The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and warm welcome, making guests feel comfortable and well cared for. Cleanliness was another highlight, with many reviews mentioning tidy, well-maintained rooms and common areas. Some guests appreciated the tasteful decor and cozy atmosphere, as well as the quality of the breakfast.
