Cons: During the night, a woman down the hall was screaming and police came. We were petrified and felt extremely unsafe and seriously considered packing up and leaving during the night. But we had nowhere to go and so we were stuck. Upon checkout, the receptionist dismissed my concerns and left me feeling belittled and embarrassed for even raising our worries. It was not the night screaming but the dismissive treatment I received on checkout and unwillingness of this lady to do anything whatsoever to address the matter. We did not feel safe staying here and regrettably, won’t be staying here again.

The room was perfect, it was exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely stay here again and would certainly recommend to anyone visiting New Orleans! 5 Stars!!

Pros: My husband and I stayed at Creole Garden B&B for a weekend getaway. I immediately fell in love with the charming atmosphere. Even though we arrived late Joe was gracious enough to welcome us and show us around. The ladies working there are so intriguing and everyone was very friendly. I expected the traditional continental breakfast, but instead it was something I would have received from my grandmother as a child (Real eggs no powder, pancakes, ham, grits, toast, etc)! The location was conveniently located a block away from the trolley and an array of restaurants. This will be my top choice from now on when staying in New Orleans.

Cons: The room was cozy but too small, no wardrobe or closet to hang clothes. The bathroom was tiny and didn't have a proper door, you could hardly move inside, the washbasin was also too small and no space to even put a toothbrush. The shower only had a fixed arm and no flexible hose. The queen size bed was rather uncomfortable for two persons.

Cons: My girlfriend got glass in her foot after we left the pool our last night. It was 100% on the hotel I reported the very same glass in the hallway over 24 hours earlier.(Which then became a big issue as it was stepped on, walked past, and scattered throughout the hallway of our floor.)Hotel staff treated us as if they were the victim rather just genuine care for my girlfriend. Definitely a little spoiler to end an amazing experience that is New Orleans.

Cons: One thing really bother me is the water pressure of the bathroom. The front desk did send one engineer to check after we asked, but the engineer said the hotel set the water pressure at a fixed level for all rooms; therefore, there is nothing he can do.

The people, as seems standard here in NO, were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. The guys who work at Le Croissant (buffet breakfast) were all fabulous.

Pros: Decent standard across the board as regard to the hotel itself. Clean, up to date, good breakfast, short walk to all that New Orleans has to offer. Cons: Couldnt find anywhere quiet to just sit and read, maybe by the river. Missed an opportunity to put a relaxing space looking over the river. Not a big thing and not much anyone could do about it now, but it would've been nice to have such a place as contrast to the (fabulous) craziness of New Orleams itself.

Cons: They nickel and dime you for everything after you are there. Parking was exspensive 14$ higher than the public garage that’s actually closer to the hotel than the Hotmail garage. They even charge for bottles of water In the room. Everything such as the fitness/ exercise room is available for an extra fee. If you stay here plan on spending an extra 49$ a night for parking and 6$ coffee in the lobby

Cons: Entering the building was like entering a mausoleum. The checkin desk is practically in the parking garage. After checking in you enter one huge cold room that serves as a foyer, dining room, and bar. The service for food is more like a fast food restaurant only it is not fast. The main doors to the building were always locked so the entry was through the parking garage.

Cons: $744 total fot 3 night stay in addition to $35 a night parking and not even complimentary coffee in the lobby! I had to call for towels one night BC room was cleaned but towels were missing. Maid didn't speak English so she couldn't explain the location of the ice station...I soon remembered why I hadn't used my Bonvoy/Marriott rewards in forever and instead had been using my Hilton honors.

Cons: I think that there is no need for a $60/day charge for security deposit when the room is booked as part of a conference. This is not a rowdy bunch: it is not for sports or mardi gras.
