Pros: The Saint facility and staff were very helpful and nice. However, I was GREATLY DISAPPOINTED with booking.com. When I arrived at The Saint, my reservation was not in the system and hotel was sold out. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with booking.com. I won’t be recommending them to anyone in the future. This review is not against The Saint Hotel, they were helpful and helped me find another room near by.

Pros: The doorman, Kantrell, did an amazing job of welcoming our bachelorette party. He handled our bags and took our photos. He greeted us with high fives every time we entered the hoteland made sure he always had a smile on his face. He assisted us with getting to our Uber ride and really did a great job. The entire staff was pleasant and accommodating. The hotel is gorgeous and is conveniently located.

Cons: if you had a pool that would be a game changer especially when its hot and humid and you rather spend time and money relaxing by a clean pool.... visited the bar twice ... very friendly staff but the deco was dark and depressing ... i completely understand one is in party area ( french quarters) but it felt very unsafe walking at night with so much homeless around.... which if the bar area was more inviting you would definitely get more guest staying in the hotel and spending more.

If you plan on getting an Uber/Lyft while staying in the hotel, you’ll only be paying about $8 max on an Uber to get anywhere around here. My trips were as little as $3 to $8. Everything is fairly close, but not everything is walking distance.

Cons: I did not like that you have to go up to the 3rd floor just to take the elevator to the floor that your room is on and vice versa when coming down to the lobby. Also we were promised from the day we got here that the staff would be sending something special up to the room for my wife’s birthday & we never got it, after reminding them each day of our stay.

Pros: The staff was AMAZING! We pulled up and Clarence instantly offered to help us parallel park (he saw us struggling). He parked our car with a smile, helped us with our bags, and got our car in line for valet! The front desk was so happy and helpful. They offered suggestions for dinner, supplied a map, and gave us some local jazz music places. The hotel was beautiful in the lobby, bar, and in the room! Clean rooms, smelled great, and beautifully decorated. We will definitely be back!

No spots for the soap and washcloth in the shower, electrical outlets were not easily accessible, no towel rack near the sink, the tv was very small, no thermostat, no laundry facility. They need to get rid of the fancy amenities (lemon water, spa, bar) and replace it with things people actually need. Valet/parking is expensive. Staff won’t be very friendly if you don’t look like you have money.

I was warned in advance that my room had no window. I wasnt bothered but some guests might find it claustrophobic. Perhaps my room was the only room without a window. Odd roof hatch above my bed. Pros: Hotel was less than two minutes walk from Bourbon Street which we didn't expect, a good surprise but still far enough that you don't get the noise. Walking distance to everything we went to. Close to lots of restaurants and bars. Close to lots of beautiful shops, from souvenirs to antique to art shops. We had breakfast every morning downstairs and the staff were always so friendly and helpful. Reception and concierge were extremely professional and helpful as well.

Def get a room overlooking the pool/courtyard. Outside rooms you can hear the street traffic, which sometimes can be congested and loud. Felt safe walking. Across the street from an awesome irish pub Fahys. Drinks are strong and cheap. we arrived super late because of your flight. 1a. We needed extra pillows and blanket for the pullout and they brought them right up. I had an amazon package delivered to the hotel. They brought it up for me quickly. Ordered room service and that was timely as well : )

Gave the front ample opportunity to rectify the situation and we were just asked to contact management on Monday. Charge double for Valet parking. Check your reservation!

The food was excellent at seaworthy and Josephine Estelle. It is August and hot as hell, I found my room was so relaxing durning peck heat index hours. Well provisioned! Also, a small radio was provided and I had a blast listening to local talent. I shall return!

Our room was great and COLD (in the best way). Check in was way and pleasant. The coffee shop and restaurants connected to the hotel, as well as the shops like Freda, were great.
The lobby is a popular hangout and had an awesome reggae band Saturday night. The pool area was busy but also pleasant.

Cons: The only downside of my experience was the pool. Because it is not reserved for guests only, it gets too crowded to be enjoyable. Two of the three days I was there it was too crowded to go to and we were essentially boxed out, which was really annoying.

Next day they cleaned the room on time but again we got only 2 towels. So I asked the manager, got 8 towels.

Pros: The room was nice but I asked for two beds and you were out and you put us in two rooms which was good but being two older woman it was a little scary to be alone .The staff was very helpful and nice.

Pros: On the St. Charles Trolley route, so easy to come and go at all times of day or night. Room furnishings were modern, and made you feel comfortable. Front desk staff helped us with luggage and cabs. Very nice.

Cons: I would not any women to stay here if they would be by themselves. Too many bums in the area. The parking is not all that great. The rooms were clean, but very small. This is the smallest size rotes room I have ever stayed in.

Cons: The parking sucked. And the second morning the electric went out and had to get up early and shower in the dark and leave because it was so hot. We stayed there so we would be closer the the port for our cruise and ended up setting in the car waiting for time to go to port. I understand things happen but it made for a difficult start to a long day.The bed needs a thicker pad please.

Cons: The parking fee was $33 which was too expensive, and there was no clear sign that says where the parking lot is. From the perspective of tourists or visitors of this town, it was very hard to find the parking lot location and understand how it is working.

Cons: Parking!!! I have a handicap condition and booking DID NOT explain that there was no parking available. I was in NEw Orleans for a conference at another hotel so ended having to paying for parking at both!! One of the days, total parking cost me $75!!!! Not acceptable to me. Would not have chosen this hotel if I had been informed about parking when booking.
