Pros (+) The only thing we liked about this hotel is that it was in a good location within the French Quarter. Close to things, yet quiet.
Cons (-) A lot of things could have been better- the room was dark even with the lights on, there was black mold on the heating/air vent, carpets were aged and dirty, staff was not welcoming or friendly. Breakfast was very basic.

Pros (+) Doorman mervin, attentive hardworking and caring. Excellent employee.
Cons (-) Not clean, walk across the floor your feet are filithy. Tub not clesn.

Pros (+) We only stayed one night but the staff were excellent, very welcoming and friendly. They let us check in early and gave us drink tickets for the hotel bar May Bailey's, even giving us an extra ticket since there were 3 of us. The bartender at May Bailey's was great too, very amiable, and told us the history of the bar and humored my friend when he asked about ghosts. When we came back late at nigh...
