Pros: This is a beautiful oasis in the middle of bustling Antwerp. It’s a great place to stay if you want some quiet whilst still “in the heart of it”. The rooms are charmingly appointed and you may not want to go outside!
Cons: I would just flag that we went for breakfast on Sunday and the hotel had admitted non-guests for breakfast too, which led to there being no proper service for us as guests which was disappointing. No service (no coffee offered no hot food). Staff were not overly bothered by our complaint either. It’s a relatively small issue with an otherwise impeccable hotel - please carry on being fabulous!!

Pros: This is a beautiful family run small hotel with a lot of taste, charm and individuality. It is situated in an Art Deco building. When you enter you feel an old world hospitality there, you meet the owners of the old school of hoteliers who care for you. Staff are helpful, served breakfast had everything one could desire, was delicious and everything was freshly prepared and of a high quality. Room was well appointed, beds were comfortable. The hotel is close enough to public transport to get into medieval Antwerp in about 10 minutes on the tram No 7.
Cons: Nothing related to the hotel itself. There was a small issue about reservation through booking.com which had been already paid but did not show in the system of the hotel, so I had to pay twice. The price was later refunded to me by booking.com.

Pros: Extremely helpful owners, beautiful and comfortable room, delicious breakfast. This hotel is an old-world gem, with vintage stained glass and beauty without fuss. 5,0 Okay
Pros: Close to business meetings I had; owner did help me carry my bags up and down the stairs
Cons: Very difficult staircases high up, sunk in bathtub that was very difficult to get into, steps up to bathtub without handrail, hairs in bathtub, towels old and worn out, no fresly brewed coffee for breakfast (guests are supposed to make their own with the machine provided), many spot lights not working, no make up mirror, no shampoo, no conditioner, no body lotion (just 3x hair&bodywash), pool not available, for sauna one needs to make prior reservation (but how can one know that if one hasn’t been there before), breakfast served in room but quality of food very low, everything quite dated
7,1 Good
Pros: Apprently we were satisfied with staying here. But we would not come back. Impressive bath system, braod main bed and tidy kitchen were there.
Cons: however second bed wasn’s good and breakfast was not good enough. A man delivered a heavy tray to 3rd floor. That was colourful but lukewarm, unfresh bread, no fruit with some mini tomatos. I have to give 7 star
8,8 Excellent

Cons: Location isn't very central but only a 10 min cab ride
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Our host were very friendly and helpful. They provided us a lot of information about Antwerp and provided a map with pointing out some places to visit. We asked for the availability of the poll in the morning and it was provided the same day. The breakfast was huge and delicious and the variation of the different food was enough for the days we stayed. The room was clean and big and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely come back.
Cons: Nothing to mention.
7,1 Good
Cons: There is a disco studio downstairs and although we were told that we won't hear any noise being on the 2nd floor it was not possible to sleep until 2am in the morning.

The breakfast was delicious and had a good wide choice. Our room was pretty and well presented. Pros: Breakfast was the best in Belgium - I have been here for two weeks. Clean tidy and excellent choice. Fresh fruit at last! Helpful staff. Location for Antwerp Station is perfect, just outside, literally.
Cons: Would have preferred sheet on bed, we always have to remove thick duvet which is far too hot, to sleep under cover. Aircon was a little dodgy in our room. Would have preferred a feather pillow.
6,0 Good
Pros: The hotel was in a great location. The rooms were well equipped and very nicely decorated. The hotel is nice and quiet and has a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were very pleasant and helpful with our enquiries.
Cons: Although the sheets on the bed were clean and freshly laundered they were stained. The bed was not a kind rather two single beds pushed together which was a little uncomfortable to sleep. The bed-side table was not very clean and I needed to clean it myself.

Pros: nice rooms, beautiful architecture of the rooms
Cons: terrible breakfast on a sunday morning, hotel fully booked, poor service
6,0 Good
Pros: The coffiee possibility, the ensizing mirror at the toilet, good beds.
Cons: My room was probably next to something that sounded very high, possible a air-condition fan? Luckely I had my earplugs so I could sleep anyway, but if I shouldn't have them I should have asked for another room -and that I feel should be no problem with the service I recived in the check in. I would like to have some more information, eg. regarding how/where to use the wireless and in the elevator some more info about the different levels - eg. here is the bar, breakfast etc.
6,0 Good
Pros: Brand new facility, nice furnishment.
Cons: Too small and hard pillows. Too soft bed.

