Cons: No concierge all night, restaurant closed for lunch (Monday).
9,5 Excellent
Pros: I felt very relaxed in our room. Only comment would be as my husband is older the shower didn’t have anything to hold onto as it was extremely modern and totally open.
Cons: The shower went everywhere, as there are no walls, glass or curtains ...very slippery
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The central location in Colmar. Good service! Nice room.
Cons: Would prefer some form of eggs at breakfast.(even hard boiled would be fine)
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect

Cons: Poor lighting. Not much of a view from the room.
6,8 Good
Pros: Great location in an historic building.
Cons: The air con was turned off at night!! This caused us some discomfort - I would not like to have been there during a heatwave. The room was very expensive and we would not have booked it had we known about the air con.

Pros: Impeccable, large, very comfortable room, decorated in faultless style.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Though located in the center of the city, the atomosphere is very calm. The 16 th century old house, but the inside was renovated to a comfortable modern equipped hotel. You can have a breakfast in the terrace restaurant facing the canal, which I can recommend the strongest point of this hotel. And also the price is very modest for such a good hotel.
Cons: Nothing.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: hotel is centered on the canal at " little Venice " our room looks out over the canal . very close to the center of town
Cons: be prepared for a small room , because it is a very old building .it restaurant is very good but expensive .
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed here 30 years ago on our honeymoon, and were amazed that nothing had really changed! A wonderful place.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location was super. Very close to all that Colmar has to offer. The Hotel was beautiful. We didn't want to leave! Plus, there was air conditioning! The staff was very friendly and attentive. A true feel of France.
8,8 Excellent
Cons: WIFI is a joke. Also, there should be a way to get ice yourself.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous property in a wonderful location in the centre of la Petite Venise. The dining room overlooked the river and both dinner and breakfast were excellent
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic apartment in this beautiful hotel
9,3 Excellent
Pros: A nice room with all the comforts. Hotel and dining areas etc a bit dated so only go here if you want something traditional. Staff very helpful especially with help with parking options. Really well located close to the centre and dining terrace located on the best bit of canal in town
10,0 Excellent
Pros: What a fabulous night. Our apt was a delight, fantastic staff who were every one both kind and professional. Incredibly delicious food. Simply put...could not have bern better. Huge thank yous to the staff.
7,0 Good
Pros: The hotel has a very historical looking, both interior and exterior. Right from the hallway to the stairs and to you room, the decoration looks like you are in a museum or chateau, even the walk on the stairways are decorated with quality bone china plates. It’s Situated right in the middle of the petite Venice, the cannel view from the breakfast lounge is unbeatable. The room is wonderfully equipped with aircon, which not a lot of hotels have, because the weather in the area is so pleasant that I turned it off and open the window to breath the cool fresh air of Colmar. If you come across some rare super hot days, the aircon might save your life. The bed is very comfortable and bathroom is modern, the carpet is so fluffy soft that you don’t need sleepers and just walk on on bear foot is fine. When you are checking in, have a look at the photos behind the reception counter, you might recognize some famous guests, French president Jaques Chirac was one of them.
Cons: Be careful the pictures about bathroom are misleading. You have to choose a room with shower OR bath if you really need it, like me I had knee injuries from hiking and needed hot bath to heal, but the reception told me I didn’t specify the request, and actually later I checked my booking confirmation, it did say shower or bath. Some other hotels provide combined bath and shower but you need to make a choice for this one. The staff generally speak good English but if you could have some preliminary French language competency would be way better helpful to talk to the nearly non English speaking security guards, shop assistants and wait staff in the restaurants. Don’t assume English is understood everywhere....which I ended up picking up my high school French and learning thru conversations from the local people. It’s not that hard and enhances your experience when you speak French in France.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: We booked a two bedroom apartment and had the wonderful view of the canal of the Petite Venice where you can see the colorful houses and boats passing by. In the outside, it seems in an old setting but when you enter the room, it was modern classic with very comfy bed and linens. The kids room are so chic. The whole apartment have air conditioning and it is spacious. The staff were very kind to keep our bags hours before the check in and after check out. We had a wonderful stay in Colmar and the view of our room was breathtaking!
