Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel for its cleanliness, comfortable and spacious rooms, and quality breakfast offerings. However, many expressed strong dissatisfaction with the hotel's location, citing safety concerns, ongoing construction, and an unappealing surrounding area. Service received mixed feedback, with some guests finding staff friendly and helpful, while others reported issues with responsiveness and security. Overall, the positive aspects of the hotel itself were often overshadowed by the negative perceptions of the neighborhood.AI-generated from customer reviews
