8,8 Excellent
Pros:
8,5 Excellent
Pros: We previously stayed at the Movenpick which is directly next to Petra Moon at 3 times the rate, so we moved to Petra Moon for 2 nights and found the view to be the best feature, followed by close access to Petra, just 1 block away from the entrance to the Visitor's Center. Air Conditioning was good and the room was nice and cool. Small fridge in the room, and Wi-Fi was good with good speed. Food prices are reasonable for being so close to a main tourist attraction which is of course Petra. Nice rooftop area for dinner has a great view of the area. I would stay again and would recommend it for the value compared to other hotels.
Cons: 1. No alcohol available 2. The only english language channels were BBC, CNN, and had to get them to reprogram the satellite box to get MBC 2, but they were willing to do that. 3. Shower curtain doesn't reach the top of the tub so floods the bathroom floor every time you take a shower.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Service was excellent, staff were very friendly and hospitable, and they paid attention to small details. The restaurant manager even Gabe us a lunch box to go. The front desk, especially Hozifah were super helpful and friendly.
Cons: Couldn't change the fan speed on the air conditioning, was full blast or off.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Location was great! Breakfast was very good. Room had a great view of the street and village.
Cons: Small bathroom but very clean.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Parking was free and secure. The location is great for visiting Petra and enjoying local restaurants. Everyone on staff was very nice. The room was comfortable. They leave a little snack with sweets and fruit at turndown and the snacks in the mini-bar are complimentary, which are nice touches! Overall, a very nice stay!
Cons: The bathroom maybe could have been a little cleaner (it looked like dirt in the shower) but overall it was clean and a very nice stay!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: We liked the family room format, it was very spacious. The staff were excellent even giving us a take away drinks and snacks that we hadn't even ordered for free. The pool was good but very cold but good fun all the same. Facilities in the room was good. Location for visiting Petra was excellent (just 2 minutes walk away). All in all we were extremely happy in this hotel.
Cons: The bathroom in the family room was a little small. Pool was a bit on the cold side. No real negatives
8,3 Excellent
Cons: No darkness in the room the curtains are too short that allow daylight in the room at early morning
7,9 Good
Pros: Great location but expensive in high season. Rooftop with pool is very Nice Buffet is good Rooms small but ok
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely place that is perfectly located at the heart of Petra. Loved the stay with friends, food was great, staff was very much welcoming and helpful. Money well spent for the night. It was fantastic.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: This is a fabulous hotel. We had the biggest and friendliest welcome of anywhere that we have ever stayed with our children. Nothing was too much trouble. It's a brilliantly convenient location; 2 minutes from the entrance to Petra and the new Petra museum and is a great hotel. Yes, so the pool is pretty freezing but honestly this is a minor issue. The staff, unprompted gave me food and drinks for the children for our journey; these little things mean a lot when you are travelling with children in an unfamiliar country. Thank you again!
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly, attentive service. My husband and I stayed in Jordan for five nights and with The Petra Moon for three nights after being recommended by family to stay there. They organised our taxis and tours for our whole five day trip around Jordan and couldn't help us enough with anything we needed, all the trips were faultless. I was over the moon with our stay :) !
Cons:

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and hospitable people! We had a wonderful time with them! Nice dinner and breakfast and comfortable bed!
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Great location, super friendly staff, very reasonable
Cons: Great location..but you have to be super adventurous...super hot in the tent, no air conditioning, just a tiny window. Too many hot, fuzzy blankets
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely amazing experience!! So glad we decided to stay here instead of booking a "normal" Hotel in Wadi Musa. This place in a combination with beautiful city of Petra was an absolute high light of your trip around Jordan! The camp fire with tea, shishas and candle lighting on the rock was like in a fairytale!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Oh my gosh, I am not going to be able to say enough great things about our experience here. It waaaaaaaaaaay exceeded our expectations. The camp is set up with such care and thought. The decoration, the fire pit, the tea, everything is set up to give you the perfect "glamping" in the desert experience. The included breakfast was very nice with options and the dinner buffet was delicious and worth the extra 10 euro. The tents are nice and clean and to our SHOCK the mattress resembled a temperpedic type mattress which was SOOOOOOOOOOOOO comfortable. There is no heating in the room, but believe me the blankets are not only enough, they are too warm. The common toilet/shower area was always kept clean and stocked. The staff is lovely and I really liked that when we first got in, they gave us a briefing as to where things are and what time things happen (a different experience at another camp). Overall, this was one of the highlights of our trip and I would not hesitate for a second to recommend it to anyone.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Very nice setting, live music in the evenings around the fire with complimentary tea.
Cons: It is a bit away from Petra so you either need your own wheels or need to pay for the driver to bring you to and from Wadi Musa.
7,0 Good
Pros: Nice Camp with atmosphere. Evenings at the campfire with tea and possible shisha. Washrooms are clean (as long as the guests can also stick to the rules how to uses toilets in Jordan). We could also check in earlier. There was also a cute cat that came cuddling around the campfire.
Cons: Make some sign that tells when there is hot water to shower.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely incredible. Couldn’t recommend more
Cons: Nothing. All great!