Cons: The apartment is located on a separate building next to the hotel. There is no elevator going to the 1st floor where our room is located. Heavy large luggages will be very hard to take. You will take few stairs but thankfully, the staff already took our luggages in our room when we checked in. It would have been perfect if they have a bathtub in the room is instead of a shower with a bench to match the nice view of the Petite Venice. Their breakfast is expensive compared to the breakfast served on the restaurants around the area.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Near Colmar, very clean room, comfy bed, private parking.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This was the second time we had stayed at this hotel and we know how good it is from previous experience. Once again we were not disappointed. Great welcome, spotless room and an amazing breakfast which, in my opinion, is the best we have ever had in France. It was no problem for them to freeze our ice packs and all the staff were extremely helpful and professional. We will be back.
Cons: The staff, service, cleanliness of the room, amazing shower, Nespresso coffee machine, quiet location, loads of parking, excellent breakfast, convenient restaurant next door and overall excellent value.
5,5 Okay
Pros: Bed quality and size
Cons: Small rooms
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing, very dirty, towels dirty, very small room for three people, see thru door at shower room (no privacy). They put an extra bed in a double room and call it triple room.
Cons: Everything. This is not a four star hotel as they advertize. And install a real door to the shower room.
10,0 Excellent
Cons: Breakfast was correct, but not as excellent as the rest of the offer.
7,5 Good
Pros: is a typical business hotel where you only spend the night to sleep
Cons: is located in the middle of business facilities, about 4 km from Colmar center
7,3 Good
Pros: Bed was best ever in a hotel. Hotel generally is much nicer actually is better than what you would expect from a 3 star hotel (or from its outside appearance).
Cons: From outside it looks like a cheesy adult hotel, not very tasteful.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice and quiet hotel staff was very friendly and helpful
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast and extremely helpful staff
Cons: Nothing
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Close to our route to the ferry port. Parking is ample. Nice room. Great breakfast, best I've had anywhere, even the scrambled egg was cooked to perfection. Staff very helpful & pleasant. Gluten free bread for my Coeliac partner was not a problem.
Cons: Bit far (2.8km) out of town for a walk to good restaurants.
7,0 Good
Pros: Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. Coffee and tea in the room.
Cons: Personally I did not like the style of this hotel. The colors are very loud and busy; not relaxing at all. I do not like (floor)carpet in hotel rooms; to me it feels unhygienic, even if they are maintained well. The location is not within walking distance from the city center. Make sure you have a car when booking this hotel. No restaurant in the hotel.

5,8 Okay
Pros: Room was clean and location was perfect to visit Colmar - every sightseeing spot was in the walking distance!
Cons: Our room did not have a real bathroom and toilet was separated from bedroom by glass, transparent door which was not even closing entirely! Not much privacy in this particular space...
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff upgraded my room. Thanks! It’s very spacious & stylishly decorated. The temperature of the AC was just right. Can see the river which is a scenic spot & always crowded with tourists taking photos from my room. This tells how central the location the hotel is. Comfortable beds!!! The staff are helpful & friendly.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: excellent location, nearby (public) parking
Cons: no air condition, fan is insufficient
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location in Colmar, short walk to everything and within half a block of the main canal. No parking lot, but we were able to park overnight easily in the square outside the hotel. Breakfast spread adequate, and there was a nice interior courtyard to eat outside. Property location very quiet.
Cons: Warnings to anyone with limited mobility: The room we had was a loft and had a circular staircase from a lower vestibule to get to the room, we didn't even bother trying to carry our suitcases upstairs, there was a closet in the lower part and we just left them there. There was no elevator. So if you have trouble with stairs contact the property about your room location. Aircon unit froze up during the night (it was very hot, however).
10,0 Excellent
Pros: People working there love their job and it shows, food fantastic at reasonable price,
Cons: Just a bit hot in the room..
