Best Safed/Tzfat Hotel!
Overall, the hotel was aesthetically beautiful offering excellent food. The view is breathtaking and it's location is central to the artist colony, restaurants, and shops.
The beds weren't so comfortable and blankets not warm enough to ward off the winter chill. Coffee/tea cups were dirty upon our arrival, as so one of the bathtubs had shampoo grease.

The best was location next to old city. Also tarace with a view to surrounding mountains is marvelous place to finish your day.
Not helpful staff. Lot of stairs make your way with luggage complicated.

I thought the staff were excellent, and where the hotel is situated is perfect for someone visiting Zefat
Our room smelt so strongly of furniture polish, it made me feel a little sick and gave me a headache. If I come back I would mention this problem in advance.
