Cons (-) Poor parking situation. Maintenance issue with water leak into lower floor unit, inconvenient disruption to morning, no apparent cause tor issue. Delaying one hour more and we would have vacated room. Lack of disabled accessibility makes it challenging. No air conditioning, loud street noise, poor lighting.