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The view and the garden. The room was very clean. The position - in the heart of Petite Venice
9,3 Excellent
Pros: The welcome was warm and accommodation was very comfortable. It was noticed that I had more clothes than the number of hangers provided and when we returned after a day out more had been placed in the room.
Cons: The hotel is on the north side of the Loire and it is a long walk to all the shops and restaurants.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was delicious! Staff was super helpful. Location can’t be beat. Would definitely stay again if we came back.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: They upgraded us into the suite and it totally made our trip perfect! Even though there is no lift to the suite, the ladies that were working in the welcome desk helped carry our luggages up two flight of stairs which were really helpful because we had a really long train trip to colmar and were exhausted beyond words
10,0 Excellent
Pros: All staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room is very well decorated and clean. Excellent location.
Cons: The pillows are slightly too high and hard.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The room was big, beautiful and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very convenient location.
Cons: At first we got a very small room with a small bed and low ceiling. Because we are both tall (1,74 and 2 m) standing in the room was difficult for my partner and the bed too small for both. However, when we asked if a different room was available the staff was very friendly and immediately gave us a new room which was more spacious. They later asked us if this room was okay.

The room was huge, clean and comfortable with a small balcony. The host takes you to your room. Lots of free maps and folders in the entrance. Less than 15minutes drive from Colmar.
Cons: nothing.

Pros: This hotel is perfect for being close to the centre of Turckheim - just the perfect length of walk to explore the town which is definitely worth visiting. Our room was very spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable too. The breakfast buffet was superb and catered for all tastes. We were warmly received by the staff there who were all very helpful. Sadly we didn’t have long enough to enjoy the pool but we would certainly return to stay here in the future.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel, with a good range for breakfast and a good location for walking into town.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Simple-clean rooms
Cons: Out side of the old city like being in an urban neighborhood. Breakfast was vey dull- although separately paid for. Ok for one night on the road
9,3 Excellent
Pros: The room was large and comfortable. The reception was friendly and efficient. We enjoyed the breakfast.
Cons: Nothing really.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect, so close to the little venice area and lots of restaurants and bars. The staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of breakfast options. Walking distance to colmar train station
Cons: The bed was a little small (standard double bed). It would have been nice to have a queen or king size bed.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Close to the entrance to the old city.
Cons: Nothing to Mention
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Very good hotel
7,0 Good
Pros: the location was good
Cons: took payment of without telling for the first night
7,0 Good
Pros: It was not easy to book a hotel in Colmar in the touristy season, with a reasonable budget. I booked this one based on the high review score. The breakfast was terrific. The neighbourhood is very safe and quiet. Staff were not very enthusiastic but helpful and friendly. It is generally a good value for money
Cons: The location is a bit far away from the train station, although it is quite within walking distance with the old town. It is good for solo traveler, but the room might be too small for more than one person.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful comfortable room with lots of space, individual toilet and large bathroom. Nice breakfast room with an excellent buffet. Underground parking with enough space for practically any car. Friendly personnel.
Cons: More cupboard space in the room would be nice. By putting the refrigerator under the desk instead of in the cupboard for example. Feasible for 2 people, but for three?
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice breakfast. Nice room and bed.
6,2 Good
Pros: Clean, good location
Cons: Room that had not been updated, including bedding and bed. Also, I believe the hair dryer mounted in the bathroom was from 1960.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely reception staff. Close to the old town. On site parking, nice room and good shower.
Cons: Nothing!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast is very good, yummy and has big variety. Some tea, coffee, and boiler are provided in the room. Water, tea, and coffee are available free of charge at a reception. Staff are very nice and helpful. The room is very clean and has air-con. Free parking right in front of the building. The location is quite far from attractions but not a problem for us. I would rate the hospitality and service 10/10.
