Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the French Quarter and nearby attractions. The staff received high marks for friendliness and attentiveness, with several guests noting that employees went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Many appreciated the rooftop pool and its relaxing atmosphere, as well as the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property. The atmosphere, including features like the jazz club and courtyard, added to the hotel's charm. Some negative feedback included issues with room temperature, outdated rooms, small bathrooms, and occasional maintenance problems, but these did not overshadow the positive experiences for most guests.

Cons (-) The room was too small especially the rest room. The hotel is nice but needs an update. The mattress was old and lumpy. I would not recommend this hotel to a friend.

Pros (+) Staff was great! Location is excellent.
Cons (-) Our room was really small but it still worked. The cinnamon smelling toiletries should be changed to something more refreshing.