8,3 Excellent
Pros: Great location, nice terrass, good breakfast, best neighborhood in Antwerp
Cons: Windows were very dirty which is a shame because the whole room is surrounded by windows
7,5 Good
Pros: Excellent design. Very progressive.
Cons: The cleaners were incredibly loud and started work at 830am. The hallways are concrete so sound travels easily and woke us up several times. They seemed to not really care to make an attempt To be quieter. Could have been more mindful of that considering they had guests on the same floor trying to enjoy sleeping in.
7,9 Good
Pros: Nice building and very nice café. Big room.
Cons: They could have Shampoo and Conditioner, they only had shower gel.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Trendy Hotel in walking distance to lot of major sights / shopping areas / restaurants Cool Design Rooms as recommended by Conde Nast International Traveller (Nespresso in the room) Friendly staff Good Restaurant Good breakfast at additional charge a la carte
Cons: If you are disabled old or unfit you may find it difficult to climb in room 14 in or out of the shower/jacuzzy (In other words if you are normally fit and like jacuzzies it's perfect !)
9,2 Excellent
Pros: - the modern style and use of space - room 32 has a great view because it's on the corner - the location is fantastic. 20 min walk to the centre of town, lots of nice places to eat and drink a stones throw away - check in after hours is really easy with the night box and pin - free parking really close to the hotel - nice shower
Cons: - it was quite loud at night. On the second night, we were both woken up at least twice by other guests. But that was more bad luck. - there was free coffee and water but not tea
10,0 Excellent

Cons: Nothing negative
3,0 Mediocre

8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great location
Cons: Had to pay for extra coffee pods for room
2,5 Mediocre
Cons: I booked 5 rooms to accomodate foreign guests on my 50th birthday party. One of these guests (a member of European Parliament for the German Bundesrepublik ) contacted the hotel weeks before check in. He informed if dogs were allowed in the hotel . On the telephone a collaborator assured that this was not a problem. The day of arrival my guest could check in without a problem. Some time later he was informed that he had to leave te hotel without any assistance given for alternative accomodation My guest and his wife (who travelled especially for the occasion from Germany to Belgium) could not attend all the festivities. My guest felt that "he was treated as a dog".

8,3 Excellent
Pros: Staff are excellent and dealt with my problem even in the middle of the night
Cons: Air con unit in my room failed at 330pm which woke me up. Despite being moved I couldn’t get back to sleep before a long journey home. The hotel isn’t as good as it was they charge for every last thing. €2 for coffee pads each and €5 for a bottle of water is excessive. I used to think this was the best hotel in Antwerp but no longer.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Was well located. The bar and decor was very nice. the pool area was lovely. Staff very helpful and assertive, I travel for business frequently and this was a very nice stay
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Location, everything to visit was within easy walking distances. Really good Italian panoramic restaurant. Employees were very friendly and helpful. There is a lot to see and the old town is close by. When in the parking area very clean and good lighting.
Cons: Car parking very steep ramp, not ideal for low super cars, need to have someone what you in and out! All hotels should have to show parking facilities on their gallery. Paper cups in the room (Not 4 star quality, should be replaced with proper cups and glasses in the bathroom).
7,5 Good
Pros: Good location
Cons: Expensive car parking

Cons: Breakfast is too expensive; You can easily have a better, cheaper breakfast nearby in town. The styling of the hotel is a bit outdated.
5,4 Okay
Pros: Big room
Cons: Breakfast not worth the money, room felt overpriced
7,5 Good
Pros: Got a fair choice staying in the booked room with large balcony or switch to a bigger room with smaller balcony at the same rate.

Cons: There were no restaurants nearby!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Not happy the amount I paid was not inclusive with breakfast
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Air conditioning
4,2 Okay
Pros: The room was bigger than expected, good bed. Thats all !! For the rest see below.
Cons: Stay away!!, the hotel looks modern and fancy on the website, but is a just old, cheap renovated one, 30 min walking distance from the city center in the middle of the Jewish district. Military soldiers heavy armored passing each hour leaving the feeling that you in a war area. We arrive on Sabbath and anything on the streets in radios from 2 km was closed. Additionally its a tourist groups hotel where guest arrives by buses and can be very noisy. The price for that quality and service was too high. I'll not recommend that place to anyone!

Pros: Hotel is very close to the main station and to the city centre
Cons: The internet was shockingly expensive! 10euro/hour or 17euro/day! Also my room was cold, there was no shower curtain, burnt out light bulbs. The staff didn't seem too bothered to change any of that.

