discussing when you walked on the floor your feet stuck to it no bar as advertised

Pros: Nothing really. It is the price that attracted us in the first place
Cons: The general feeling. The Hotel is definitely not 3 stars although it has potential. We had no properly working TV. No kettle. We had to ask for tiowels . We had cold shower the first night We lost the light in the middle of the evening. Our bedroom was looking above a busy road. The windows were not double glazed and the curtains let the light of the external lamps through. It was 30°C and no air conditioner. Couldn't open the window. We didn't feel 100% confident about the overall cleaniless of the room. The duvet/ bed cover were actually dirty...
4,6 Okay
Pros: Staff was nice but apart from that nothing much.
Cons: No towels were in the room as we had to go down to request and TV was not working and upon request the staff mentioned someone will come to fix it but no one came.

Pros:
Cons: The room is small and the smell in the room isn't good. At 2 pm there was a people who speak loudly and the security alarm ring.

Pros: nonetheless i think that is a good and cheap hotel.
Cons: To be honest, the first night was really cold because the heating was broken and the last morning a cleaner open two times the door while i was inside...

Pros: They let me checked in earlier.
Cons: The wall has a huge hole. The faucet was creating unusual sound that disturb my sleep.

Pros: Staff was good
Cons: There was no light in bathroom, room itself smells very bad, wouldn’t recommend to people who are traveling for work (even for solo-travelers). I needed to check-out 1 day earlier & go to another hotel, but there was no refund for that :(
