10,0 Excellent
Pros: Have stayed here before in 2017 and we were very happy to return for our last night in Lourdes. The staff are very friendly, helpful and polite with a great sense of humour. I even had a good conversation in French with one who actually understood me, which was a bonus! Room was very comfortable with a great view to the castle on the hill, all lit up at night. Excellent shower and superb bed. Quiet location, away from the main road leading to the Grotte area with all its shops and restaurants, perfect. You can be in the centre of all this in a few minutes' walk. Car parking - for 5 euros you have the use of a huge enclosed garage to the side of the hotel which is very secure. Good breakfast and hotel has a very tourist friendly ambience. Would definitely stay again. Love it!
Cons: Nothing at all to dislike.
6,3 Good
Pros: We checked out at 11:30 and they allowed us to pick up our car 2 hours later, so we can do some shopping.
Cons: The toilet ventilation doesn't work, so the room stinks after you use it. You have to open the room window to refresh the air. Also the parking is not free, I had to reserve a place and I payed 8 Euro.

Cons: No vegan option
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic staff, very welcoming and friendly, and couldn't do enough for us even though we only stayed one night. We loved the swimming pool, and also the location of the hotel is great. It's opposite the station on a bit of a hill over the town, so it's away from the commercialism of the town and it's got a lovely view. However there's a great shuttle bus down to the centre and all the activity that only costs a couple of Euros directly opposite the hotel. The food was very good which exceeded my expectation in such a resort! And super to be able to park directly behind the hotel.

7,5 Good
Pros: Clean, comfortable and all basic facilities. Friendly staff. Rooms cleaned and bed made every day. Ticked all the boxes for my six night stay as a nurse in Lourdes for one week with our diocese. I didn't have breakfast as up very early.
Cons: A room safe would have been appreciated. My room was overlooking main road which was noisy much of the time. No air conditioning and so window had to be open which amplified the noise from street. In fairness though I didn't ask for a quieter room.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very helpful. We had problems getting into the street as we arrived after 6pm and the owner came down and helped us. The lady that worked in the restaurant was also very helpful.

7,9 Good
Pros: See above.
Cons: The host is great. The room was perfectly fine for one person, even 2. I only needed to sleep. My one complaint os the shower. It is SUPER small! Im pretty sure the water didnt stay in the shower when I used it. Though its uncomfortable, I feel worse for the host. Breakfast was offered and was sufficient. Usual french/basque breakfast- a croissant or baguette, butter and jam. With orange juice and coffee. If you are looming for a good place to sleep and leave your things and get some breakfast, this is a great choice. I was literally in Lourdes for a hot minute, so this Ho^tel served me well.

Pros: Location and friendly host
Cons: Nothing really
7,9 Good
Pros: The hotel is close to the train station and the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes.
7,5 Good
Pros: Nice location of the hotel Clean property. Walking distance from the Sanctuary (about a km) Friendly professional staff at the hotel. Good fast Internet access
Cons: I always provide the following feedback in this section to assist other travelers in their decision; not to necessarily criticize. - Reception is not 24 hours - Consider your parking requirements as you would have to park away. No availability here. - Breakfast not included in rates. So you have to pay about 6EUR per head the previous day. It includes juice/coffee/tea and croissants only. So consider accordingly as per your requirements. We chose to dine out the following days. - Room has no fans and air-conditioning. Would need to keep window open only for air circulation. Some travelers may have problem with this - so please consider when you book - Common areas/corridors dark (lights activated by motion detector and a bit dim).
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very closed to the Grotte, so I think it was a good choice!

9,2 Excellent
Pros: The family who runs the hotel are exceptionally nice. The room was comfortable and very clean. I loved the breakfast - it was delicious and adequate. It was also not far from several restaurants as well as from the grotto. That aside, I had an early flight to take from Tarbes to Orly. I was a little surprised when one of their workers used his hands to pick up a croissant without washing them to pack my breakfast. When I refused to accept the breakfast, he gesticulated that I should leave. Except for that ugly experience, i would recommend this hotel to anyone on a pilgrimage to Lourdes.

