7,0 Good
Pros: the location and people there
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff at reception was very professional and helpful.
Cons: Room: No shower cubicle, only bath/shower. Not a major issue though. Conference: round tables with table cloth, this is good for eating not for working. Remove the table cloths, U-shape arrangement is much better so that everyone is facing the conference presenters.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Eggs was extremely good and the bed was amazing 10/10 in my book
Cons: Nothing
3,7 Mediocre
Pros: Other than the location, this is by far the worst hotel in Jeddah.
Cons: Valet is never there when you need them. The same is true for bell men. The reception staff is extremely unprofessional. The furniture seems to be at least 15 years old. The rooms smell horrible. overall, if you're coming to Jeddah and can't find a reservation in the Rosewood or Sheraton or the Sofitel, you're better off delaying or canceling your trip. JUST DON'T STAY AT THE HILTON!

9,5 Excellent
Pros: The service and specially the doorman Sadek :)
6,3 Good
Cons: Considering that in the last 10 years I had the chance to travel a lot and visited lots of 5 stars hotels and when I thought that I've seen them all and nothing can surprise me, well I can tell with no exaggeration that this was absolutely the worst hotel experience ever. The staff was a joke! To be clear, I will give you a list of what i have experienced: - I've booked the room 2 weeks in advance by booking.com, and the hotel called me three times during these 2 weeks asking about my reservation if I still want to come or not, it is really annoying because they have my credit card info on the file. - I called the hotel before I arrived (early in the morning) to confirm that I wanted a king size bed, and asked them for early check-in. They said, "it is hard to promise you that but if there is any chance we will let you know". I said that's fine just make sure that I will get my room on time, which is 3:00 pm because I have an important meeting I need to prepare for. - I arrived at 2:41 pm, and my "Executive room" was ready, but the problem is it was a twin bed, and I waited until 3:18 to get the executive king room, and no one apologized for wasting my time. Every time when I checked with the one who is responsible, she said "just a few more minutes". - Once I got the room, I stayed a few minutes then went back to my car to get something, when I came back, there were two of the staff inside my room, which is unacceptable no matter what. - Next day I checked out and didn’t get any excuse for my inconvenience. And it is luxury (5 stars) hotel are you joking?

5,8 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: It is a poor value for money, i stayed in a room which is separated from another room only by a wooden door, i couldn't sleep from the neighbors in the other room beside me. There is a problem in the walls isolation, you suffer the noise coming from other rooms, you suffer the door knocking in the other rooms, you feel that it is your room, housekeeping in nearby rooms are very noisy. There is always noise coming from the upper floor. I suffered sleeping in every night, it isn't logic to pay double the price of the five stars hotels in the nearby area and suffer this discomfort. Gym closes 10 pm which is too early , why not till 12 am or 24 hours open.

Pros: The lobby
Cons: The discriminatory attitude of especially the restaurant staff is appalling. They feel superior and seem to forget that they are there to attend to the needs of the guests. May be changing their ^executive uniforms^ to that of normal restaurant attendants may make them feel less important and more conscientious.
