The bed was very confortable, which provided us a very good night sleep. Although the hotel is located in the city center, the reception gave us a room where we couldn't be bothered.
For a five-star hotel, I find it quite disappointing to see that the bathtub hadn't been cleaned before our arrival. Marks left by the previous guest(s) could clearly be seen. The same goes to a random pair of socks that was lying around in the room.

Just the location as it was close to everything.
For a 5 star hotel the facilities were poor. The room we were in had a lot of noise and we could hear peoples conversations, people cleaning, using toilets through the thin walls.

Staff at reception was super friendly. They even allowed us to check-in earlier! Pillows were ah-mazing.
Hotel is a 5* but needs some renovation works, especially the bathroom.
