For over $300 per night, I would expect a lot more. I could not understand the receptionist. Trying to find the room was a chore. They charged me extra for having my car at the hotel. Just way too overpriced.

Beautiful hotel. Top notch staff. Great location, within walking distance of several attractions including the Superdome and some great restaurants. The pillows could have been better, they were too flat for my liking.

We always enjoy our stay at the Hyatt, the staff and hotel are fabulous. This trip we were put in an older area of the hotel and our room had an unpleasant odor. Thankfully, I packed some room spray. The room was still nice, just not as nice as what we are used to.

Adding all the factors up, it was probably the worst stay at a hotel I have had. For the price and amenities it was just not worth it. Room was alright but the person next to us was screaming and slamming stuff at 2am. Front desk had to be called and that didn’t do anything. Cons (-) The design of the building itself is very odd. To get to the elevators that access the rooms you have to walk about 800 feet from the front desk. It’s a very strange design. I observed people getting lost in the hotel.
