Pros: What isn't to love about this gem? From the minute I walked in, I was enamored with Ricki, the innkeeper. She was sooooooo sweet! The next day, someone was calling out Dov (my name) and realizing nobody knew me, I looked to see who they were calling. Turned out it was Ricki's husband, whose family has owned this great place for 83 years. Dov is equally as lovely. Both of these lovely folks were so nice when I had my local friend showed up as well as my cousin, who spent a couple nights with me. When I sat with them for breakfast one morning, I told them of wanting to make Aliyah. They offered beautiful advice and tips that was coming from a good place; it was very parently. Of course, I listened. Let's get into specifics. Their breakfast is outstanding and they serve jam they make themselves. I even used the apricot jam on some chicken I brought from Shabbos dinner. Talk about taking the chicken to the next level. Tahim. Ricki recommended me to sit in the garden where she placed chairs along the lei lines. I meditated sitting in one of those chairs and also gave Reiki to my friend. Let's just say I highly recommend sitting in those chairs.

3,8 Mediocre
Pros: The gotel looks great. The designs the interior design .And the food in the evening was good
Cons: The hotel caters on Succot holiday to the religious. 90%of the guests sat in the Suca and dining room was empty with only 10%, non religious. The morning of the 15th no coffee. No person to make eggs I had to call him. The salad was terrible only cucumbers and tomato. On the food table no pil and lemon for salad. Very strange way of running a hotel!!! Yesterday morn when I asked for percolator coffee was told there is none. He suggested I go to the Suca where the religious ate and I can get coffee!!! I am a paying guest and shouldThe get what I paid for.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The Spa facilities and swimming pool were very good .Location great.
5,4 Okay
Pros: The location is beautiful minutes away from the artist colony in Sefad. Thats the best thing I can say about our stay.
Cons: The facilities have potential but it seems the owners do not want to put money into keeping it up. The pool is beautiful but there is very prominent mold all over the ceiling beams. The workout room has working exercise equipment but they are all very old models. The entertainment center did not work in the gym and the air conditioning was barely felt in there as well. It took me 4 phone calls to finally reach the Spa to arrange for treatments for husband and myself. After finally making the arrangements the Spa called me twice to change the times. It became too aggravating to arrange.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Good location
Cons: The hotel was dirty. The hallways and the rooms. Looks like they didn’t change the sheets before we arrived. I will not go there again.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! The view, the staff, the food and the room
Cons: Nothing.
