Pros: Not a very large selection at breakfast but fresh, bread was lovely. Slight mix up - there was a heavy weight duvet on our bed, too warm for me. I asked for the addition of a Top Sheet, so I could use it while husband used duvet. Came back that evening to find lovely sheet but no duvet! Night Porter/Receptionist went to a lot of trouble to help. However he could only find what I would describe as a baby duvet!! Room was basic, but very nice - had coffee machine. Great to have toilet and bathroom separate. Has a small garage, which you need to pre-book.

Cons: More choice for the breakfast and fresh juice would have been nice. We decided to share a bottle of wine one evening, but they only had half bottles, which made it a little expensive. Lighting not marvellous in the bathroom if you are trying to put make up on, but not a big issue.

Cons: It's not the cheapest place in Colmar, but you get good value for your money. If you're willing to spend a little more for great location, great staff, clean rooms, and a nice breakfast then definitely stay here.

Cons: Our room was supposed to be a suite, but it was narrow with sloping ceilings, so we were always crouching under the beams to get around. Furthermore, the bathroom was up a flight of metal steps, which were hard to navigate at night.

Cons: Our rooms were across the street from the main hotel where the lobby, services, and dining room were. The hotel is TOO modern. It's for young people with money. The elevator is hard to find because the sign indicating it's not clear. As in many hotels, the key operates the electricity and one is left in total darkness if you remove the key to go to sleep. The closet is hard to find because of the sleekness of the design.

Cons: We were given a room at the top level, very small in size and with awkward columns. The toilet and bathroom are two separate cells in different locations of the room. Pretty inconvenient, after using the toilet, have to come out and get into the bathroom for hand washing. A bit pricey, not the best value for money

Cons: a good fifteen minutes walk from main centre and on a fairly busy crossroads meant tackling at least 3 pedestrian crossings before getting close to town centre. Might be a bit too far for the less mobile and cant recall a lift being available to rooms even though it was only one floor meant suitcases had to be carried.

Cons: Parking is too small to accommodate all cars from guests. One side of the hotel is a bit noisy, the staff was very accommodating and agreed to change rooms when we mentioned having to work in the room for a few hours.

Cons: The underground car park is a bit confusing to find as there is a no entry sign on the street that you need to ignore as it has a small sign underneath stating it applies further up the street!? The booking in was not a friendly experience. We were left waiting as no one was at the desk and the members of staff we could see did not acknowledge us. When we (jokingly) referred to our confusion regarding car parking it was met with little sympathy.

Pros: breakfast was okay the boiled egg situation needs to be sorted as I put my eggs in and then someone else put some in and turned the timer up as a result my eggs were hard. Seating was a problem when the breakfast room was busy. the hotel was very clean and we enjoyed our stay.
Cons: the bathroom was very small and the toilet was in a very strange position especially for a big person, but I must say it was very clean.

Cons: We were not convinced by the open plan shower ('wet room') which spread water over about half the bathroom floor, making it awkward (but not impossible) for two people to use the bathroom simultaneously. This solution can work well in a private residence, but it's less satisfactory in a hotel environment.

Cons: Very old hotel, bad bed, small room, terrible elevator (very noisy).. You may hear from your room.. It is told me under renovation, I couldn't see any action.. I think that this is only cover..((

Pros: The location is good. Elevator and cozy bed provided. BTW, they also have macrowave to heat food. Aditional buffet breakfast is 9 euros. Kindly speaking, clean and nice hotel. No safe issue and you can find some street food and a cinema near the hotel. I live in a loft and which is amazing to me.
Cons: The receptionist didn't check my passport and think me as another person. And in the night, whe i went out to find some food, they let me to change home
