Excellent 8,0
Pros: Room was large, very comfortable and clean. Area is quite safe - even at night.
Cons: Not the greatest of locations - right in the middle of the Jewish/diamond centre of Antwerp. Took us a day to get our bearings - approx 15 min walk to Central train station, even with our luggage. Similar distance to restaurants and cafes.
Excellent 10,0

Excellent 10,0
Pros: Beautiful charming authentic magical hotel. It is my ew favourite.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Extremely helpful owners, beautiful and comfortable room, delicious breakfast. This hotel is an old-world gem, with vintage stained glass and beauty without fuss. It could not be more different from the cookie-cutter rooms and faux elegance you so often get in city hotels. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Pros: Spacious room, comfortable bed, excellent shower (for two?), spotlessly clean, continental breakfast - all the essentials were perfect.
Cons: Nothing to dislike - but a couple of things to be aware of: On-street parking can be a bit of a lottery - I managed to find a parking spot around the corner. The room was on the second floor, so not for those with limited mobility.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: If you are interested for a place, which’s build with love and a great taste, eyes for details and fancy living, then visit B&B KAVA! A warm and comfortable place, where you are able to forget the world outside! We are happy to be there and will be there, anytime again.
Excellent 8,0

Excellent 9,5
Pros: We enjoyed our stay and would recommend. The breakfast was great, and we liked that the owner Vincent engaged with us, offering tips on what to see in Antwerp. Vincent made us feel welcome.
Cons: There wasn't anything in particular.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: You feel like at home, perfect bed, great breakfast, wifi and super location, free parking on site.
Cons: Maybe you should be ready to have stairs to get to your room, but they helped me with a luggage, so no problem

Excellent 9,3
Pros: Cozy, we were alone in the house, great bathroom, excellent bed!
Cons: The locking mechanism on the door wouldn't open once closed, so we had to trick it to be able to access it again after leaving out on the town for the evening. That should definitely be repaired!
Excellent 9,5
Pros: A spacious, stylish and personal loft-apartment with lots of extras. We got lots of useful tips when signing in.
Cons: Location is a bit remote.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything. Great welcome. Great decor. Great comfort. Really quiet area. Really comfortable bed. Really well equipped. 10 to 15 mins walk from centre (or you can catch the nearby tram). What's not to like?
Cons: There was nothing we didn't like. Everything was great. Wonderfully warm welcome. Really comfortable and clean. Highly recommended. The only thing to note is that, if you stay in the apartment on the top floor, there are a number of stairs e climb.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The retro style of the apartment and Kris's willingness to help when we needed a taxi or advice on where to eat.
Cons: The bedrooms were incredibly hot an extra fan may have helped to get a good night's sleep. It was exceptionally hot weather.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything
Excellent 8,3
Pros: no breakfast. surprisingly for a B&B.
Cons: mini fridge of something similar
Excellent 9,5
Pros: The "room with bath" is a beautiful and spacious room on the ground floor. The bathroom is situated at the front of the building facing a quiet footpath. The bedroom is situated at the backside of the building facing a cute and tiny courtyard with French doors. Reception was nice and thorough. Kris is very approachable and helpful. The code for the front door worked like a charm, we have not experienced any troubles with entering. What makes this room so special is the atmospheric interior and the beautiful, enormous bath. The bath is comfortable and fits 2 people even sitting next to each other! Do keep in mind that this will affect filling times of the bath of course. The hand shower is a nice feature, not a full shower of course but it does make it possible to take a quick "shower" while sitting in the bath, without actually having to fill up the bath. The nice bed was big (width & length!), not too firm, not too soft. Unfortunately ther was no option to decide for yourself how much fabric to sleep under, as there was only 1 big 2-person blanket. We visited in the middle of the winter, and we would have liked to have the option to add an extra layer, to be able to turn down off the heating. (We're even used to sleeping with an open window) Now we had to turn on the heating a bit to not get too cold. As far as amenities go, the room provides the basics: espresso machine with cups, tea, electric kettle, clock radio, iPhone/iPod docking station, sufficient amount of toilet paper, 2 larger and 2 smaller towels, hair dryer, hand soap. Make sure to bring a longer charging cable to be able to charge a phone next to the bed, as the power sockets are situated not very close to the floor or a table.
Cons: The second appartment that's being rented by CoucheCouche is situated on the upper levels of the building, directly above the "room with bath". The rooms are very noisy, but we were lucky with our calm upstairs neighbours. You can hear every single step, word and cough from upstairs, so be sure to bring your earplugs. Adding some carpet upstairs wouldn't go amiss to at least dampen the footsteps... We were less lucky with our nexdoor neighbours though. At 8:30 in the morning came hammer and chisel sounds from nextdoor, sounding like a wall was being demolished. This sound was as loud as if it were happening in our own room. At times we were not able to hear our own conversation. "Luckily" it was almost time to check out, or rather "unfortunately", as the room really is terriffic! Pros: Kris was very helpful, gave us plenty of useful information for our stay. The location is very convenient, a 20 minutes walk from the centre. Beautiful bathroom, amazing bed!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very good location! Great host! The design is appealing! Rituals shower gel made our evening and morning!
Cons: Everything was great! For me it would be great if there were teaspoons, knife, fridge.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: It was close to the concert venue De Roma, which was why I was there. Easy to find and a quite and safe neighborhood.