Cons: Air-con displays the temperature clearly and brightly at night and the light really irritated my eyes. I had to find something to block that light before I could sleep. Only 2 electrical sockets in the whole room which make it impossible to charge 2 phones, camera battery, and to use water boiler at the same time. Not enough space/hook/towel rail/ to hang all towels. Noise of water pump or something that sounded every 5-10 minutes and kept waking me up. Although the mattress is very comfortable but its cover made me sweat a lot during the night. It would be great if the hotel could change material of the mattress cover. I don't like and also didn't use the plastic glasses provided in the bathroom because this will create plastic trash to our planet. Please consider other options.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel still under refurbishment but totally worth staying. Nice clean rooms and near the city center
7,0 Good
Pros: Room was spacious.
Cons: The exterior needs a good makeover. The overall feeling on arrival is not the best. Could be cleaner at the lobby too...
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Modern,location, staff,parking.
Cons: None
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Extremely comfortable and very clean. Receptionist very friendly and helpful. Restaurants and La Petite Venice an easy level 25 minute walk. Beautiful.
Cons: Disappointed that parking was not available as it was not possible to reserve in advance but it was a case of first come first served. We were a little miffed as we had booked as long ago as March and had driven all the way from England! However, the receptionist directed us to free street parking down the road.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Hotel staff was very nice and helpful when needed. Breakfast was good and rich enough, especially good were freshly made waffles. Location is fine, reachable easily by car yet not far from downtown (about 15min walk to the old town).
Cons: In a room on the ground floor with windows to the street, there can be some noise at night and hence might not be comfortable to sleep with opened window; we rather kept it closed in the night.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff very friendly and polite Facilities sparkling clean
Cons: A little far from center of town
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location, receptionist was very kind and helpful with the information and tourist location without even asking to , parking , AC
Cons: No elevator but the stairs are few “ she offer to help with the luggage “ :)
9,3 Excellent
Pros: From the outside it looked rundown but the inside was ultramodern. The room was excellent as was the bathroom. Coffee and tea provided too. Breakfast was excellent and they had gluten free bread. Location was excellent for Colmar too. 15 minutes to centre of Colmar. Brilliant!
Cons: N/a
Hôtel Saint-Martin - Colmar - Building
8
8,6 Excellent (1 124 reviews)
R1 813+
Overview Reviews
Hôtel Saint-Martin is in the heart of Colmar, within a 5-minute walk of Saint-Matthews Protestant Church and Little Venice. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.
7,5 Good
Pros: Very old French looking place, right in the middle of the town, you step out, there’s supermarket across the road with 2 euro for a cup of cherries, and 1.70 euro tinned Choucroute generously with sausages and pork slice just exactly like the label shows, so cheap. Restaurants, brasseries and bistros are abundant just from next door. Staying here has a perk that if you wander around the town in the morning before the tour groups swamp in, you have a wonderful view of the town architecture covered in Golden morning sunlight worth ultimate serenity.
Cons: To the modern style standard, it’s bit dark, gloomy and dirty, but actually it is feeling that an old classic style hotel can offer. If you are into classic old town experience, go for it; if you are fussy about brightness and hygiene, this is not the place for you.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Nothing
8,3 Excellent
Pros: didn't have breakfast and the location was excellent. having a balcony we a nice surprise
Cons: would have been nice to have coffee making equipment and a fridge
9,5 Excellent
Pros: What a great place. We arrived here for a stopover during the heatwave on the way home after a long drive having had a week of very hot weather in Italy and as we approached the hotel that was located right in the Centre of this busy tourist town we were worried our room might be hot and possibly noisy from the bars and cafes that surround it - but what a nice surprise, even though our room was on the first floor directly above the street it was wonderfully cool from the air conditioning and with excellent soundproofing. We had a lovely time exploring the town in the evening and when we retired back for the night we had a super cool and quiet nights sleep. Fantastic !.
Cons: Wish we were staying longer.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: THE LOCATION, THE STAFF, THE BUILDING. wE ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS HOTEL.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice ancient building of the hotel is located in a historical centre of Colmar. Good beds. Good room service.
Cons: Nothing.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location Well isolated windows Comfortable beds Beautiful old house
Cons: Some lights were nor working Hair dryer pretty old Poor breakfast
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Very comfy bed and quiet room. Good shower. Had high end fittings and fixtures. Pretty view onto courtyard. Brilliant central location.