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Cool restaurant with patio. Good location. Nice rooms. Nice staff. AC.
Cons: Strange design. Dark lighting in hallways. I think could be slightly cheaper, but still decent value.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The team, very nice and helpful all the time, everybody was smiling et willing to help! The very good breakfast also is to notice. And finally the location is very great, in the center, near to everything by feet!
Cons: The old furniture that should be renewed soon and the noise from the street from the bedroom
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The warm welkome by the receptionist, who at 20:45 hrs, offered to book us a table at a nearby restaurant which prooved to be a very nice and warm welcoming one. The bed in our hotelroom and the shower, also were very good.
Cons: The room was not nearly as big as the booking.com site said it would be (about 21m2 and not 32m2) - so that made our two nights somewhat overpriced. We did not ask for another room, as we wanted to go out and have dinner, and the room though a lot smaller than expected, seemed fine enough. The loud music and the warmth at the breakfast room, apart from the price (€25,- pp) made us having our breakfast somewhere else. The air in the hotelroom was very dry, we had to drink water during the night not to get a very dry mouth.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very good position very close to public transportations In 10 minutes walking you can find a full range of restaurants

Pros: our original room was fine, although the cleaners had not been in, and had still not done the bed when we came back in the evening, but the receptionist was very apologetic and upgraded us to a two room suite, which was very spacious, still with the quiet south aspect, so our first day disappointment was well compensated. The breakfasts were good and the location near the best market, Bourla square, Botanical gardens and good shops is ideal.
Cons: People sitting on the front steps smoking.

Pros: We had a great room, no noise, perfect for a good night sleep for a mom that had a weekend without kids.
Cons: The room was quite warm, iT took a while to get iT cold (i like cold)
7,0 Good
Pros: The location and no fuss
Cons: It took me awhile to realise the creepy noises of doors shutting during the night was in fact the top corner of a window banging every time the wind blew. When I did report it, it was doing it more offend and I was moved rooms. But the whole incident from reporting it to moving took over an hour. My dinner plans gone.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Location is excellent. Great facilities also.
Cons: Breakfast option was quite expensive so we went without
7,0 Good
Pros: The location was really great and the beds were nice and big. The hotel had a good classy feel though a bit old school.
Cons: The hall way had a very bad smell - smelled like maybe water damage. That might have been why the rate was good, but it would have been good to know in advance.

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great location and friendly staff
Cons: There was a function and we contacted reception at 1am to ask them to keep the noise down.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Location is amazing, just a few steps from the central station of Antwerpen, and at a short walking distance to attractions and shopping area. Nice restaurant "Made in Antwerp" is located downstairs at the lobby, and the "Chocolate Nation" Museum at the next corner of the building. There is also a metro station right next to the hotel entrance. We really liked the attitude of the staff, very professional and attentive. Separate kudos to the comfort of the bed and pillows. The breakfast was very nice too. We also noticed that there are quite a lot of meeting rooms in the hotel, which makes it convenient for corporate events.
Cons: The regulation of a cold/hot water in the shower was a bit complicated, but finally we managed :)
9,0 Excellent
Pros: great breakfast, quiet room
Cons: No desk in room, though a table and a chair could be used
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was great. Only remark, the staff is not familiar with the extra’s, various sites, include. For example, genius offer by booking, was city tax included, but we had to pay. Welcome drink was not acknowledged.... However the hotel itself is excellent
Cons: The rooms are great
8,3 Excellent
Cons: Found a super big spider in the bathtub, not get any apology from hotel
7,9 Good
Pros: all good
Cons: bathroom needed a good clean, sink was dirty, bath was chipped.
6,3 Good
Cons: There was no water in the entire building in the morning during the peak time to get ready and go to office. Was late and missed my train.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was an excellent size and incredibly comfortable. The room layout was good for two people and a nice big window.
Cons: A brighter light above the main mirror. The bath needs better sealing as water all over the floor after a quick shower. More than two caffeinated coffee pods in the room and some milk. The bulb in the bathroom mirror didn’t work.
6,3 Good
Pros: Hotel is located in front of square where all the international busses stop and 200m from Antwerp Central station. We stayed in premium room which was clean with a nice view on the old building of the station but on this side are also trams and pubs so at night we could hear street noise.
Cons: The room was connected with the other room by thin door, so very loud and disturbing. In the room was only 1 chair, 1 shower cap, however room prepared for 2 guests. The swimming pool is much smaller than on the photos- 3 couples make the pool full. The bubble bath was not working. expensive 25E breakfast.
10,0 Excellent
Cons: the hammam could be more improved
