It was a horrible experience and I felt unwanted there and treated like second hand. I will write a review on there page to warn ppl of the horrible service
The location was great and the hotel lobby was beautiful
The beds were very hard and uncomfortable
Beautiful, historic hotel in an ideal location. Close to the Quarter but with good access to Warehouse and Garden districts, and museums too. Charming lobby and lounge. One of the best rooftop pools in NOLA. I travel to NOLA about four times per year and this is one of my favorite hotels.
These are just minor complaints, not deal killers: Due to construction/renovation, access to the rooftop pool was inconvenient from our room. I wish the staff had warned us of this when we were checking in so we might have chosen or upgraded to a different room if available. Also, after arrival to the room we discovered there weren't any linens available for the sofa bed, so we had to call down and ask for those. Apparently it's hotel policy to have the guest request these. But given the number of people on our reservation for this suite, it seemed obvious that we'd be using the sofa bed and I wish they had anticipated this or asked directly.
Location was perfect for what we needed and to also access the French Quarter, food, and other attractions
Pillows were not my favorite, but we are not feather pillow people
The location was great
It was a hot period in New Orleans and the hotel air conditioning system could not keep up and maintain adequate temperatures in the room. I would have also like a coffee machine in the room