Excellent 9,5
Pros: A large comfortable room in a lovely house. Very welcoming and friendly and a great breakfast.
Excellent 9,3
Pros: Large rooms with designer furniture, delicious breakfast, city of antwerp is easy ro reach by tram, but you save a lot of money and nerves as you don‘t have to search for a parking space and pay only 3,80€ a day. Can recommend this to everyone who is looking for a bit more individuality and a bit more personal touch. Glenn is a great host, very humble and kind and with interesting tips in and around antwerp.
Cons: _
Excellent 9,5
Pros: Breakfast was great! Room and bed spacious. We had the double room with street view. Tea on the room and very nice bathtub. Parking was 3,80 cents a day. Inner City is easy to reach. Very clean. Wifi was excellent.
Cons: On the pictures are two pillows for each person, we only had one pillow for each. Sitting in the bed would have been more comfortable with two pillows. We had to pay the tourist fee (15€ for both, 3 nights). Would just be nice to be written (more explicitly) in the description or to be told in advance.
Excellent 9,3
Pros: The apartment was very comfy and stylish. It had a nice view into the garden and tasteful furnitures. Glenn is a very accommodating host who can give you good advices for exploring the neighborhood or the city center. The best way to discover the city is by bike - there’s a public rent station (velo Antwerp) only few meters away from the b&b. The breakfast is very good and served in the family’s kitchen, so it’s very private and familiar. We enjoyed our stay and will come back.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Breakfast was good. The room was quite big, very nice and clean. The bed big and nice. The bathroom is big and clean.
Cons: Breakfast starts at 7:30 AM. I prefer a bit sooner. The television on the room is a bit small and the screen is not very sharp. The seats on the room are not very comfortable
Excellent 8,0
Pros: good facility, clean and comfortable.
Cons: not very hospitality.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: The location was convenient. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and spacious. It was in a quiet neighbourhood. Glen was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice.
Cons: We knew when we booked that the bathroom was separate but that was the trade off for getting the room for 90 euros which is what we booked but since then it has gone up to 95 so he made us pay that. Also I did not realise it was a shower over the bath.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Really lovely family running the B&B. We felt welcome. Delicious breakfast and lively conversation.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Street parking available, fresh made breakfast, interesting house that was well renovated, perfect for a short term stay
Cons: Narrow stairs to the upper floor can become a challenge for large suitcases. TV screen definitely too small