Pros: Spacious breakfast area - friendly staff, moved their own car so we could park our motorbikes in the garage.
Cons: Lourdes is a bit touristy, but a nice experience on a Sunday night.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, great stay
Cons: Everything was good
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The owners, staff, location, relaxing atmosphere of rooms, everything! We enjoyed our stay from 17th of August till the 20th. Everything, until my companions were wrongly accused of stealing an old pillow. That just ruined the whole Lourdes experience for us. Pardon me for the rant. My travel companions are still shaken from what happened.
Cons: We're thankful because the husband/owner went to wait for us at the train station to return the slippers and a cap that we accidentally left. The weird part is where my travel companions were wrongly accused of stealing a pillow, and was being asked to pay for the "stolen" old pillow. Owner said his cleaning ladies alerted him of the pillow theft from their 2nd floor room. To clear their names from the accusation, my travel companions, whom all are senior citizens, opened their luggages outside the train station. We honestly do not know what happened, who we offended, 0r what we did. But, no one deserves how my companions were treated. My group went to Lourdes, France, as devout Catholics on a pilgrimage. Stealing an old pillow is definitely not in our itinerary.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: There is nothing not to like about Hotel Atlantic -- from its convenient location to comfortable accommodations, and from the friendly staff to amiable owners!
Cons: There is nothing not to like about Hotel Atlantic. We arrived after 9pm after long train delays and Karine (one of the family owners) welcomed us very cheerfully at the desk. After checking us in, we asked about food and she immediately made arrangements for our dinner -- which was very good! In fact, all our meals at the hotel were great! We met Greg and Elizabeth (the principal owners) the following day. Everyday they would take a few minutes from their many tasks (large tour groups from all over had arrived) to chat with us and make sure our stay was going well. We felt the genuine warmth of their hospitality during our entire 4-evening stay and appreciated the little things that they did so well to make us feel at home. All of that made it such a perfect stay for us!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Owner is one of the best helpful gentleman I've ever had the privilege of meeting. Above and beyond.. hotel is spotless quiet the owner has kindly let me keep my motorcycle in his garage so it's a 10 out of 10 from me..
Cons: Nothing all perfect
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The customer service was excellent! The breakfast in the morning was so good.
Cons: The breakfast.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Really friendly owners. Nice room even when it was very hot. Clean and good bathroom.
Cons: Lourdes is ugly. What a pity they just let the city centre fall apart. Thats what happen when you are too certain of visitors for a long time...
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is run by a wonderful family; very welcoming and attentive towards customers’ needs. The room was extremely clean. Location is great : close to the city center and 400metres from the sanctuary
Cons: The room was a little small (but it was a non-refundable deal bought on booking) Carpet in the room ( but that’s pretty common in France)
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Super recommend this hotel. I really appreciate that the owners are very friendly and they really do make you feel welcome. Even though there are cheaper hotels nearby, I would still prefer to stay here because of the friendliness and hospitality. I went during off-peak season hence I was initially the only person staying at the hotel during that weekend. Even though I am the only guest, the owners still prepared a very wonderful breakfast that made me full even after lunch hours. They let me decide my breakfast time and I preferred to eat early to avoid crowds at the grotto, they prepared it at that timing. On my last day, the breakfast was a lot surprisingly probably considering that my trip back home will be long. I was also given a room with a wonderful view. Bed is very comfy specially after a tiring day at the grotto. Housekeeping is done everyday and I always love coming back to a very clean room. The location is excellent - it was just between the grotto and the train station. There are nearby shops and small grocery stores to buy snacks the snacks. It was very convenient.
Cons: Nothing.
7,1 Good
Pros: The location
Cons: The real fast for 8 euros per person was expensive. There was not much. 2 croissants, bread and jam. The cappuccinos were from a machine.

