Cons: The bedsheets. They don’t have a duvet and we have to put a blanket on top. This makes the bed sheets very heavy and not comfortable as it slides down all the time and we have to pull it back to the bed all night. It was horrible and. It’s not up to the international standard. The staff are friendly but some are lack of experience of international top hotel standards. Communications between different teams are not very smooth. Examples: 1. When we checked in we asked the lady to book a table at the Moroccan restaurant for the same evening and when we arrived at the restaurant they didn’t have our reservations and had to check for quite a while to confirm that. As hotel guests of the best hotel in the world this is not acceptable. 2. I asked for something from the reception to be sent to our room and it took them 3 times to finally get it right. Seems that the reception and the house keeping don’t understand each other. 3. We came back late at 8 pm one day from the mountains and we had a shower in the room before going to the French restaurant for dinner. Before we went for dinner we turned off the DND sign as a signal for housekeeping to clean the room but it want not done when we came back from dinner. Why don’t they have a ‘clean the room’ sign if they are not efficient enough? 4. We requested for a late check out and they said we can check out at 2 pm. At 1230 they called us and said that the next guests have arrived and wanted us to move out right away! Otherwise the room is spectacular. They just need more training and more exposures to the top top hospitality standards of the world. My expectations were very high because of their ranking and the price.

Cons: Not so fast check-in. Out of the four seasons branches around the world, this one doesn't have a wow factor.

She promised, but it did not happen. Sensational view of rooftop bar but Piña Colada was loveless and :-(

Pros: It was a calm oasis outside the wall of the Medina. The staff was exceptional and the three restaurants were each excellent and good value. The concierge was very helpful arranging transportation. Our bed was sprinkled with rose petals each day....a nice touch. Highly recommend this hotel.

Cons: The staff was disorganized and dishonest. They strung us along for several hours about attempts to fix the AC in our room only to finally admit there was no AC in the hotel in February (despite being a warm and muggy night) after we confronted them with the fact that every room had its windows open.

Pros: All the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Pros: Excellent location. Super Riad, the accommodation was excellent for families and groups. The concierge staff were fantastic, especially in helping to book and confirm restaurant reservations. The breakfast selection was super, we ate in the restaurant one evening for ease which was perfectly good, the children loved it.

Cons: Every morning by 9am all the sunbeds had been reserved with hotel towels but rarely did anyone arrive for half of these loungers before lunchtime. Not acceptable.

Pros: We were overall really happy with our stay and the nice and mindful service crew. Overall the employees really are the highest treasure of this hotel. The hotel is pretty and calm, our suite was great. And we did get a welcome card with fruits and sweets. The bed was super comfortable, we slept like babies.

Cons: Improvement possibilities: The Restaurant is unfortunately not the best, Marrakesh has a lot of amazing restaurants and foods and the food at the hotels' restaurant is just typically hotel food, a bit to dry and a bit to expensive (compared to other local restaurants). The opening hours of the Gym and Spa should really be extended, everything has it's own opening hours (Pool, Sauna, Gym, Breakfast..) and you can't easily go to the Gym or Spa before Breakfast or an outside tour. The lifts could be newer, they're a bit old and not as chic as the rest is.

Pros: Great staff from the concierge, reception, pool and kids club. Really great value and the Riad was awesome. The team was extremely friendly and personal also. Great location and close to everything.

Cons: Well the only recommendation would be the towels...which have couple of years...I think they would deserved to be replaced both at the pool (colour) and in the rooms.

Cons: I booked a massage for 50 Minutes at the Spa. After +/- 40-45 minutes the massage was finished. Later I complained at the reception. They apologized and offered me a massage for free during my next stay at the hotel.... I came back to my room late at night. I wanted to take a shower before going to bed. There was no water at all, I couldn't even brush my teeth....the reception told me they had a problem with the water pump.

Pros: Fantastic massage in the spa, lovely scent in reception and superb location

Cons: The waiter picked the most expensive wine off the menu, however management were very good at sorting out the issue and provided a discount. Just be careful when you order!

Pros: Location was great and staff for breakfast were so sweet. Abdulraheem from reception team made sure we had a pleasant stay, but unfortunately he wasn’t there on the last day for the checkout.

Cons: The checkout experience was terrible with all thanks to abdulaziz whom forcingly charged 500 dhms for leaving 2 hours later where we stayed 4 nights. This act of racism and blackmailing for GCC citizens is unacceptable, and honestly i never saw it anywhere else in Marrakech nor the world. Unfortunately this bad ending made me not wanting to come back even though everything was good.

Pros: Location was perfect & hotel design was well suited to the location. surrounded by great restaurants nearby.

Cons: At over $220 a night the value for money was not there. Room was dark and poor selection of english TV channels. Breakfast was never fully set up to receive guests on time. Lifts were busy a lot of the time in particular with staff...though I believe at the time of my stay the staff elevator was broken.

Pros: The staff were friendly and welcoming. I was celebrating my birthday and was surprised with a birthday cake in my room which was lovely. One of the managers at reception (sorry I can't remember her name) arranged a restaurant on my actual birthday with a car arranged to take us to the restaurant. The restaurant was nice but I was very disappointed that I wasn't wished a happy birthday or get a cake in the restaurant.... another manager called Mina arranged dinner at another restaurant on our last night which was lovely. The managers and staff were very helpful and accomodating.

Cons: 1.We initially waited a while for the room and from what we could see from the discussion at reception there seemed to be some miscommunication about something... but we were offered a cocktail whilst we waited for the room. 2. The door lock to the balconey in the room was broken.... we were offered a room on the 5th floor but that was too near the music at the rooftop bar so we stayed in the same room. We were told someone would fix the lock the next day.... but they didn't and so we had to stay and put a chair behind the door just to feel safe. 3. The water in the shower was luke warm (when it should be hot)... the hotel were maintaining the water system which was shut off overnight one day and during the evening on one day. We weren't able use the water to wash/shower/brush our teeth for a good few hours. 4. I enjoyed the breakfast but some of the hot food was cold! My partner did not like the breakfast but they made a nice omelette for us every day, which was the only thing he liked!

Pros: The one saving grace about this hotel were the check in staff - who were very pleasant upon arrival, the service staff - who were very nice, and the location - very central to the delights Marrakech has to offer.

Cons: The first day of my stay upon waking - there was no running water. NO RUNNING water at a 5 star hotel. I went to Réception and I was told it was a hotel-wide issue that they were working on. A few hours later when the water finally started working, it was a dirty brown colour - couldn’t shower - it was awful. Needless to say, my entire first day was put off - and I continued to experience issues with the water pressure throughout my stay, at one point even being stuck unable to rinse shampoo out of my hair because the water would stop mid shower. In general - the room smelled old and musty - and it just wasn’t an enjoyable stay. Yes; sounds like first world problems, but this is NOT what I would expect of a 4+ star hotel. I understand there can be issues, but they offered very little help or explanation and basically shrugged it off - not accommodating at all; Very disappointing. Additionally, I was overcharged on my credit card - the hotel debited more than they were supposed to/more than what I signed off on. I have reached out to booking.com to assist me in helping to get those funds back. The people/workers were very friendly and service at the hotel was overall good - but the facilities overall and the experience in the room definitely left something to be desired. I actually paid a daily rate to use the facilities at another hotel...

Pros: Good location, very central

Cons: Not very friendly service at front desk, quite aloof. Didn’t respond to my pre stay request about airport shuttle so sorted out my own transfer. Service not up to levels expected from a 5 star hotel. Also shower curtain not screen in bathroom
