Pros: Other than the location, this is by far the worst hotel in Jeddah.
Cons: Valet is never there when you need them. The same is true for bell men. The reception staff is extremely unprofessional. The furniture seems to be at least 15 years old. The rooms smell horrible. overall, if you're coming to Jeddah and can't find a reservation in the Rosewood or Sheraton or the Sofitel, you're better off delaying or canceling your trip. JUST DON'T STAY AT THE HILTON!

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff! Hands down the best part of the stay.. from the front desk, to restaurant (especially the restaurant! Read why below), to bell boys to engineering.. everyone made the extra effort to be courteous. We were having dinner in the restaurant with my two year old, who wasn't eating anything only playing with his food. The waiter saw this, became concerned.. and brought a mango juice for him that he might drink if he's not eating, and not remain hungry. This extra touch really made our day! Kudos to everyone! P.s. I also want to mention room amenities. They thought of everything.. dental kit, shaving kit, vanity kit and more. Best part, they were all over the room, it was like a little treasure hunt finding all of them. Absolute fun!
Cons: Carpets could use a deep clean, as they generally capture a lot of dust. However, the quality of the carpet and overall cleanliness was good.