7,9 Good
Pros: Perfect location a few minutes walk from one of the entrances to the sanctuary. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Room with balcony. Room was clean.
Cons: Payment for 1st night was taken the day prior arrival and when upon check-in I asked to use a different card I was told I could use it upon check-out but they would not reverse payment and re-charge. When in the room I could hear people on the floor above walking, doors slamming in the corridor and water running from the shower in the room next to mine. Breakfast slightly overpriced. Other properties nearby were charging less for it.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very good location! It’s just a few steps away from the Porte St. Joseph of the Sanctuary. Also, a variety of restaurants and souvenir shops were just outside the hotel premises, especially the Asian resto. Perfect location for pilgrims who want convenience and easy access to the Sanctuary.

7,1 Good
Pros: The hotel is perfectly located and had it's own car park which gave access to reception. Rooms were spacious. Dining room offered private cubicles which were romantic.
Cons: Car park is difficult to find and although we found a car parking space, it was the last one. Although the bed room was spacious the bed was very small and low to the ground. I would be surprised if it was even a double bed, the room could easily take a super-king sized bed and needed it, other hotels offer this. There are two hotels combined, the Gallia and the Parc, we were told that our room was in the Chapelle et Parc but we were eating in the Gallia. Although it was all level walking from and to each part it could be tiresome for someone with mobility problems. The lifts were small which meant that sometimes we waited a long time to use them. Some people chose to use the stairs but as several people were in wheelchairs this was not an option and the lift only had room for one wheelchair at a time. The food was not inspiring and quite limited although breakfast was very good. Expensive for what you get.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Good size hotel which was very close to the main Sanctuary and easily accessible from streets and car park. On-site parking. Rooms fairly functional but adequate and clearly designed to be accessible and to support guests with added needs.
Cons: Toilet was separate to bathroom - this was fine but it did not have a hand basin in it. Hotel a bit of a maze and signage not too helpful.

Pros: Theses questions are impossible to answer as on my arrival I was told I had been upgraded to The Solitude!
7,9 Good
Pros: The location was ideal and it was very quiet. Beds were comfortable
Cons: The hotel needed to be painted. There were many marks on the walls. The twin room was very small. There were very few sockets
7,9 Good
Pros: Close to the sanctuary
Cons: I have stayed here before and I am a fan of this hotel. However, I’m a bit disappointed that my search this year yielded this hotel. I searched for WiFi and ....A/C as my trip was in August. In my room, I saw no vents and no cool air. When i asked the desk “where were was the air conditioner”, I was told only rooms on the 3rd floor were air conditioned. Not sure if the snafu was the hotel or booking.com. But, somewhere the disconnect was not good. It was shockingly hot and no breeze.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, ideally located near the Grotto, and unfussy. Staff unfailingly welcoming and with a great sense of humor. Can’t say enough in their favour.
Cons: Nothing.
7,9 Good
Pros: Great Location. Value for money.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly and the room was kept spotless and clean which I really appreciated after a long day of volunteering in the Accueil it was nice to come home to a comfy room! I did not have any meals in the restaurant as was working and never knew when we were on duty but maybe next year. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming but especially Indi who I had a few lovely conversations with and who took my booking for next year!
Cons: Sky news to watch the happenings about Brexit!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were exceptional, welcoming and attentive. The location was perfect and quiet at night.
Cons: The coffee.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The location the size of the rooms comfortable
Cons: The locks on the doors of the bedrooms were hard to open And the lift was very old and small and slow
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean place, kind and friendly staff, breakfast is good and quiet place to stay in. Close to grotto
Cons: None
7,5 Good
Pros: The room was adequate, though small (we had a triple room) and quiet and the staff was friendly enough. The location was great -- near shops and restaurants.
Cons: In the lobby was the smell of old plumbing that greets you. They should invest in some odor control. This smell was a constant during our 7-night stay. If you're super sensitive about odors (I'm not), this may prove objectionable. I was glad that we didn't arrange for breakfasts -- breakfasts at Continental were very basic -- there were better options steps away out on the street.
2,2 Mediocre
Cons: There was a mixup on the dates for my reservation. The hotel manager did absolutely nothing to help me or work with me. They took my money and basically told me that's too bad. Life is too short to deal with people like that