Pros: Anatoly is the best!!! He is so kind and nice! So warm welcome! Because of this shiny person, his hospitality and efforts our stay was very pleasant.
Okay 5,0
Pros: Close to business meetings I had; owner did help me carry my bags up and down the stairs
Cons: Very difficult staircases high up, sunk in bathtub that was very difficult to get into, steps up to bathtub without handrail, hairs in bathtub, towels old and worn out, no fresly brewed coffee for breakfast (guests are supposed to make their own with the machine provided), many spot lights not working, no make up mirror, no shampoo, no conditioner, no body lotion (just 3x hair&bodywash), pool not available, for sauna one needs to make prior reservation (but how can one know that if one hasn’t been there before), breakfast served in room but quality of food very low, everything quite dated
Excellent 9,3
Pros: the breakfast is good, quite big room and space, Anatoly is really friendly n helpful .. thank u anatoly
Good 7,0
Pros: Apprently we were satisfied with staying here. But we would not come back. Impressive bath system, braod main bed and tidy kitchen were there.
Cons: however second bed wasn’s good and breakfast was not good enough. A man delivered a heavy tray to 3rd floor. That was colourful but lukewarm, unfresh bread, no fruit with some mini tomatos. I have to give 7 star
Excellent 8,8
Pros: The staff were really friendly. The apartment was very spacious, especially the bathroom and the breakfast, fresh, delicious & on time!
Cons: Location isn't very central but only a 10 min cab ride
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Our host were very friendly and helpful. They provided us a lot of information about Antwerp and provided a map with pointing out some places to visit. We asked for the availability of the poll in the morning and it was provided the same day. The breakfast was huge and delicious and the variation of the different food was enough for the days we stayed. The room was clean and big and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely come back.
Cons: Nothing to mention.
Good 7,0
Cons: There is a disco studio downstairs and although we were told that we won't hear any noise being on the 2nd floor it was not possible to sleep until 2am in the morning.

Pros: It’s spacious, staffs are super nice and resourceful, great location! Well equipped kitchen. Nice decoration and the rooftop bar is awesome! Great value for money!
Cons: The place is not very well cleaned. There were still some stains on the floor, the toilet paper is not new, just little details like this not well done. But for a family of 4, this price and with all the facility , it’s already very good value for money.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Everything
Cons: Cleaning flat.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The STAFF, specially a very kind young lady from Benidorm
Cons: The price of breakfast
Excellent 9,3
Pros: - No noise at night, blackout curtains - Fully equiped kitchen - Very good airco - Near nice retaurant (Tarbouch) and supermarket (Carrefour Express) with fresh bread - Family room has 2 big televisions - Nice terrace - Between city centre and central station on a quiet street - Near ComicStation, Zoo and Chocolate Nation on one side, Cinema, shopping area (Meir) and Rubenshuis on the other side - Staff helpful, no problem to store luggage - Children liked the billiard pool table, drinks and magazines - Good Wifi - New hotel
Cons: - Breakfast too expensive, we did not use it - It was not a problem, but I expected 4 chairs instead of 2 in the kitchen - Expensive, but worth it
Good 7,5
Pros: We had a nice time
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything. Stayed here for Tomorrowland. Absolutely amazing!
Cons: Nothing
Good 7,0
Pros: The location.
Cons: The bathroom was not clean when we first checked in, we asked for another room. The AC is very noisy and annoying. On the checkout day they kept banging on the door very rude and yelling even though it wasn’t late. A lady (house keeping) was standing out the door on the phone yelling as well.
Okay 4,5
Pros: The location.
Cons: Everything; the service is bad, the staff not friendly, the rooms are smelly, and there is no large mirrors except the bathroom. The seat for our toilet was broke, there is no outlet close to any mirror
Good 6,3

Cons: - Too dark with limited light options - Missing standard items in the room
Good 7,5
Cons: There was not available parking place nearby!
Good 6,0
Pros: Perfect location, right in the centre of Antwerp, 5 min walk to the Central Station and the Coach Station. Great for a city break. Room was literally huge, even with a couch.
Cons: Check in is quite late, had to wait till 1pm for my room.
Good 6,7
Pros: ok
Cons: ok
Okay 5,3
Pros: locations is excellent, good value for money with certain exceptions
Cons: for 3 nights garbage was not taken out, coffee and tea in the room were replaced only after we requested, dirty glasses were left or taken without replacement being left - no eye for details.
Okay 4,3
Pros: Hotel is very close to the main station and to the city centre
Cons: The internet was shockingly expensive! 10euro/hour or 17euro/day! Also my room was cold, there was no shower curtain, burnt out light bulbs. The staff didn't seem too bothered to change any of that.

