With a beautiful view of the river from the 37th floor (my preference), fast and easy-to-use elevators and everything you could want under one roof at the edge of the French Quarter, what's not to love? Oh, yeah, a great price!

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for meetings and exploring the city. Many found the beds comfortable and appreciated the modern, updated amenities. However, reviews were mixed regarding cleanliness and service, with some guests experiencing issues with housekeeping, front desk staff, and valet services. While several guests enjoyed the pool, gym, and lounge, others noted noise from elevators and inconsistent room cleaning. Overall, the positives centered on location, comfort, and amenities.AI-generated from customer reviews

Everything was good about the hotel: location, cleanliness, room view was great. Items for improvement is having a tub that drains properly and the restroom was pretty small.
Pros (+) The atmosphere, from the employees to the location of the hotel. Everything was wonderful
Pros (+) Our room had an amazing view. This hotel is perfectly situated on the edge & within walking distance of the French Quarter, street car, etc. Beds were really comfy. Liked the efficiency of the elevators (pressing what floor you want to go to on the outside rather than up & down) as floors were grouped together
Cons (-) Honestly for a hotel of this price & quality I would expect a larger bathroom. It was barely big enough for 1 person. The ceiling was also very low in the bathroom causing me to bump into it several times while doing average tasks.
Pros (+) Getting upgraded to Max club access
Cons (-) Having information where the elevators were on every floor
Pros (+) Staff is incredible. View from room was great
Cons (-) Bathroom was disgusting...hair from previous guest, bathtub filled up with water. Elevator is a joke...takes forever
Pros (+) Central location right near Bourbon St and friendly staff
Cons (-) Hotel would not allow later check out and maids were knocking on our door at 930 am. Be sure to put privacy sign on door if you want to sleep in.
Cons (-) Room was musty smelling
Pros (+) Location
Cons (-) To many drunks
Pros (+) Great service, attentive, comfortable bed with fantastic views of the city from huge windows in the room. The room itself was nice and large and came equipped with a coffee maker and small fridge. Bathroom could use some updating (tub/shower) but was certainly adequate with decent amount of counter space. We didn't eat in the onsite restaurant, but did have cocktails and snacks at the bar. Great t...
Cons (-) Bathroom tub could use updating
