Cons (-) Was not informed that our room would not have an air conditioning unit. It was 90 degrees in Brussels during our stay and they only provided us with two fans. It was extremely hot and very uncomfortable, when I filed a complaint they couldn't move our room until the very last night and only refunded me $25.