Cons: My room was a 4G black spot and I couldn't get the WiFi working. My phone may have been the problem but I've never had an issue elsewhere.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: The location is in the main road in the centrum. Few meters far away from the most famous attractions. The suite room is large, clean and with a great atmosphere.
Cons: Since the hotel is located in the centrum of the town, there is no private parking, so it needs to search a park place in public parkings outside of the pedestrian zone (about 100 meters) .
7,5 Good
Pros: This property is very conveniently located to city center.
Cons: Breakfast in hotel would have been nice but their prices forced to dine elsewhere.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: It was close to the downtown restaurants and the hotel itself was nice.
Cons: Parking near the hotel wasn’t easy and we were directed to a parking garage a ways away. After going back and forth to get the car to do sightseeing, we finally figured out an easy route. There are many streets that go out from the hotel and some aren’t necessarily easy to identify. Not the hotel’s problem.
9,7 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is situated on a beautiful cobblestone street in the heart of cute, quaint Colmar. If you visit in December, you'll also be staying next to one of the Christmas markets!
Cons: Breakfast is not included, so just something to be aware of.
6,3 Good
Pros: Ideally located in the very centre of Colmar. Car park nearby. Room overlooking typical Alsatian street.
6,5 Good
Pros: It is well maintained for such and old hotel
Cons: Mattress could be newer
5,6 Okay
Pros: Location was excellent for seeing Colmar.
Cons: Hotel staff was less than helpful. Said that giving us directions from the train station was too hard so we were on our own.
6,0 Good
Pros: An old hotel in the centre of Colmar with lots of character. Our bedroom was comfortable, but quite noisy until early morning being right in the centre of the old town.
Cons: We missed air conditioning as it was particularly hot whilst there - but what do you expect in a 400 year old hotel!
6,3 Good
Pros: room had air conditioning. Central location in the old town

6,4 Good
Pros: Central location in Colmar
Cons:
4,4 Okay
Pros: Very central - well sign-posted within the town
Cons: The parking situation is difficult. The carpark is heavily used by tourists to the town so getting a space is very difficult. I'm also not sure that parking is free (as mentioned on website) as there are parking meters in the carpark.
5,2 Okay
Pros: The location in the middle of the town
Cons:

Pros: This is a nice and welcoming hotel (we’ve stayed here three times the last five years) with good breakfast (although the coffee could be brewed with a bit more love). The staff is friendly and they have a honesty bar open to the guests when the rest of Riquewihr (apart from the crazy night club - yes, there is one in this little town) closes at 10 pm.
Cons: The rooms can sometimes be slightly hot during summer but there are fans available.

Pros: Newly renovated with modern facilities, clean, good beds and placed centrally
9,5 Excellent
Pros: The location is just one block off the main street and the decor is modern and tasteful. Daniel, the evening front desk staff, was friendly and very helpful with local information and recommendations. We booked room 14, the suite, which was quite large and beautiful. We liked the circular windows offering a view and a fresh breeze. We were nicely surprised by a real espresso machine and beer machine available in the room and free. The suite has two separate bathroom areas and we will definitely consider returning with our children. There is also complimentary sauna and steam room access. Great place! Loved it!
Cons: The bed was a little too hard and the down pillows did not offer good support. This did not affect the overall enjoyment of our stay.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: If you have a car, the location is perfect. Close to colmar, and other beautiful villages.
Cons: For us everything was perfect. Some tips: If you get one of the rooms #1 to #6, you are at the best part of the hotel, close to swimming pool and wellness, and you have a nice balcony.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Good location and wellness was good.
Cons: I did like the fact that when I got to the receptionist no one was there, and when someone showed up, she started dialing a number and talking over phone instead of paying attention to the standing person (me) at the reception.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: For the price, I wasn't quite expecting the hotel that I turned up at. It was during a busy work stint and I just wanted an easy check in, fast internet, a restaurant that didn't make me beg to eat after 9.00pm, and a comfy bed. Got it all... and a little more.
Cons: Nothing to complain about.

