Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location near major transport links and city attractions. However, many reviews express strong dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms, mentioning dirty floors, unclean linens, and lack of regular housekeeping. Service at reception is also criticized for rudeness, slow check-in procedures, and lack of professionalism. Overall, while the location is a highlight, improvements in cleanliness and service are needed to enhance guest satisfaction.
