Liked the location The first two rooms where not made up and it was 3 hrs after check in, the heater didn’t work the first night, the shower backed up showered in 4 inches of ugly water would not drain properly, phone didn’t work, one of the queen size beds squeaked when you barely moved very annoying!!! Asked for an additional complimentary hour after check out and was denied.

Pros (+) Wonderful boutique hotel just far enough away from Bourbon street to avoid the noise and crowd but close enough to walk to anything in the French Quarter.

Pros (+) The staff was the best from start to finish!! I have to give props to house keeping for the amazing job they do, Ms Julie moves through the hotel like greased lightning!!
