Great Hotel, location and staff!
The staff were very friendly and helpful and welcoming. The location was fantastic and the room was very clean and comfortable. We had a balcony overlooking Bourbon street. Even though it was under construction, the view was still relaxing. Valet parking was easy and nearby. Breakfast was probably some of the best I've had at a hotel.
Staff was great. Location is right in the middle of Bourbon St.
Location is right in the middle of Bourbon St. If you want to sleep at night, get a room on the courtyard side. Rooms are very small. Worst bartender on the street (when she's there). If you order a beer, you'll be OK.
Silly categories abov -- how about adding "vacatio
Friendly staff, everything worked
Stay was pleasant
Water bottle and wrapper were left in the room from previous occupant.
Great location right on Bourbon Street, clean rooms friendly staff.
Bad decisions from the reception staff (3 hours to get our room after we arrived in 3 different attempts) and our keycard was not programmed correctly even then. Noisy hotel with the street on one side, the pool being worked on with a jackhammer in the morning on tho other side, and very thin walls everywhere.
watch out for fees!
The bellboy was amazing and the location was great!
But the $35 charge to park your car one time is ridiculous. Also the a/c in the room wouldn't cool. We burned up all night. Could barely sleep.
Great location for our group. Easy walk to everything. Lots of noise from the bars but we knew that in advance. Staff was so helpful and friendly. Pool area and lobby were really nice.
One elevator was being renovated, so we took the stairs most of the time.
Bourbon street is blocked at night. Please put the other street name bordering the hotel that offers parking so the GPs can find the parking for the hotel easily. Thank you
location was perfect especially for the price. Staff was extremely friendly
I did not like that I wasn't able to spend more time there!
The help I received at the front desk from everyone was top notch!
Service was really bad, no ac nightmare of a night
hotel was clean, staff was attentive, great location right in the quarter, good breakfasts, surprisingly quiet despite its location, nice pool and bar areas
It was easy, comfortable and convenient.
The staff was pleasant, and helpful, and very knowledgeable about the local layout. The tour info lady was very informative. The location is spot on.
the elevators were to tiny, and slow.
Location, location, location! This is a great hotel! It was convenient for everything we wanted to do. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will stay there again.
Central location to french quarters. nice courtyard.
Loud late night guests returning from partying.
The location was perfect, in the heart of the French Quarter. We had a room facing away from Bourbon Street and we couldn't hear any noise from the street which was a welcome surprise. The staff was friendly at all hours of the day, no complaints, no stress.
Rooms are older..had to use a credit card to access safe
We arrived before check in and checked into the hotel knowing we would have to come back since room was not ready. We arrived back at hotel at check in time (4PM) and the room was still not ready. The shower knob in one of the bathroooms broke completely off and 7 of the 8 people staying in the 2 rooms had to use the shower in the functioning shower. We did get 25% removed off of one of the rms
the closeness to bourbon street gave us good music and sights right from our balcony.
My Room (425) was very comfortable and also very quiet, considering the hotel is in a very lively part of town. All staff were very helpful
Everything was fine in my experience
The location was amazing and the hotel itself was beautiful!
The bathrooms could use alittle work, but I'm really not that picky so it didn't affect my overall stay.