Pros: bathroom
Cons: bed not great woke with a bad back
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Rooms are very spacious with a great city view. Good breakfast, good location. Good value for money.
Cons: The shower was not clean enough (hairs from previous visitors were not cleaned out). Shower gel/shampoo was not enough for our stay and it was not renewed, so we end up having no shower gel/shampoo at all for the last day of our stay
Good 7,7
Pros: Really good location close to to the central station and city center. Friendly staff and comfortable bed.
Cons: I didn't like the view from the room. It's next to some offices.
Good 7,5
Pros: The breakfast had good options.
Cons: I prefer to have my eggs made to order, so that I can have low cholesterol option.
Okay 5,0
Pros: Localisation near train station Design of the lobby
Cons: -Bed bugs in my 720 room !!! Worse night ever... Excuses made at check out but no commercial proposition whereas i can not sleep... -No shampoo/ shower gel in the shower -No chance To drink a cocktail or beer when back from dinner, at 00:10 AM.
Mediocre 3,3
Pros: Perfect location near the central railway station
Cons: 1. It was a renovation in the hotel, but no info about this on booking.com and no regrets or compensation. It was no bar or any other nice space on the first/other floor. 2. It was not clean in the room when we checked in. Diapers were in the bucket in the bathroom. 3. We couldn’t use the safe due to there were no batteries. 4. A few times we saw how the workers who made a renovation in not a clean clothes come in to the elevator with cups with tea or coffee, speaking loudly while guests of the hotel should try not to become dirty.
Excellent 9,5
Pros: Very nice and modern hotel. Extremely friendly stuff, nice sauna, comfortable bed, lovely bar ...
Cons: Nothing to complain about :)
Excellent 9,3
Pros: Unfortunately the breakfast is very expensive. Lots of alternatives nearby :)
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Location is very close to Central Station, Zoo, Choclate Museum. Parking is just under the hotel. It is a little bit expensive comparing for example with Brugge. It is also possible to walk to downtown by feet. we stayed one night in the hotel, all were as we expected. I did last minute reservation. So for family it was not possible to book proper room, i booked two rooms. But when I arrived, at the reception, the staff for the same price they offered the two room family suit, which was really nice for us.
Cons: Hotel can have some free parking for their guests.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The location is very good - Close to the central station and city center. The staff was nice and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: Can't think of anything
Excellent 8,3
Pros: reception very friendly and location and also price
Cons: no swimming pool and single room size
Good 6,0
Pros: The hotel was in a great location. The rooms were well equipped and very nicely decorated. The hotel is nice and quiet and has a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were very pleasant and helpful with our enquiries.
Cons: Although the sheets on the bed were clean and freshly laundered they were stained. The bed was not a kind rather two single beds pushed together which was a little uncomfortable to sleep. The bed-side table was not very clean and I needed to clean it myself.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Very nice hotel, clean and centrally located. The underground parking is a plus. It costs 15EUR but it is quite recommendable if you arrive by car
Good 7,0
Cons: wifi should be free
Good 6,7
Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: Paying for wifi
Okay 4,7
Pros: Location, nice building, different environment (judish area), close to the city center.
Cons: Cleanliness of the room was poor, service didn't arrive even after two warnings, staff in the restaurant was not trained (meal has arrived late and cold).
Excellent 8,0
Pros: location, comfort and good dinner
Cons: if possible should include breakfast
Okay 4,8
Pros: The room is great value for money
Cons: When my room was cleaned they often left dirty towels and did not remove used shampoo bottles etc.
Good 6,0
Pros: nice rooms, beautiful architecture of the rooms
Cons: terrible breakfast on a sunday morning, hotel fully booked, poor service
Good 6,0
Pros: The coffiee possibility, the ensizing mirror at the toilet, good beds.
Cons: My room was probably next to something that sounded very high, possible a air-condition fan? Luckely I had my earplugs so I could sleep anyway, but if I shouldn't have them I should have asked for another room -and that I feel should be no problem with the service I recived in the check in. I would like to have some more information, eg. regarding how/where to use the wireless and in the elevator some more info about the different levels - eg. here is the bar, breakfast etc.
Good 6,0
Pros: Brand new facility, nice furnishment.
Cons: Too small and hard pillows. Too soft bed.

