FYI we were re-directed during the booking procedure to the hotel ‘Pentagotel Brussels Airport’ instead of the Holiday Inn. When we arrived, despite the fact that we had received a booking confirmation, the hotel rep at the reception said that ‘unfortunately we are full’. Pros (+) Great restaurant, great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Free airport shuttle.
Cons (-) Free wifi is so poor it barely even counts as an amenity. There's basically no wifi here unless you want to pay 10€.
