Absolutely beautiful hotel with spacious rooms, awesome staff and great venues within the hotel. Even the gift shop and Starbucks are a good fit to the hotel. My room was well equipped with everything needed for a split business-leisure stay. Came into the city by train round trip (first time train ride). I’d stay here next trip again and recommend others to as well.
No complaints... seriously.
All of It!
Great location to walk to the hot spots!
The noise from the outside street was loud. We were in the 14th floor and could hear sirens, traffic, and construction. Thankfully we had earplugs!
Hotel was up to date, close to cruise terminal and Superdome. Not a bad walk to canal and burbon St. We did Uber there some of the time just because we had been walking every where and was tired! Dave and Buster's right on the corner.. staff was helpful.
Just wish breakfast was included but diner is right around the corner.
It was okay.
Just more friendly staff. Staff not really friendly