Pros: Love everything about the hotel
Excellent 9,3
Pros: The hotel was very pretty
Cons: The hotel was half under construction
Excellent 10,0
Pros: All of the facilities in the room were very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. We also took advantage of the buffet on the Saturday evening which was excellent. Lots of choices and plenty of it.
Okay 4,8
Pros: Location was not too far from the city center. Better deal than other 4 star hotels (offered on line) with breakfast The beds were comfortable and firm enough.
Cons: I am very disappointed!. We were expecting a 4 star hotel but this is barley a 3 star hotel. 1) The smell or cigarette was all over our room and the staff were not very helpful !!! I went to the front desk and complained , the gentleman behind front desk was trying to help and maybe switch the room , but for some reason he is asking the lady (Emma) and she said there is nothing available and her solution was spraying the room to get rid of the smell of smoke!!!! Either they sprayed the room or not even didn't bother!!! since the smell existed until we checked out. We could not keep the door /window open at night since our room was facing the HWY and the noise was disturbing us. 2) We arrived at 9:25am for breakfast and the four trays of the warm food were gone!!! There was no staff in the restaurant and I told the front desk to send someone to the area. The fruits and other food items were also not fresh and not good quality. We were planning to stay a few more nights upon arrival but with our disappointment we decided to stay only one night. If Scandic wants to survive in Antwerp they must do something about this low quality service.
Mediocre 2,6
Pros: The location
Cons: staff are unprofessional, breakfast is bad specially the egg and sausage choice. Rooms are dirty. Electric plug was broken and we complained three times but nothing was done.
Excellent 9,3
Pros: Everything
Cons: N/a
Good 7,5
Pros: The new room We had a spacious new renovated room
Cons: The construction work. The room is not mouse cancellen
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We stayed in one of the renovated rooms. Wow soooo nice and cozy. Beautiful design and very comfortable bed. Coffee machine, beautiful shower and we loved the colors chosen.
Cons: Hotel is still being renovated..... but they work a quiet as they can.
Good 7,5
Pros: The staff
Cons: The food was not good as usual for dinner and because it was during the week, breakfast ends at 11:00. But the staff already start to clean and take the food around 10:15.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Swift check-in, check-out process, fast WiFi, good location (if travelling by car) with close connection to the highway - a bit out of Antwerp, clean and well-maintained given the rather old rooms, very nice bar/terrasse for having a drink or an after work meeting, bar prices are fair, excellent breakfast choice, spaceous ground floor/lobby, sufficient parking spaces (for free for hotel guests)
Cons: Old rooms and particularly the aircondition was not acceptable - ok to accept the old rooms (they inform that they are renovating and the rooms are clean and well maintained), but the aircondition was unacceptable - very noisy!! And given the heat wave in June in Europe, certainly not an option to switch it off
Excellent 9,5
Pros: Van der Valk is always super. Antwerp isn’t their nicest location (they are renovating), but Van der Valk has a super friendly pro staff, always, whereever you go. And that makes the difference. On top of that, some hotels may have older rooms, but their restaurant is always top class !
Excellent 9,3
Pros: Great hotel, close to highways
Cons: Renovations ( much needed) going on; all for the better and only intrusive during the day

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Bug infestation everywhere. Each one of my friends got various bug bites, we were not sure if they were bed bugs or what. I personally got 17 bug bites. My other friend got 32. I felt very uncomfortable due to the bugs flying around that we would have to continuously look for and try to kill in the room. We had to apply bug spray even before we went to sleep. In the kitchen there were also bugs everywhere as the kitchen is in open area to the outside and is open 24/7. The room was very hot and there was no temperature gage. It was a disturbing experience from the beginning, when we first checked in there was a large water bottle displayed as courtesy but the bottle was already open when we tried to open it. When we brought this up to the owner he said it was fine to drink (we definitely did not drink it). We were scheduled to be there for four nights but only stayed three because we couldn’t stand being there anymore and dealing with the bugs. Below is a picture of what the bug bites looked like.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: The place is amazing, very retro :)