8,8 Excellent
Pros: Position, breakfast, actually everything was perfect!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent as we were using as a one night stop over on the way from UK to Italy. The room size and option of interconnecting (as there were 6 of us) was really welcomed. This really was a great hotel for a single night stop.
Cons: The inside of the hotel looks to have been referbished very recently;however, a little more focus on the outside and grounds are needed. The terrace for lunch and dinner were very welcomed in the hot weather and would have been even better if some money was spent on the landscaping.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Close to town center.
Cons: Small rooms but fine for just sleeping. No refrigerator.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Really good location, easily accessible from the main roads but at all noisy, even from the couple of small planes landing / taking off. Lovely views of the mountains from the outside restaurant.
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. A great stop over on a long journey.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: We needed a child friendly hotel that we could stay in while traveling. Although not the most charming area, the hotel was really nice and had everything we hoped for and more !! It was off the highway so very easy location for road trip but not if you want to walk around the hotel. I think it is very easy to get to other places though so that shouldn't necessarily stop anyone from staying there. Everyone that worked there was very helpful and friendly. I liked the option of the games, kids corner and pool too.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Staff members were awesome! Room was spacious and fairly comfortable. Breakfast was included and menu was quite decent. Parking was free with plenty of spaces.
Cons: Wish they had more than one pillow per person. AC could have been a little cooler.

Pros: Central location in a wonderful town. Lovely rooms and staff friendly and very helpful. One of my favourite places. So much to see and full of character. Lots of places to eat nearby. Felt safe and secure walking around. Colmar is a hidden gem.
Cons: Don't be out off by the exterior. This is a lovely place to stay.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff, the pool, the restaurant and the location. Also that our dog was welcome
Cons: Air con could have been a touch colder, bit it was a heatwave we were comfortable enough
9,5 Excellent
Pros: The staff was extremely helpful! They gave us tips to use public transportation to the festival.
Cons: We would’ve liked to stay longer and use the pool but maybe next time!
5,8 Okay
Pros: Ordinary room with the best electric toilet- never seen one before, even gives you a wash! Fabulous rugby style shower as well. Surprising small converted old hotel- good location for restaurants etc.
Cons: 3 star really
7,0 Good
Pros: Staff very friendly
Cons: The room could have been cleaner and a bit more inviting.I know you probably don’t get best room when you travel with a dog but it was a bit too scruffy for a 4-Star hotel.
6,3 Good
Pros: Pool and wellness
Cons: Lamp shade next to our bed was not working. No trashcan in the bathroom. Complimentary water bottle only for 1? We booked for 4. Met the maid on our way out to ask for another water bottle the next day and got denied even when there was 24 bottles in her trolly. We were directed to the reception. AC hardly working We reserved a junior suite and we got a 25sqm standard room with 1 double bed and 2 extra bed installed. Coffee machine with 2 capsuls. Tried to make coffee and overflowed at first try. Coffee machine NOK. You have to manually remove your cup before it overflows. Parking terrible. Had to go to the reception to ask for the garage door opener to access our car. I had to complain to get to the main parking the next day. Breakfast not worth the 16 euros.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: The pool was excellent after a day of driving. They keep it open until 10pm which allowed us ample time to grab dinner and come back to swim. Parking garage was an easy 3 minute walk away.
Cons: We had two rooms and the larger of the rooms had a bit of a musty smell to it. The other room did not. Could have been a fluke.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We traveled as a family - 2 adults and 2 children - our rooms were great - 2 interconnected suites allows for kids and Mum and Dad to have privacy and space. Very well planned rooms. Ours had a small roof space balcony but unfortunately we had rain and didn't get to use it much. The staff were all kind and helpful. We all loved the swimming pool area too. Breakfast was nice and basic. The location we found great - short walking distance from the park and the town centre.
Cons: I can't think of anything that we didn't like.
6,8 Good
Pros: The location is great. Easy walk to train station and Little Venice. Parking is a plus, although it's a bit of trek to lug your luggage. It is under the park at the end of the street, but there are elevators in the car park.
