Pros: It's a perfect 10... a wonderful charming house in a calm and friendly neighbourhood. Rooms designed with empathy and style. And Madame Ann, who is a warmhearted and very very nice and supporting host. Couldn't rank 11 so a 10 must do :-)

Pros: Breakfast was great! Room and bed spacious. We had the double room with street view. Tea on the room and very nice bathtub. Parking was 3,80 cents a day. Inner City is easy to reach. Very clean. Wifi was excellent.

Cons: On the pictures are two pillows for each person, we only had one pillow for each. Sitting in the bed would have been more comfortable with two pillows. We had to pay the tourist fee (15€ for both, 3 nights). Would just be nice to be written (more explicitly) in the description or to be told in advance.

Pros: Breakfast was good. The room was quite big, very nice and clean. The bed big and nice. The bathroom is big and clean.
Cons: Breakfast starts at 7:30 AM. I prefer a bit sooner. The television on the room is a bit small and the screen is not very sharp. The seats on the room are not very comfortable

Cons: The property and the rooms are very well designed, only there was no door separating the bathroom/toilet with the sleeping area which can be a bit uncomfortable for a couple.

Cons: As mentioned, super breakfast but we missed some chocolate spread. Scrambled eggs and, although the croissants were delicious, a bit more choice of pastries would also have been nice, particularly on a Sunday ;-)

Cons: When I arrived to check in nobody was there, I had to wait 10 min to be attended after i rang the bell... Elevator was not working and it has been broken for 6 weeks ! Stairs to the rooms dirty, area outside hotel needs refurbishing Soap dispensers in the bathroom empty although I mentioned it after the first night.