Pros: Although the breakfast is delicious with varieties, it's a bit expensive. Between 7-10 Euro should be perfect! Location is perfect and will like the same room 118 for the next time.
Cons: Room too expensive as well as the Breakfast
Good 6,3
Pros: Breakfast and location
Cons: Some staffs at front desk and the bar Asked for Ketchup at breakfast but responded "No Ketchup"
Good 6,8
Pros: Clean Room, nice Staff, easy to Walk in the City, breakfast was nice as well. Would Stay There again if it wouldnt be so hot outside
Cons: No air con, Super hot in the Room!
Okay 4,5
Pros: Location was okay for our purposes as it was overnight stop whilst driving back to Dk from uk
Cons: Small room, 3 very narrow single beds. No air conditioning. Very poor bathroom with leaking shower that sprayed water over sink area.
Okay 5,8
Pros: Breakfast
Cons: Could not get soft bed as requested
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great service, woman on desk was lovely.
Mediocre 2,5
Pros: nothing worth liking
Cons: Non AC rooms with tiny beds, suffocating rooms, stinky linen and rude staff make this hotel. They say its 3 star hotel so they don't have AC's but then why do you charge prices like a 4/5 star hotel. No pest control in the hotel with mosquitoes everywhere. You might get Radisson at town centre for this price and I regretted not booking it.
Excellent 9,3
Pros: Great value for money. We stayed for Tomorrowland and they had a shuttle bus service to/from hotel which was just perfect
Cons: Rooms are small and the bathrooms tight in space
Excellent 8,8
Pros: We came for Tomorrowland and there was shuttle bus pick up right outside the hotel which was perfect. The breakfast was good with breads, cheeses, cold meats and bacon. The only thing missing was sausages.
Cons: This hotel does the job - but for couple travelling together - the rooms are kinda small sadly. For solo they are fine - but with all our luggage there really wasn't much space which got annoying after a couple of days. Sadly we got there just in time for humidity and heatwave and there was no room AC but the windows do open.

Cons: I tried to forget about my stay in this hotel, but unfortunately booking.com keeps reminding me of it. I had an overall bad experience as many other guests before me. On the first impression the personnel may seem nice, but in my experience they are passive and do not sincerely care for the costumer (with exception from the breakfast ladies). How many times can you say sorry and really mean it? Or is saying sorry just a mechanism?
Okay 4,2
Pros: It's clean and it's cheap.
Cons: Receptionist never smiled, welcomed us or even made eye contact - both on check in and check out. Were given two single beds - asked for a double and told this wasn't possible.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: The staff at the reception are so helpful and friendly, respectful
Cons: The air conditioning doesn’t work pretty well the room was so warm.
Mediocre 2,5
Pros: Nothing....
Cons: The hotel isnt equipped for summers, the ac did not work for 2 days...!!!
Mediocre 2,5
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Me: It's the middle of summer and the AC isn't working. Staff: The hotel is fully booked, the AC cannot take the load. Me: Can I get a bottle of water. Staff: We don't have any. Here's a glass. Me: My friend is stuck in a hot elevator for 20 mins, call the emergency services. Staff: We've called the technician. That's all we can do. These are some examples of our interaction with the staff. Besides this, the room did not match the pictures at all - not even close. We got a dingy room with a moldy bathtub. The AC barely worked making it really difficult to sleep. Overall, the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.
Mediocre 2,5
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Worst experience ever, ac wasnt working, room was disgusting, friend got stuck in the lift for about 40 mins and to top it all the staff wasn't bothered or took our complaints seriously
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Very friendly staff, Rooms cleaned daily. Happy to help with tourist information and info regarding Tomorrowland services such as shuttle bus.
Cons: Prices were ridiculous in the hotel bar. Breakfast was shocking for the price you pay. all around value aspect wasnt there but i suppose the price for the room in total made up for that. was informed on booking.com that all taxes and other fees were included.. was hit with a 20 Euro city Tax bill upon arrival which i didnt understand at all.
Excellent 9,3
Pros: The staff was friendly, the rooms were tidy and clean.. We were staying in the hotel as we were attending Tomorrowland.. it was always pleasant to come back to the room after an exhausting day .. Location was convenient as well with 10 min walk from Antwerp central station.. shuttle services arrived at the hotel that drop you at Tomorrowland and this was very convenient..
Cons: Well the A/C in my room was not cooling as much as we would have liked it too...
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The staff were very friendly and happy to help in every way and Sean the bar man was very helpful and seemed to like he's job
Cons: The lifts are a little scary with weird noises coming from them
Good 7,4
Cons: Free wifi is very poor when the hotel is full - it didn't work at all on weekends.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Very friendly staff, promt with requests Great stay for 1 night
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The staff are helpful and they let us early check in
