Pros: My husband and I stayed at Creole Garden B&B for a weekend getaway. I immediately fell in love with the charming atmosphere. Even though we arrived late Joe was gracious enough to welcome us and show us around. The ladies working there are so intriguing and everyone was very friendly. I expected the traditional continental breakfast, but instead it was something I would have received from my grandmother as a child (Real eggs no powder, pancakes, ham, grits, toast, etc)! The location was conveniently located a block away from the trolley and an array of restaurants. This will be my top choice from now on when staying in New Orleans.

Pros: The architecture and decor were astounding. The made to order daily breakfast offerings including crawfish omelettes, biscuits and gravy and French toast were made with love. And the room and courtyard burst with color and style. The neighborhood was proximal to public transportation and was walkable.

Cons: The breakfast was not good at all...not for $167. Soupy grits. No bacon or sausage but a slice of turkey. No pancakes no waffles no sweet breads nothing. The dining area was cramped everyone getting in each other's way. The saving grace for this place was the staff but they surely didn't have much to work with.

Pros: Everything was great- friendly staff, convenient location, free parking, hot breakfast, and pet friendly.
Cons: The only thing i wold really request would be a fridge in the bedroom and a rug or carpet on the wooden stairs in the upper corner of the building. During a rainy morning, I slipped down several steps on the way to breakfast.

Pros: It's in the FQ and it has old bones but it's modernized inside where it counts. The rooms are small but recently renovated and super-nice. The location is insane, right by the courthouse, in the middle of everything but not so close to Bourbon Street to suffer the craziness. Short walks to way more things than we could do in 5 days, and a slightly longer walk to the outlet mall to upscale our wardrobe.

Cons: Our room was low in the courtyard so we only had a view of that, but the courtyard is nice and we watched a wedding from our window one day.

Pros:
Cons: The hotel rooms need a serious update. When trying to make a call on my cellphone from the lobby I needed to have a staff member walk across the lobby and ask the bell captain and several other male employees to lower their voices as they were carrying on very loudly even though I was at a distance from them. Not the behavior I've been accustomed to at Omni properties.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The style of the hotel was a plus, and the ability to not have to leave your hotel for food with the restaurants and two bars inside made it great; just in case you didn’t want to venture onto Bourbon Street. The quality of customer service was exceptional as well!
Cons: The only con(s) were the fact that there was not complimentary parking for paying residents. $50 for valet is expensive especially when you don’t charge that much for non-guests to use the parking garage. Also, even tho there were restaurants inside, a complimentary breakfast would also be an added perk for guests.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The doormen and customer service was outstanding.
Cons: N/a
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: Good Location
Cons: $ 50 per night to valet at the hotel, with not other parking available for Hotel customers, would not recommend parking at hotel, either uber or find public parking

Pros: Very luxurious, we enjoyed our stay. Felt very safe, they are very thorough about only letting guests in since they are right on the corner of Canal and Bourbon. They took delivery of my mobility scooter for me and kept it overnight for them to pick up up the day after we left. Even though check out was at eleven, they checked all our bags downstairs while we shopped in the Quarter until four o’clock. Had a great time ,NiCE restaurant, nice everything. Only negative was no fridge in the room but it was fine. They had ice machine and drinks on every floor.

Pros: LocTion was nice.
Cons: The bathroom was lacking. There was rust on the faucet in the tub. There was no heavy blanket on the uncomfortable bed.

Pros: location
Cons: the room close to the elevator very noisy
2,5 Mediocre
Pros: The rooms were clean
Cons: The staff was not friendly. We asked for extra towels and never received them. There was no security in the lobby to keep non guest out. There also was no valet even though it was advertised. Overall a terrible experience.
7,0 Good
Pros: Breakfast food was good, not great. Service was fair only. Location was excellent for guests interested in enjoying most of their time in French quarter.
Cons: Location was marred by presence of many vagrants sitting or lying on sidewalk outside of hotel.
6,0 Good
Pros: I love the location. It is right next to Bourbon St.
Cons: I did not like the parking situation. We had to park 10 min away and pay 30.00 a day to park there. No one was notified about the 120 a room deposit when checking in. Everyone thought all we had to do was check in and get the key to the room. Oh and when booking, it was said that we get free breakfast and that was a lie. Breakfast was 24.00 a person.
1,0 Poor
Pros: The pillows, that is literally all I can say I liked. We did not try the food so I can’t comment on that.
Cons: The bed was like a rock, it didn’t move. The water took forever to heat up. There was a busted glass by the elevator. The hotel didn’t stop guests from being loud, cussing, and running around the lobby. You could hardly get in and out of the hotel because everyone congregates in front of the hotel and the hotel staff and police don’t clear the entrance and sidewalks. We left change on the dresser and while it wasn’t a lot of money we still didn’t appreciate housekeeping taking it. And the final straw which caused us to leave a day early was a mass shooting right outside the hotel.

Pros: We loved the location, the staff was very helpful, the Hotel was immaculate, creating a wonderful travel/Holiday experience.
Cons:
4,0 Okay
Pros:
Cons: The hotel allowed far to much loitering in the front. There needs to be better security and management of the entryway.
