Cons: There was no relaxing area for the sauna (only a bench in the lockers' area). A room with a few lay down chairs, as well as a balcony or some outdoor access would make the sauna experience much better.

Cons: The wifi in the hotel wouldn't connect with my phone. The hotel is located in a very fashionable district, but with limited dining options. Most importantly the hotel DOES NOT provide airport transport, this was the main reason I booked with them. Any hotel can call a taxi to take you to the airport (at your own cost) that should not qualify as airport transport.

Cons: Despite paying for a room for 3, they provided no sheets for the pull out bed. Similarly, not enough towels and certainly not enough coffee in the morning! Room was too warm despite adjusting the A/C to the maximum setting. Strange sulfur smell coming from the bathroom.

Cons: The air conditioning in the room didn't seem to work - turning the thermostat control down to 16 made no difference, it just carried on showing a room temparature of 23. I carefully followed the instructions"how to adjust the temperature" that were on the wall above the control unit but it made no difference. I had to open the window and the noise of vehicles loading and unloading in the street below kept me awake much of the night. So I complained the next morning but when I returned late that evening it was just the same. A very helpful young engineer came and explained that because the outside temperature was cold, the cooling system had been switched off for the entire hotel - the fan was indeed just recycling the room's already-warm air. The best he could do was to provide an electric fan. I do not think that the hotel should describe itself as airconditioned. It should warn guests that if the outside temparature is low they need to brinig earplugs.

Cons: Although the hotel itself is quite Grand the room we were in was dated, the tap to the sink leaked every time it was used and as soon as the room next door used their water our water pressure dropped significantly.

Cons: I had to ask to switch my room twice as I found the rooms depressing and not light or big enough. The room temperature was very cold and I had to ask for a space heater. I found some concierges helpful; others not. The food in their restaurant was not good and I had an issue with something I ordered. I also wished they had made laundry service available. The lobby is very cold and shuts down early, and there is no where to have a drink, read and relax. The bathroom smelled very funny, and I could not get them to fix this. I also received no offer of help with my luggage when I called down to say I was checking out. Overall, this hotel needs updating and to be much more cozy, light and guest friendly. There is a lot they could do to improve.

Cons: We got to the room late in the evening, the receptionist gave us our room key. When we got to our room, our key didn't work. This happens sometimes so we weren't too upset. I came back downstairs and told another guy at the desk that we had just arrived and that our key didn't work. He fixed it and apologized, we headed to our room. When we opened the door, a woman shot up out of bed and asked "who's there". I felt terrible. Tried to apologize quickly as I spun out the door. I went back down to the desk and the people working had figured out what happened because the lady I walked in on called the front before we got down. They gave a voucher for 1 free glass of wine or beer and gave us the new key and apologized once more. When I turned to walk away, I realized that the same room that we just interrupted that woman in was still written on the key holder card. I turned and told him "this the same room we just came from". He said "oh, oh, I'm sorry." And gave me the right number. But he almost sent us back to the wrong room a third time. All kinds of other things went wrong while we were there. Loud construction RIGHT outside our window at 6am every morning. We were told we would get a five dollar voucher for the bar for every morning we didn't get our room cleaned and we never got it. 4 days in a row, we didn't want our room cleaned. We didn't care about the voucher, but when we went to the desk to ask for an extra bottle of water for our room (which comes with a free bottle of still water and sparkling every morning if you get it cleaned) the desk attendant said we couldn't have free water if our room hadn't been serviced. But when I mentioned that we never received our vouchers, there was some reason we couldn't get that either. I was so frustrated from no sleep from the construction and all the other issues (many of them too small of importance but also too many to list) that I stopped listening to their reasoning. I had decided that I'll never stay at this hotel again. Which is unfortunate because I had stayed there one night last time I was in Belgium. I didn't have much interaction with the staff as it was another late night. I just needed a bed for the evening. My only complaint was the location was kind of inconvenient but after this experience, i realized the problems are far worse than the location

Cons: Not much negative to say. The location is a bit of a hike from the tourist hotspots like the Grand Place. It's close to the Botanique metro station which was convenient but it would have been nicer to have a quicker walk to the city center instead. If you do walk to the city center from the hotel, make sure to walk through the gardens and then down Rue Neuve - it's much nicer than walking between all of the business buildings.