9,2 Excellent
Pros: The view from the room was spectacular. The staff were super friendly.
7,0 Good
Pros: Amazing view with a nice team , they were very helpful and I enjoyed my stay thank you
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very professional. The rooms are comfortable and the beds are great. Although we had not booked a room including breakfast, they offered it for free which was very nice! We loved the breakfast buffet and the service there.
Cons: One thing to mention is that if you wanna drink a bottle of beer from the minibar, you have to call someone to open it every single time, as they won't provide you with a bottle opener. We found that very weird. We also did not like the staff in the hotel bar - quiet unfriendly and neglective. Another thing to mention is that on the first day we were constantly asked about our room number by random staff members - without an obvious reason. That stopped the second day so maybe they are doing this for security reasons. Anyway that seemed a bit unpolite to us: "Hey - are you really a guest here?"
5,0 Okay
Pros: Great view.
Cons: Poor buffet breakfast and buffet dinner. Very cold water in the swimming pool.

Pros: Great location near Petra
Cons: More variety at breakfast
7,9 Good
Pros: Good location if you have transport, right by little petra. The dinner was great too
Cons: It's quite expensive but then it is a nice camp site so maybe there are cheaper options that aren't so nice
7,1 Good
Pros: Different experience , good buffet, comfortable to sit around a fire in the evening
Cons: Messed around trying to get me to cancel my booking or downgrade tent which caused anxiety in the week preceding the visit

Cons: Very small rooms
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location - first what you need in Petra, 100m from tourist center and museum. Friendly staff, good food.
Cons: Bathroom doors didn't close.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Literary 5 mins walk from Petra entrance, staff is extremely helpful and welcoming and they also suggested a great route for making the best of Petra sightseeing. Clean and cosy, great breakfast with lots of tasty choices.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: A few minutes walk from the JETT bus stop and the Petra visitor centre, this has one of the best locations in Wadi Musa. Friendly staff, clean room and comfortable bed. The 10JD buffet was exceptional value and the food was way better than the restaurants we tried in the area round the entrance. I recommend taking advantage of the location to get into Petra as early as you feel able to. Breakfast starts at 6:30 but it would probably be worth foregoing it to go into Petra at 6. Reception will book the bus to Wadi Rum for you. We paid 10jd each including taxi pick up at 6 to take you to the bus station up the hill.
Cons: They will provide a breakfast box if you are leaving early but the ones we had were pretty poor. Can I suggest that a banana would be more welcome than a cucumber!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Zayed in reception was amazing thanks for everything
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This resort is VERY close to the entrance of Petra, which is great. It has friendly staff that speaks English very well and has a small supermarket shop outside. The room was nice, clean and the bed was nice. We enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast is nice as well. When visiting Petra we would recommend staying in this hotel. We visited Petra one day and stayed in this hotel afterwards which was nice because we did not have to travel far. However, you can also book this hotel prior to your visit to petra, since you will be able to wake up early and be at the entrance early.

Pros: Good value accommodation, and you can't beat the location right at the entrance to Petra. The rooms are a little dated, but that's not a real problem. The Cave Bar was a terrific place to enjoy a drink or grab a bite after a day in Petra. Very helpful staff.

Pros: It was exorbitantly expensive. A total rip off. More expensive than the fairmont in Amman which was amazing. I had the worst coffee I’ve ever had in the bar and movenpick are part of a coffee soppy company. We were totally overcharged.
Cons: Overpriced. Bad coffee.

Pros: The staff was very friendly, flexible and attentive.
Cons: A bit far from the Petra Visitors Center (25 mins walking) and our breakfast was not ready on time. Not great value for money (food and size of rooms).
8,0 Excellent
Pros: At the top of the hill, so the views are fabulous! The reception staff are lovely! You are outside the main centre of Petra (about a half-hour downhill walk), so a bit quieter with fewer tourists around. The breakfast was ok, but the included dinner (at the restaurant across the street) was fabulous. (We are both vegan, but had plenty of choice; tasty selection of food, friendly staff.) Great shower, too.
Cons: Breakfast wasn't brilliant, coffee was just ok! But this didn't really matter, as the hotel is perfect for a stay in Petra.

