The location and cleanliness
When I booked the rooms I booked 4 rooms but in individually names so we all checked in together and checked out together when we checked in we was not told clearly where the rooms were nor did she tell us about the complimentary breakfast with any details so when we checked out one of the rooms, my sisters room was given a credit but I don't understand why all of them was not credited. Great location. And very clean would defiantly stay again
The location was very convenient for visiting bourbon street and the French quarter.
We had a couple odd experiences with engineering knocking at our door at 630 am two mornings in a row because they thought our fire alarm was triggered. Also staff seemed a bit under staffed.
LocTion was nice.
The bathroom was lacking. There was rust on the faucet in the tub. There was no heavy blanket on the uncomfortable bed.
A mouse ran in our room, I got our room switched. Our new room, the t.v. Didn’t work. Was told breakfast would be free for the inconvenience. Had a paper under the door saying we had a full refund, only to find out it wasn’t refunded on our card. Finally got the right card for the refund, only to see the room charge of 105 plus the “free” breakfast charge of 53 plus a 60 dollar deposit. Not to mention I pre paid for my room on November 5 th when I booked!! So as of now I am charged twice for a room plus a breakfast that was complimentary, plus a damage deposit!! I am currently waiting for a manager to call me back!
Loved room and location.
We never had hot water the whole time we were there. We called down Sat evening and the told us they would hv someone come fit. They never called and when I called the front desk this morning they told me sorry for my inconvenience. They then forwarded me to an answering machine and I had to leave s voicemail. I would appreciate some getting back to me to discuss this. Me and my family had a very rough weekend not being able to shower. My cell is 3182664016 and my name is Kayla. Hope to hear from someone soon.