I like the state of the art security system and privacy with the room keys and not being able to access another floor w/your room key. Cons: I think on the daily basis they should make a slight change in their menu for the buffet breakfast. Everyday it was exactly the same. Breakfast is open 6:15 and they should be ready at 6:15, the hot food was not ready till 6:40, chef was still preparing.
I was with a Globus tour in Amsterdam, Luxemburg and the 2 hotels there had a slight change in their menu.
Radisson should get a sophisticated coffee machine so people can help themselves that way you don't have to ask them for coffee and it would help a busy day.
It was very chaotic, short of staff several days in the breakfast restaurant, , everybody was running around then accidents occurred spilling coffee, crashing plates. Tables were not cleaned off so it was difficult to find a table. I understand that at times understaffing occurs, I think days like this they should have a sign Please wait to be seated, so they could get a table ready for the amt. of customers to be seated. As people were let in freely, we're looking for a clean table and it was difficult to find one so I landed up cleaning my table plus got my own coffee. I felt it was ok to help out a little bit.
They have a ledge anywhere from 2 1/2-3 inches high before going into the bathroom which doesn't make sense why they have it, it serves no purpose and certainly does not help the décor. I think it is very dangerous especially at night. I kicked it on the first day 3 times and then I put a colorful luggage strap on the floor and left the light on.
2 other couples stumbled on it, laid a towel to even it out, taped some paper across as a reminder that the ledge was there.

Cons: The major reason for us booking this hotel was the interior garden, which was under renovation and also a huge disappointment. The whole bathroom was flooded with water when you emptied the tub, and everything on the ground got wet. I can not recommend breakfast, the staff are friendly but unfortunately the food was subpar.

Cons: I was kept waiting for 3 hours to check into my room. The hotel's official policy is that you check in only after 3 pm. If you arrive before then, you'll have to await for room availability. The manager selectively checked in many people ahead of me.

Pros: Wonderful old hotel. Pleasant change from the big chain hotels and bland furniture. Old fashioned folding door lift was great! Lovely location with plenty of places to eat nearby. Only criticism is that the cooked breakfast was very expensive and not very good to be honest.

Cons: Room. I booked 1 superior double room. On the pictures it looked great but in real it was defenitely not. Room was located on 6th floor but it looked like the attick. Furniture was very old and damaged, floor carpet, furniture, bathroom looked like it was 30 years or more renovated for last time. They should defenitely not sell it as a superior room.

Pros: Helpful courteous hotel staff. The location is perfect for walks to Grand Place and all the shops and sites in that area. Plenty of options for dining. Our room had a large terrace that was wonderful to view the city below.
Cons: The bathroom was very large, however the "water closet" was tiny. Your knees actually were in contact with the wall in front of you! Otherwise, very clean with all the amenities.

Cons: Front desk service ( few of staff) they were not that flixable and one of them were rude. I asked for an empty glass to drink alcohol they refused to give me and one of them arruged with me in an unprofessional way leads me to rais my voice and ruined my happy mood that I was in.. plus other things . I was struggling and keep nagging to the reception desk about my room internet , no one even took or concern to take any action till I asked dircely the house keeping and the mentaince man to solve the problem and they moved it not the receptionist desk people. Rooms furniture old and ruined , you can hear the plumbing water cycle path from your room. Walls between rooms not isolated at all specially the connecting rooms you can hear every single move and breath.

Cons: The walls were tiny so you could hear the noise from the other rooms. And if they were right that we got VIP room than its location wasnt smart choice because it was right above the entrance and pointed to the noisy street and trust me Anderlecht is really noisy hood.