Cons: The "air-conditioning" barely worked. Granted, we were there when the weather was hot. I think had it not been quite so hot out the room would have been more comfortable. At the coldest setting, the room stayed rather warm.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location just few meters to Colmar train station, and walking distance to the centre of Colmar.
Cons: Parking place (paid) was a bit complex to find.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: room and breakfast were wonderful. walking distance to everything. cheap parking in a safe garage nearby. dog bowl for our dog.
Cons: just know that the hotel is directly across from the train station, which had many very loud people walking around and talking during the night.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Liked everything!
Cons: absolutely nothing wrong with this place!
7,5 Good
Pros: Location is perfect and parking was easy to find (on Sunday). Building outlook was great and comfortable. Breakfast was good and versatile, continuously ringing restaurant phone was a bit irritating (why would anyone call to the breakfast room all the time?).
Cons: Some minor issues: Fitted carpets are not my favorite, they tend to be dusty/dirty despite of good cleaning. Hotel had only one elevator that was all the time reserved when needed. Key system seem to be difficult to use or not functioning well since many customers had problems accessing their rooms in the beginning.
6,8 Good
Pros: The location is great.
Cons: This is not a 4 star quality hotel by my humble opinion as a frequent traveler.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Located right across the train station. The hotel was nice and clean. Good location for the Colmar walking trail.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The location was right next to the train station, and only a 10-15 minute walk from the major sites. The pillows were great and the staff were very helpful with recommendations. We had a wonderful time at the places they suggested and seemed to have a genuine interest in what kind of trip we were wanting.
Cons: The breakfast was standard fare for a hotel. The options were very sugar based. The AC in the room functioned okay, but I felt like it died about halfway through the evening. On a 40 degree Celcius day, that was rough, but we made it through okay!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast is very good Location is very good
Cons: The bathroom is to small
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed at the hotel for a week during our travel in Europe. The hotel was located near the train station, and it was convenient for us to travel by train to other places. Even though it was close to the train station, we felt safe and it was not noisy. We had a room on a newer side of the hotel and it was very nice, clean and the bed was very comfortable, exactly what we wanted after all day walking. The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, a lot of choices. Colmar is very interesting town, a lot to see. We would recommend to see Bartholdi museum, go on the wine tour by Kutzig bus (Ribeauville must visit!). Cities of Strasbourg and Mulhouse are very nice to explore too. Tip for travelers: try Mamma Giovanna restaurant in Colmar, amazing food and not expensive.
Cons: Too short stay!
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The location is very good, the hotel is of good standard, the restaurant is nice. Watch out at booking one part of the hotel is renovated the other is still good but dated.
Cons: We booked a double room with two separate beds and got one with a "large" double bad that was actually rather small. The reception could not change it as they were fully booked. As we made our booking three weeks ahead we did not feel that we were fairly treated.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Room comfortable. Convient to old town and little Venice. Restaurant offered both good breakfast and dinner.

9,5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was fabulous! Every thing about it! The staff could not do enough to help and were so friendly. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we were given a quiet room as requested (although it all seemed quiet and peaceful)! The building was of historic interest with plenty of character but totally modern in facilities.
Cons: It was extremely difficult to get into and out of the underground garage and I would recommend not taking a large car down there.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: very good breakfast. Jihane on the desk was extremely helpful in helping us with information about the city. It was a pleasure speaking with her.
Cons: parking was extremely tight
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Contemporary decor, nicely segregated leisure areas, breakfasts with wide and varied choices- nice breads. Air Con was a bonus. Nice park opposite with fountains and gardens.
Cons: Although offered in the description, Parking was restricted and we were confused as I had requested space in advance ( 4 weeks) to be told that it was too far in advance! When I rang a day before arrival was told all spaces gone? Ended up paying for a local car park which, although immediately opposite hotel, was still quite expensive.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Location. Staff. Main downstairs area.
Cons: No parking. (But the nice reception staff found a good solution for us). The staff were very nice. Basic rooms but very quiet, air conditioned, clean and functional.
10,0 Excellent