Pros: Owner of the hotel was really nice and helpful. Rooms and barhrooms were clean and comfortable. Very nice location - in the centre of Wadi Musa, walking distance from Petra.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: A good welcome, comfortable beds and nice breakfast. They prepared a basic takeaway breakfast bag on request, which was appreciated when we wanted to make an early start to go to Petra. It's an easy walk down hill to Petra, but you'll probably want a taxi back.
Cons: The hotel rooms were rough around the edges, and in need of TLC. It was just on road parking, which meant we had a park a short walk away.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Welcoming staff and good service, very clean, comfortable bed and best shower I had in Jordan. Discount at the restaurant next door. Possible to park your car there.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: We were checked-in by the most professional staff who guided us about the best things to do in Petra. The rooms were really clean and tidy, although the TV did not work. But with the spectacular views Wadi Musa offers, who cares about TV!?!! Breakfast and dinner were divine, the best food we had in Jordan, and that is saying something. Relaxing outside on the terrace with the breath-taking views was definitely a perk of our trip. In all, we loved this property!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great rooftop views with warm Bedouin coats for the chilly nights and shisha!
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: The room was of a good size and bed comfortable and bathroom was fine
Cons: Staff polite but not helpful. TV in room did not work (ariel connection broken) despite 2 requests and promise to fix it nothing done. Hotel was not full but I was given a basement room near laundry with views of a wall. Hotel situated long way uphill from centre of Petra with very little local facilities. Roof terrace in poor condition, no real bar just a locked fridge. Did not have evening meal as seemed very basic and poor value. Without a car a long hike to centre of Petra and archaelogical site and even worse on way back as up a steep hill.
2,5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: This hotel had no redeeming features and is certainly not 3 star. Though having a good view it’s hard to appreciate through the dirty windows. The whole site was ‘under construction’ and our room was supposedly newly refurbished . This was true but it was done so badly it was a complete health and safely disaster - as example the hairdryer was hanging off the wall in bathroom! The light on fire alarm wasn’t on and there was a sense that a lot of the features in the hotel were ‘tick box’ fronts to pass any inspections. To top it off the staff were arrogant and defensive and struggled to break a smile being rather condescending when I mentioned the TV didn’t work and was questioned if I spoke Arabic ... also they charge for WiFi and pretty much anything else they can get away with! The ‘parking ’ is non existent or on a building site where your hire car can get rocks dropped on it. Don’t give them your money

Pros: It was clean, lovely view, staff was nice, good breakfast, our room was massive
Cons: The pool was freezing. My daughter usually stays on for ages and after about five minutes asked to leave. Kind of defeats the purpose of paying more for a hotel with a pool. I wouldn't stay again based on this.

Cons: Pool, WiFi charged in the room

Pros: The hotel was in the middle of the city. Room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was on the 5th floor which has an amazing view to the city and the landscape. The staff is very friendly. They helped us with every issue and offered us free tranport to Petra visitor center.
2,9 Mediocre
Pros: The free wifi inside the hotel rooms which was very fast and for free. Bed was comfortable despite being dirty. Bathroom had a hot shower. The receptionist was ok.
Cons: It is very far away from the entrance of Petra visitor center and The Cave bar. It is also located on the very end of a hill which is a no-no for people who cannot walk for much time and especially when you return from Petra. Therefor you must spend money on a taxi. Additionally like all hotels in Wadi Musa and near Petra it is very expensive. My room door lock was problematic and did not lock, the room was comfortable, the shower was amazing, there was a private balcony in my room without a single chair to sit on it and without a table on the balcony, plus it did not have a good view to the city as it was facing another building. The bed shits were not clean, they were full of hair on them and I am bald...!

Pros: nothing!
Cons: the owner tried to make me over pay for the transfer asking for more money. the wifi was very very weak, we have been told the Perta's visitor centre tis 400 m away, but actually the visitor centre is about 1, 5 km away from the hotel, no kettle i the rooms, very poor breakfast , can apply picture to believe.