4,2 Okay
Pros: The staff were polite and helpful.
Cons: The room wasnt clean. Hairs in the bath. Beds were 2 singles when booked a double. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. The room was the most basic I've ever stayed in j would say 2 star at best. The breakfast was not great. Croissants were burnt.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great staff and welcome. Location is prime too.
Cons: 3rd time visiting, we requested river view, but didn’t get it, and the room we got wasn’t great, peering out into the window of the building next door. Quality of breakfast has dropped too.
7,1 Good
Pros: Close to city center
Cons: Breakfast

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Good comfortable bed, shower was powerful.
Cons: Could do with a little fridge and kettle in the room.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent Hotel, very good team in the reception, the best Hotel in our tour in France
Cons: Everything was fine
4,6 Okay
Pros: Don’t deserve to be called a 4 stars hotel.
Cons: The receptionist and the old fashioned n unclean room.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The room itself was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was tidy and the staff never failed to meet our needs.
Cons: The house keeping were not up to date with the cleaning around the first 2 days but then did their job for the rest of our stay.
7,9 Good
Pros: The location was really convenient and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was a bit odd but still comfortable and clean. The hotel can get really crowded and messy during peak season although the facility is large enough to cope with everyone despite the mess.
Cons: Parking was expensive, in my view, and morning coffee was terrible - however the breakfast was really complete and of good quality. Please, change your coffee beans!

7,1 Good
Pros: We arrived as a stop over late and staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and tidy
Cons: It was a little tired - serviceable but needing a revamp. Totally cosmetic
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Close to everything and classy
4,2 Okay
Cons: I chose the hotel because of their private parking, I have indicated in the booking that I would need to use it. When arriving there the parking was full and no space available. On top of that we had to change rooms because ours was with a strong smell of urine.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: It was a good value and not too far for me to walk. Some may want to be closer but I enjoyed being away from the business of the streets and the tourist shops. We had a nice room overlooking the river. I would definitely go there again!!
5,4 Okay
Pros: Short walk to the sanctuary.
Cons: Air con too weak. Private Parking is a mirage, even weeks, day and hours ahead. No mini bar, no safe box, far to be a 4*.
6,3 Good
Pros: the location itself was amazing
6,7 Good
Pros: The checkin chap was really helpful. Getting us a parking space when the hotel car park (listed as booking not available) was full when we arrived.
Cons: Shabby room decor. En suite was desperate for a make over. And get rid of that bloody shower curtain! The toilet was like something on a railway station.
5,4 Okay
Pros: The staff was very friendly
Cons: Small room, not very clean, the bathtub was clogged, the room wasn’t smelling well, no mini bar, no water
9,2 Excellent
Pros: We booked this place for a one night stay at very short notice when our other hotel in Tarbes (Hotel Kennedy) was not fit for humans to stay in. We were very lucky. Hotel Mediterranean was brilliantly located next to the river, old town and cathedral. Staff were very friendly but there weren't enough of them. Dinner was a set menu and good quality. Nice reception and hotel bar area. Great value for money at 80 Euros for a family room for a 3-4 star hotel. Clean rooms, albeit a bit small. Good air con and hotel TV. Lourdes itself is a fascinating place and the hotel location was ideal for walking around.
Cons: Rooms were clean but a bit small. Staff were helpful but the reception staff doubled as bar staff on Saturday afternoon. Led to delays in ordering a drink. Dinner in the hotel was great but be warned it is a set 4 course menu. Changes each day and is posted on the dining room door. We had soup, omelette, chicken and chips, and chocolate mousse desert. Some large religious groups were staying at the same time which led to quite a busy noisy hotel bar in the evening.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The people who work at the hotel were its greatest asset. We really felt at home with them; restaurant, bar, cleaners and reception. Great people skills!
Cons: Perhaps a washing machine in the hotel paid for service would help. Maybe a coffee / Tea facilities in some rooms paid for. We got up late most days.