Pros: The location is great for a Petra trip. You can easily walk to the visitors center. You also wave nice restaurants around in Wadi Musa.
Cons: It was not really clean when checking in but quite better after a cleaning the other day.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was good. The location was nice, it was near Petra.
Cons: We paid our stay in JOD (local currency in cash) and we were supposed to receive JOD 20 as change, however, the receptionist gave us USD 20 (instead of JOD 20) which means that we lost JOD 6. Unfortunately, we noticed it after the checkout. Maybe it was not intended but is was really inconvenient.
9,0 Excellent
Cons: You have beter to pay cash in Jordanian dinar. Otherwise, you will be charged with huge commission with Visa or extremely defavorable rate in case of change of euro or dollar. Do not try to bargain, he will lose his temper...
7,0 Good
Pros: 1) Nice view from the roof. 2) Free transfer to Petra 3) Located in the city center, close to restaurants and shops. 4) Good value for its price
Cons: 1) The room was on 4th floor, and there was no elevator, so it was difficult to carry my bags using very inconvenient stairs. 2) The food was very poor without any variety. 3) The Mosque is located near the hotel, so at 5 am it was very loudly.
7,5 Good
Pros: 5 minues by car to Petra
Cons: The property charges 5JD extra if you pay by card

Pros: Great location, near the visitor centre Great staff, the guys working there are excellent and very helpful Breakfast was above my expectation WiFi was sufficient and free, not an easy thing around Jordan Check in and out literally a matter of minutes
Cons: Noisy neighborhood and an added bonus that above the hotel two more floors are under construction. Toilet was ok but room in serious need of revamp. Only one towel provided, an extra face towels or a floor mat would be a nice addition. Not that clean but clean enough.

Pros: The hotel is super close to the Petra Visitor Center. And the staff are all friendly. But I would like to mention the driver in particular. He is Mahmoud and he transfered us to the hotel from Aqaba airport on our first night. He is very energetic and easy to talk person. Me and my wife liked him very much. On our Petra visit he guided us. And he is a super tour guide and everyone seems to know him around Petra. I sincerely recommend this hotel and extremely recommend Petra tour with Mahmout.

Pros: We felt like princesses during our stay! Ahmad goes above and beyond to make sure you feel like home. The B&B is very cozy and clean. Ahmad took the time to show us around and to answer all our questions about Petra. He also lended us a pocket wifi so we could communicate with him when we were visiting Petra and drove us to and from the main entrance since it's a bit far to walk. The breakfast is amazing and the table is packed with anything that you can possibly want! The homemade food is simply delicious, don't bother eating out as you will not find anything better for the price! Definitely recommend, it was one of the highlight of our trips!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This Place is a pearl. It is a Home from Home. We Head the best Dinner and guys, you are doing a wonderful Job. Thank you for sharing your Place with us. We had a lovely Time in Petra. Hope Life brings us back ohne day...thankyou
Cons: All was Good.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great view from the terrace, very friendly staff which goes the extra mile to take care of you and get the most out of your visit to historic Petra. They do this with great and extensive meals as well as providing plenty of information about the site itself. Even a mobile internet device is available in order to be connected on the road during your stay. You can ask the staff anything; just take some time to be taken care of!
Cons: Since this is a B&B and not a hotel, you are sharing the bathing facilities with other guests but that's merely something to realize upfront. If you are a light sleeper, consider bringing earplugs in order to sleep through the sounds from the mosque.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The guys are very friendly and they cook very well! The house is very nice and clean! If you want to visit Petra all the day they give you a good packet lunch! We are happy to have found this wonderful place and to have met so special people!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Clean and cosy facilities. Kids loved the place and the staff (very helpful and polite by the way). Breakfast ok. Didn’t try but the dinner seemed wonderful, at least in appearance. Car/taxi necessary.
Cons: No air conditioning in the room. Had no problem at all with that but it can be an issue during the hottest season. Shared bathroom (though it was our booking mistake).
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect! Our host were very welcoming and helpful! They really take care of their guests and they make sure we have everything we need. Ahmed took the time to gave us tips about Petra. If I go to Petra one day I would definitly go back to the Petra Harmony Bed & Breakfast! :)
Cons: Nothing bad
8,3 Excellent
Cons: Sharing tiny bathroom with 6 people
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Ahmad is a lovely and very attentive host. This place offers a personal and unique experience of Petra with a homemade local meal and a beautiful view over wadi musa. Highly recommend for friends, couples and/or families!
Cons: food/wine a little bit expensive...but Jordan is! Still worth it.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The owners of the B&B are really hospitable and ensure that the atmosphere is relaxing to be in (candles burning at night, relaxing music etc)! The location is perfect for going to Petra and walk into the city center for a dinner. However, even better is a home cooked dinner, which was really nice and romantic. The owner even gave us a small gift for our honeymoon, which we really appreciated. Breakfast is really extensive, home made jam, and also more continental if you like. Last but not least, in some hotels you still have to pay for the wifi. Here we got a dongle, which we even could take with us to Petra!
Cons: Nothing we didn't like

Pros: We was not sure if we did the right choice to take the hotel out of Petra, but it was a perfect choice. First off all the view out of the window to mountain canyon - wow. Secondly the city is just a few minutes away and u feel isolated from all the tourists and the noise. the staff is very helpful and nice.
